Eric Cantor (R-VA) Kapo Nazi

Cantor is a Kapo and has always been a Kapo. In fact he’s worse then the Jewish Kapo’s that oversaw the death camps that were mostly Jewish.

He supports all the same policies that Hitler’s Nazi’s supported and that is why he is a member of the Republican Fascist Nazi Party. He demonstrated it at a tea party rally on the House Steps before the vote was taken on the Health Care Act.

Before him at the rally were dozens of tea bagger supporters carrying racist and bigoted sign and posters. One particular huge poster that there is no way in Hell he did not see was the one of President Obama as Hitler. To the right of the President in this poster was a picture of those who had died in the Death Camps with the words Obama Care underneath them.

Not once at that time or at any time did the Kapo Nazi Cantor reject, condemn or denounce that poster or any of the other racist and bigoted signs his supporters carried. Then when the vote came on the Health Care Act he voted to send 45 million Americans to death for lack of affordable health care, just like the Kapo’s at the Death Camps decided who went to a work detail and got to live and who went to the Gas Showers.

Kapo Nazi Cantor is despicable and a disgrace to his Jewish Heritage and the Jewish Religion. His Synagogue should kick him out and he should be shunned by all Jews. Both most of all he is a disgrace to all those who died under Hitler at the Death Camps which included Gypsies, Blacks and all those who did not believe or follow Hitler’s pure white, pure blooded German agenda.

He’s bought and paid for by his Fascist Corporate Masters and has betrayed the American People and the Constitution. He should be dragged out of his home or office and be publicly executed for Treason like all of the Republican Fascist Nazi’s who will do everything in their power to totally destroy America like Hitler destroyed Germany. He’s a low life piece of shit and I pray he dies.

If Obama does not veto any tax break bill that includes tax cuts for the wealthiest 2%, namely millionaires and billionaires then it will once again show that he is no different than Neville Chamberlain with his appeasement to the Nazi's, only this time it's the Republican Nazi's and the Republican Nazi Party.

Has he not learned that you cannot negotiate with Terrorists or Republican Nazi's? They will Kill HIM and they will Kill HIS Family as well.

I will not vote for Obama or any Democrats anymore if Obama once again appeases the Republican Nazi's and the Democrats allow the American People to suffer under Republican Nazi Policies.

The only way we can get our Constitution and the Rule Of Law re established is if and when every Republican Nazi along with every evil Seed Of Satan Sown and Spawned through their Nazi Loins and Wombs is DEAD.

There no longer is a Rule Of Law when the so called DOJ goes after someone for releasing embarrassing Diplomatic Correspondence while ignoring War Criminals who are walking around freely in our country and bragging about their War Crimes.

Or Wall Street Bankers and Banks who are still TBTF and continue to commit fraud against American Citizens even going as far as to submitting fraudulent paper work in the Courts and not being held accountable or charged for their crimes.

While Nazi Judges sit on the Supreme Court (Roberts and Alito) who sold our country out to Foreign Interests and the so called Representatives of the People (both Republicans and Democrats) who lined their pockets with Foreign Money or those who wrote a legal framework for War Crimes (Torture, Kidnapping and Murder of those in Our Custody) walk freely among us, as well as the Doctors who participated in those crimes all still hold Licenses to Practice Law or Medicine, where is the DOJ?

Are they now the Department Of No Justice? It appears so.

Are the World Courts the only ones left to uphold the Rule Of Law,The Bush Six, because Our Country refuses to? Seems so.

Those who Teach Constitutional Law at Berkley (John Yoo), sit on the Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals (Jay Bybee) along with the rest like Douglas J. Feith, David Addington, Alberto Gonzales and William J. Haynes II.

Lets see if they push for the arrest and extradition of Julian Assange by Interpol while at the same time refuse to abide by the Warrant for the arrest and extradition for the War Criminal Dick Cheney by Nigeria for bribery.

Will we then disregard the Rule Of Law again and ignore our Legal Obligations under Treaty's we have signed and made part of U.S. Law? Is the DOJ now the Department Of No Justice? Can any American really believe that they will get a Fair Hearing in Any Court in America?

If you believe you can then you are living in Never Never Land.

NO, the only way we can restore Our Constitution is when All Republican Nazi's are DEAD. Plain and simple.

Do like I do and Pray for their DEATHS. Pray that the Lord sends the Angel Of Death down on them and using a Sharon Angle Second Amendment Remedy take them all out. That's right. Pray they all get a bullet in their heads.

Only then can Our Constitution and Republic survive or else we are doomed and America The Fourth Reich will take a firm foothold over all of us.

Republicans & the GOP - A Threat To Our Democracy

Today's Republicans and the GOP are a direct threat to our democracy. We have seen them since the Primaries when Sen John McCain (R) Arizona chose as his running mate a person with ties to White Supremists, Militants and Secessionist. We all know who that was, Sarah Palin (R) Alaskan Governor.

She used innuendos suggesting that Senator Obama was a Muslim, a person who palled around with Terrorists who wanted to harm American Citizens and as someone who saw America differently then her and the GOP base. In other words a threat to our country.

We seen and heard them after the election with the birthers. A group of Republicans who believed that our elected President Obama was not eligible to be President since he wasn't a real American. Of course this has been debunked several times already, but they still insist he's not legitimate therefore all his actions are illegal.

We have seen them denigrate, demean and demonize President Obama every day since, trying to incite their base to Assassinate him and even I would guess to harm his family. As we have seen them showing up at Town Hall Meetings on Health Care Reform carrying side arms and assault weapons to intimidate those who wanted to actually debate honestly with their Congress Person or Senator.

He has been called a Muslim, Terrorist, Socialist, Communist, Fascist, Racist who hates White People amongst the many accusations made against him by the Republicans in both the House and Senate all the while playing the hate and fear card too their base about him.

We have heard the same fear and hate mongering spewed by the likes of Rush (Joseph Goebbels) Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity and many other Right Wing Extremists and the Evangelical American Taliban Christians, whom by the way give Christianity a bad name. The same fear and hate mongering that was used by the Nazi's against the Jews in Hitler's Germany.

We have seen and heard them accuse Democrats of wanting to Kill Grandma and Grandpa, kill Americans with Health Care Rationing and instituting Death Panels in the Insurance Reform before the House and Senate while saying that under any Democratic Plan Americans will die.

We have heard and seen Michele Bachmann (R) MN accuse President Obama and the Democrats using the US Census to get information from American Citizens to put Republicans in Detention Camps, Re Education Camps, Indoctrinate Children and deny Republicans Health Care. Is it any wonder then that Michele Bachmann has the Blood on her Hands and Head in the death of a Census Worker. Have you called her office and ask if she has murdered any Census Workers this week? In fact she once said this"“This [health care reform] cannot pass…What we have to do today is make a covenant, to slit our wrists, be blood brothers on this thing. I for one am still waiting for her to follow through on her comment and slit her wrists. Perhaps we should all send her a razor blade to remind her of her words.

But it doesn't stop there since now Republicans are going to Foreign Counties and actively undermining America's Foreign Policy during a time of War. In my eyes this is Treason, how about you? Do you see this as Treason as well?

I now channel my anger and rage using the same methods that the Republicans do and that is Pray for their Deaths. That's right, I pray for my Lord and Savor Jesus to send the Angel of Death down upon them. But I don't stop there. No I also pray for the deaths of their families as well because to remove their evil from our country you must also remove and destroy any evil seed they have spawned upon the face of the Earth and America.

There are those who will say that I'm no better then the Republicans, however I say to them I will gladly answer to the Lord the day I stand in front of Him. I have no fear of His justice since I firmly believe that my Lord and Savor Jesus is a just God and will know that in my heart I only want to see evil destroyed before it destroys what He has created.

So let me state what I said above "Republicans and the GOP are a Threat To Our Democracy".

President Obama - Now is the time.

President Obama, now is the time to fulfill your promise to those who worked for you, supported you and voted for you.

Time after time you have compromised your position on every issue that was brought before the Congress.

From the bailout of Wall Street, to the Iraq War and the prosecution of War Crimes by those in the previous administration, you have given in to the Republican Fascist, Racist, Bigoted Nazi Party.

You have reached out your hand to them in friendship and bipartisanship only to be spit on time and time again. And they have done everything in their power to incite their base to Assassinate you. They want you dead and out of the White House. Are you that blind that you can't see this?

Now once again your willing to compromise on what will be your most important issue before the American people, Health Care Insurance Reform.

Right off the bat you took Universal Health Care off the table and now it appears that your also going to take the Public Option off as well. Rumors have it that your going to kick the can down the road using a trigger that won't kick in for at least five years. This is unacceptable to those of us who say now is the time, not later.

Health care reform is vital to the overall recovery of our economy and is tied to everything involved with it. From our troops returning with both physical and mental issues from two wars that receive treatment from the VA, to the elderly on Medicare and Medicaid, as well as those who are losing not only their jobs and insurance, but their homes also. And not to forget all those who have no health insurance at all and need it desperately you are turning your backs on them.

We elected you to the White House. We gave you a working majority in both the House and Senate. We the people expect you to stop giving away the store to the very same people who have been raping, pillaging and plundering our country for the past eight years. If you are unwilling or unable to lead and fulfill your promise on Health Care than you and the Democratic Party are not fit to be in power.

No public option will mean that you are a weak President along with a weak Democratic Party. A party that has a working majority in both houses of congress that will not be able too repair all or any of the damage done by the last administration and are not fit to serve the American People.

So we implore you to stand up and fight for what is right and what you campaigned on to the American People. If there is no public option that takes effect immediately upon your signing of the Health Care Reform Bill sent to you by both houses, then don't expect us to be at the polls on election day in 2010 or 2012. We will stay home and let the Republican Fascist, Racist, Bigoted Nazi Party regain control and complete its total destruction of our country.

When will you except the fact that you can not Compromise with Terrorist? They Will Kill You.

And it will prove what the GOP says about Democrats. Democrats are weak on Terrorists and Terrorism.

Don't prove them right. Fight for Americans and don't compromise with those who wish you harm. Be our President and fight for us.

The Family

A little over a year ago I had to let my Gingerbread girl Ginger go. She was very sick and would only have suffered needlessly for a very short time if I did not let her pass on to a better place.

Shortly after Gingers passing I started a new family and so begin my search to fill my house with the love and joy that once filled it with my beloved Ginger.

Meet Baby.

I found Baby at the SPCA after doing a online search to fill my house once again with love.

Baby was a eight and a half year old domestic short hair female tabby who in her online photo was laying in her litter box at the shelter.

I was looking for a older cat since I was not sure if a county animal shelter would keep an older cat for a long time or put older cats down if not adopted over a shorter period of time than the younger kittens and teenage cats they would get into the shelter.

Baby had already been spayed and all I needed was a carrier to take her home in. The shelter had a nice one really cheap, in my opinion, so I added that to the cost of adopting her. I had also previously made arrangements with my vet to bring Baby in as soon as I left the shelter with her. So off we went to give Baby a good medical check up.

At the vets office Baby had to be treated for fleas and worms. Every thing else looked good so after her exam we headed home.

Baby is a let alone type of cat. She does not like sitting on laps or a lot of loving and petting. She stays by herself most of the time and likes a little head petting and chin rubbing when she wants it.

With Baby in the house I started looking for a friend for her. I had already informed my landlord that I was going to get another cat when I had too let Ginger go. I also said that I would like to get a second one so once I got a cat there would be company to help pass the time, play with and help keep them both healthy.

Two weeks later I had found a second cat that was a five year old female who appeared to be a very loving animal that liked being petted and acted very affectionate. This time I went to a no kill not for profit shelter. I did a foster to adopt and brought her home.

At first it seemed that it would work out, however after a week it became obvious that it was not. She had bit Baby on her back and it was bleeding due to getting infected so she went back and Baby went to the vet for treatment.

After what seemed forever and checking every week I went to see what new cats they had gotten in and I found my second kitty for the family.

Meet Jasmine.

Jasmine had just arrived at the shelter only days before. She had been at a county shelter and had been scheduled for euthanasia when they found her.

So on this Sunday when I got at their adoption site she was all alone in one of the pet cages.

As she sat in it and was washing herself it looked like she had a little pouch on her stomach. I looked and thought to myself when is a kitten going to pop out. It looked like a kangaroo's pouch and she looked adorable. I talked to the fellow who's name is Jim about her and after watching her for about an hour felt that she would fit in with Baby.

Jasmine was around a year old, spayed and as you can see a domesticated short haired Tabby. I brought her home and Baby sniffed, hissed and walked away from the carrier she was in. After I let her out of the carrier she tried to play with Baby, but Baby was not interested at all in playing.

Like Baby I took Jasmine to the vet to get a checkup and although she had her shots she had worms. So after getting a clean bill of health, except for worms, I brought her back home with medicine to kill them.

Jasmine is a very curious cat who likes to follow me around and constantly gets into everything. She plays well and unlike Baby she likes to lay on your lap when she wants to. Same thing for petting, only when she wants to be petted. She has the hair on her ears one sees on cats with a lot of wild in them and a personality issue of liking to nip if she don't want to be touched. But a very loving teenage cat all in all.

I now had a new family and thought that finally there was no need to look for any more animals to bring home. Also my landlord would have had a fit it I did which might make them ask me to move or remove one of my over and above what they said I could have.

Little did I know that there would be another addition to my family at that time, however it did increase by one.

I had a outdoor semi feral cat that was hanging around the yard that I began to feed. After some time this little lady would show up the minute I pulled into the yard after work or on weekends when I would get home after being out.

I spoke to Jim from the shelter and he said if I could get her into a carrier to bring her in and they would have her spayed along with giving her all her shots for free. I believe that since I give donations regularly that was why they offered to take care of her for me at no charge. I felt bad about that and gave them a check to cover what their cost would be and I attempted to get the young lady into my carrier.

It was easier than I thought and soon Jim had her and took her home with him. He had her surgery a few days later and I picked her up from him the following weekend so without further ado....

Meet Lady Greeneyes.

Lady Greeneyes is a very sweet young lady.

She is about one years old, medium hair and quite a energetic kitty. She too tried to play with Baby to no avail.

For a time she was very shy and would stay away from me. I do not blame her though since she remembers being put into a carrier and ending up with surgery.

For a long time she would stay in one of the other rooms and hide. Or she would lay where she could see the hallway and move out of reach when I would go into the room she was in. She plays with Jasmine and the two of them get along like they were sisters. They chase each other and play constantly except when their sleeping.

So now I have a full house and though Baby will not play with them she does join in whenever I'm playing shoelace with them. It's funny how a simple thing like a shoelace can get the whole family together. I sit on the floor and toss one end to Jasmine who catches it between her paws and bites it. From Jasmine to Lady Greeneyes who does the same to Baby and round and round it goes. This is the only time I have all three playing at once and let me tell you that after ten minutes or so my arm gets tired.

Lady Greeneyes seems to be the only one of the three who plays by herself with no problems. She even chases her own tail which is highly amusing since I've generally only seen dogs do that. Though cats do chase their tails I only have had one who did out of all the pets I have had.

I also got a new home entertainment center for the holidays and of all the cats Lady Greeneyes seems to enjoy watching television as it is new to her since she was an outdoor cat for her short life. So below is a picture for those whom were aware that I was going to update my home entertainment center for the household.

We all enjoy it and hope it last as long as the previous televisions and players I have owned. So for all you curious friends whom I told about this....enjoy, I am.

Update:

I should have added on Lady Greeneyes that originally I was going to bring her to Jim so she could be fixed and let back outside where she was use to being. The reason she was so easy to get was because one day after work when I got home she was laying under the bushes and was very sick.

I guess that she must have eaten something bad and I got her into the carrier relatively easy. I called Jim and he had me bring her over to the adoption place where he met me and took her. I don't really know what was wrong, however they did take her to their vet who took care of her.

While there they did the surgery, gave her all her shots and medications for her illness. Once I got her back I could not in all good faith put her back outside. And while she was healing I fell in love with her. She also ended up with a urinary infection and had a lot of blood in her urine. Not sure if it was from her surgery or her illness, but I had to take her back to their vet for treatment.

She is doing great now and everyday she seems to be a little more trusting of me. She now has a good home and a playmate so I am glad that she is letting me into her life. I should have had this in originally, but sometimes so much needs to be said and often some of it is forgotten while telling about the events as they occurred.

Be good to your pets and love them as they will return that love a thousand times over.

Merry Christmas To All

Well another year has come and gone. It seems like only yesterday that we all were waiting in anticipation of the upcoming elections in November. Well the elections have come and gone as did the past year.

So much has occurred during that year. Some good some bad. For me the year began on a sad note. My sister died two days after Christmas and though she is gone she still remains very much alive in my heart.

In April I lost my Gingerbread girl. Ginger was my companion and comforter. She met me everyday at the door and would lay down on her back waiting for me to rub her tummy. She followed me around like a small dog would, even though she was a cat. I miss her too and she as my sister will always be close to me in my heart.

We've watched the economy deteriorate and go into free fall because of greedy corporations and the people who run them. Whose only thought was to see how much money they could make off the backs of the working poor and middle class.

We've watched the housing market tumble as more and more Americans lost their homes and became homeless. We've watched Americans lose their pensions due to the greed of Wall Street and the World Economy collapse because Wall Street pushed out $541 Trillion Dollars worth of bad paper into the Global Markets.

We've watched more and more Americans lose their jobs as company's were unable to get the financing they needed to make ends meet and for payrolls and inventory because the Banks would not loan them the money they needed.

We watched the current Administration bailout the Corporations, Banks and Wall Street to the tune of $700 Billion Dollars. The same people who were responsible for the Economic Disaster that we now find ourselves in with no oversight at all.

We watched as Fascist Republicans blocked a $25 Billion Dollar bridge loan to the American Automobile Industry which is Americas last big Manufacturing Sector left in America. All the while putting the interests of Foreign Countries and there Automotive Plants in their own Southern States first.

We've watched VP Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney go on National Television and admit that he not only instituted the Torture Policy inside the People's House, but also Authorized the use of it. In other words Cheney admitted to War Crimes which makes him and all those who sat in on the planning and implementation of said Torture Techniques War Criminals as well.

Then we had elections in November and with it finally a chance to restore our Constitution, Honor, Integrity and Good Name both here at home and around the world. Well we did. We elected for a change a Honest Humble man of Integrity. A man who if anyone can will put the American People and America first.

We elected Barak Hussein Obama an African American as Our President and the next President of Our Country.

So even though the year has come and gone we look forward to a new year. A year when we can start restoring America and making it a better country for all Americans and not just the wealthy few.

So as this year ends let us all look forward to a new and prosperous new year where all men are created equal and once again we will have a Country of the People, For the People and By the People.

Remember These Faces and Names

Well the Republican Fascist Nazi's once again showed their distain for the American Worker and America by blocking a bridge loan bailout to the Big 3 Automakers GM, Chrysler and Ford. They attempted to lay the blame with the UAW but in fact their real reason for blocking the help the Big 3 needed was to destroy the Union even if it meant putting 3 Million American Workers out of work and on the streets along with their families, while wiping out retirees pensions and medical benefits earned by those retirees.

So who are the main players in this Union Busting fiasco?

Well there is Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Louisville) and Jim Bunning (R-Southgate) Kentucky for starters.

First let us not forget that Senator McConnell voted for the bailout of Wall Street to the tune of $700 Billion Dollars. That's right $700 Billion Dollars with no over site what so ever. He did not even ask any of those workers to take pay cuts nor did he tell the CEO's to take pay cuts.

No way Jose, no way did he want them to hurt while they turned around and gave bonus's to the CEO's and dividends to stockholders at the same time they were buying other failing Banks and getting to write off the debt of those Institutions that were bought with Tax Payer Dollars. While at the same time those Banks did nothing to open up credit to companies needing loans to stay afloat and make payrolls or buy inventory.

Of course the other reason they want to destroy the last of America's Manufacturing Sector, the American Auto Industry and break the UAW is because guess who owns a Automotive Factory in their State.

Kentucky is the home of Toyota so they answer to and support Foreign Countries placing them above America and American Workers. Also Senator Jim Bunning was the Senator who put a hold on a bill that would overturn a executive order letting presidential records be kept hidden from the public.

Next we have Senator Richard Shelby (R-Alabama).

He's against any help for American auto industries, but doesn't mind helping out Foreign Countries Auto Industries in his State as noted below.

He had a leading role in attracting a Mercedes Benz SUV plant with a $253 million dollar incentive/subsidy package and he's also proud of the Hyundai SUV plant, Honda SUV plant, and Toyota engine plant that received $400 million in incentives."

And the one Senator who laid the majority of the blame on the UAW because they could not give a date certain when the Big 3 would be comparable in wages and benefits with the Foreign Auto Industries in Southern States since none of the other components that make up the American Auto Industry were present at the meetings is Senator Bob Corker (R-Tennessee).

Though he attempted to broker a deal I for one do not believe that he wanted to succeed in having one in the first place. After all Tennessee has Foreign Automotive Company's as the other Senators who led the Republican Fascist Nazi's to derail the bridge loan bailout that would have kept the Big 3 afloat while they worked on restructuring the American Auto Industry.

Companies like Nissan, Petersbilt Motor Co. as well as a General Motors Company with Volkswagen soon to join the list of Automotive Company's building cars in Tennessee.

Two other Senators who opposed the bridge loan bailout are Senator David (Diaper) Vitter (R-Louisiana) and Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina).

All these Senators showed that they place Foreign Interests above the interests of America, the American People and America's Blue Collar Workers. At a time when our economy is failing and Americans are losing jobs and companies are going under they show how little they care about the state of Our Economy or Our Country.

Over the last twenty eight years the Republican Fascist Nazi's have Robbed, Pillaged and Plundered Our Country bringing it to the verge of Bankruptcy and turning Our Nation into a Third World Country while destroying the Global Economy as well by pushing over 541 Trillion Dollars in bad paper due to deregulation. These are not the acts of those who love Our Country and the Constitution we once had. These are the acts of Traitors.

One day the Good Lord will lift up His mighty sword of Justice and strike them down. He has a special place already set aside for them in Hell and I pray that it's sooner rather than later.

So I say to you never forget the faces of those above or the names of those in this post. Remember how they put Foreign Interests before Our Countries and remember if you vote for Republicans your voting against Our Country. Never forget that.

Free At Last - A New Hope

On Tuesday night November 4th., 2008 history was made. On that night a new hope was born for the United States of America. On that night a Nation which had been divided for the past eight years came together and elected for the first time a African American for the highest office in our Country. On that night a humble man of great intellect and intelligence became the President of The United States of America.

So in the memorable words of another great man by the name of Dr. Martin Luther King who struggled for equality for all men and women no matter what there race creed or color said.

"Free at last, free at last, thank God Almighty were free at last".

When I was ask by Brian to do a guest post for BackChannel Blog I was surprised since BackChannel deals with current political events and I write about the criminality of the current administration. What to write about I thought and immediately I knew.

For over twelve years the Republican Fascist controlled the Congress, at least the House. Not really sure about the Senate, but as far as the House goes they held it since 1994 up until 2006 when the people finally said enough.

From 1994 through 2000 the Fascist Republicans did everything they could to stop a Democratic President William Jefferson Clinton and the Democrats in both the House and Senate from getting any meaning full legislation passed. If it didn't benefit there corporate masters it was dead on arrival.

Through the same period they did nothing but investigate and hold hearings on President Clinton and the White House. In fact they even started Impeachment Hearings over President Clinton getting a blow job from an intern. Yes this great High Crime and Misdemeanor had to be dealt with since it was such a grievous crime. All through the hearings we heard one constant mantra from them "It's about the Rule of Law" and the one person who said it the most was that Blonde Haired Fascist Nazi Lindsey Graham who was one of the House Managers during the Impeachment Trial and is now the Senator from SC. Every time he opened his mouth and the honey combed words rolled off his tongue and slid out of his lips I instantly knew what the Indians meant when they would say "White man speaks with forked tongue". Indeed Lindsey was a true snake in the grass. He's the type of person who would stab you in the back while shaking your hand and smile at you.

Sorry for getting a little off of my train of thought so lets continue.

When the Courts anointed the Decider George Adolph Bush to the White House in 2000 then the true nature of evil started to show itself in the Fascist Republicans as they did everything they could to cover up the crimes committed by this corrupt White House and its Fuhrer. Even the act of Treason by outing a NOC spy {Plame Gate}to pushing for a War with Iraq under false information after 9\11 occurred. This gave us the first bill that infringed on the peoples rights under the Constitution {The Patriot Act} by telling us that it was to keep us safe.

After the elections in 2004 when with the help of Diebold hackable voting machines the Decider King was re elected winning Ohio who's Government was filled with corruption at the time, so the Decider won a second term. That's when the people started seeing the true crimes surface that surrounded the White House, the Decider and the Dark Lord Dick Heinrich Himmler Cheney and associates.

And of course more laws and signing statements saying he would interpret them as he saw fit and not what was passed by the House and Senate. While the Republican Fascist continued to push laws that stripped away American Citizens Rights under the Constitution and gave immunity for Crimes both here at home and War Crimes committed by the those following the Presidents and Vice Presidents orders. All the gates were now coming into the light of day. Plame Gate {Treason}, Iraq Gate {War Crime - Crimes Against Humanity}, Torture Gate {War Crime - Abu Ghraib, Gitmo}, Attorney Gate and on and on with no end in sight. And the Democrats caved in time and time again voting for laws that helped to Shred, Weaken and destroy our Constitution.

Finally after five {5} long years and ten {10} months We the People had had enough so we voted a Democratic Majority into the House while giving the Senate a slim majority margin.

We put the Democrats in power with a mandate, a clear and simple mandate. End the Iraq War, bring our soldiers home and Impeach and Remove the malignant cancer that occupies the Peoples House and is destroying our Country. But no, Ms. Nancy Impeachment is Off the Table Pelosi refused to listen to the will of the People.

Time after time the Democrats have refused to use their Constitutional Powers and Authority to end this madness that has taken hold of our Country. Time after time they hold hearings that are not doing anything to end the madness. So far we have had three {3} members of the Executive Branch after being issued legal subpoena's refuse to even show up for testimony before the House Committee. Can a US Citizen do that and get away with it? I think not. So far all they have done is issue letters while the Executive Branch shits all over them. They have done nothing but cower before the Decider and his minions.

Who are these law breakers who spit on the Rule of Law? Here they are Josh Bolton, Herriet Miers and Karl Rove. Why the Democrats don't use their Constitutional Powers and find them in Inherent Contempt is beyond me. Why they don't have the Sargent At Arms go and Arrest them and lock them up in the Congressional Jail is beyond understanding unless they have has long been suspected Abdicated their Congressional and Constitutional Authority to the Executive Branch.

We no longer have Three Branches of Government, at least the Three that made up our original Constitution and Government. There is no longer the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branch as our Country was originally founded.

Now we have a new Government made up of Three Branches and they are the Dictatorship Branch, the Judicial Branch and the Cheney Branch or known as the Gestapo Branch.

We are no longer the United States of America.

Senator Hillary Clinton Shows Class

This will be my last political post on the Democratic Presidential Primaries.

I didn't want to get involved in this race because I didn't want to lose any friends or destroy any friendships I have made over the few years that I've been blogging.

That's why I had originally only done one post which I endorsed Senator Barack Obama. That changed of course with a remark Senator Clinton made on a live stream media interview that ended up throughout the news media. That's why I made the second post in this primary race and then had to follow up after she refused to accept the fact that she had lost and Senator Obama had won.

But this Saturday June 7, 2008 Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton gave what I consider a speech that showed that indeed if she had ran her campaign with the amount of Class she gave in her concession speech and endorsement of Senator Obama she very possibly could have won the Democratic Presidential Nomination.

I don't know where or who to put the blame for the path she followed in her run for the nomination, however whomever gave her the advice she followed should have been fired a long time ago. It did more to hurt her than to help her.

Saturday's speech was a first step in the healing process and I look forward to seeing Senator Clinton doing everything she can to once again unite the party and put a Democratic President back in the White House.

We can not afford another four or eight years of Republican Fascist Nazi rule and that's what Senator John McInsane will give us. Even now I still believe that there will be no elections as Israel is beating the drums of war against Iran and its highly probable that they will attack Iran before the November elections take place.

If nothing else Senator Hillary Clinton has taken a first step in reclaiming her Honor, Dignity and Integrity. She can reclaim her legacy and be a powerful force in the years to come within the Democratic Party and she has taken that first step on a long path of recovery.

Thank you Senator Clinton for showing us that you do have Class and can be the person many had believed that you were. Never listen to those who would do anything to win at all costs, its not worth it in the long run. Always act from your heart and soul, in doing so you can never go wrong.

Hillary Works to Destroy Democratic Party

Well tonight was a big night for America when Senator Obama clinched the Democratic nomination and instead of graciously conceding to Senator Obama she has decided to carry on refusing to acknowledge to her supporters that he passed the delegates needed to claim the title of presumptive Presidential nominee of the Democratic Party.

Instead she is holding the Party hostage as she wants too demand her terms for supporting him. And in doing so is further alienating the party and America's chances of taking our country back and winning the White House in November.

She is not for the Country, Constitution or the Democratic Party. Nor is she for the American People.

She is only for herself and has proven without a doubt that she is not fit to hold any elected office, including her current position as a United States Senator.

Its as if she is still waiting for a RFK moment to occur in June of 2008 so she can claim the mantle of nominee for the Democratic Party and if that happens she will be the most hated women in the country.

So since she will not work to unite the party I think its time for the Party to kick her out once and for all. Let her go back to the Senate and be shunned like a leper is shunned for that's what she is.

The Party has given her enough time to do the right thing and she refuses to do it. Her supporters still want to take this all the way to the Denver Convention and fight on the floor for her to be on the ticket as Vice President.

Senator Obama and the Democratic Party better realize that she is not a acceptable choice and will do everything to undermine his chances for victory in November whether she is given the VP spot or not. Too often she has hinted that the nomination was stolen from her, that he's unelectable and that he didn't win the race legitimately. And her supporters believe it.

Instead of acknowledging that she ran a bad campaign she has cried sexism, racism and gender has been used against her by the Obama Campaign which is nothing but a lie as well. Its also been said that she really don't want the VP spot and would turn it down if offered to her. She also was to have said if you believe the MSM that she did not want another woman put on the ticket as well.

Senator Obama do not believe anything she says as she will stab you in the back while shaking your hand and smiling at you. If you offer her the VP slot and she accepts then you will hurt your message of change. Also if anything should happen where you would have to step down she would then become President and everything you had worked for will be destroyed.

If the Democratic Party don't do the right thing there will be no Democratic Party come November as the split will be to deep and wide to come back together. This is what Hillary wants. She's White and she's Entitled. Senator Obama is not in her mind worthy of being President and nothing anyone can say to her will change that opinion.

So do the right thing for Country, Constitution and Party or let her continue to destroy everything she touches. End this and end it now.

Update: It has been announced by Senator Clinton's campaign that on Friday Hillary will conceded and endorse Senator Obama as the Democratic Parties Presidential Nominee. She has finally stepped up to the plate and did what is right.

How she goes forward will show just how much she really cares about our country, constitution and the Democratic Party as well as the American People. If she works her heart out to bring her supporters and unite the party she will do a lot to regain her legacy and still be a strong voice for all Americans and the Democratic Party.

Thank you Hillary for doing what is in the best interest of our country.

Hillary Plays The Death Card

At first I was shocked. Then I was angry. Now I'm outraged.

I wasn't going to write about this, however after watching the talking head shows yesterday and hearing Howard Wolfson blame the Obama campaign for saying what she said had no place in the campaign and that they were fanning the news coverage of it shows what a piece of low life garbage he is. But it didn't stop there. Oh no it didn't. You see Terrence McAuliffe was on Fox also blaming the Obama camp and said Hillary shouldn't apologize to the Obama family for placing his family and him in danger of being killed.

Now we know what low life's she has running her campaign and at the same time we have California Congresswoman Dianne Feinstein touting putting Hillary on the ticket as Vice President. I think its time that Feinstein gets removed from office through the ballot box.

This is so wrong that a candidate running for the Highest Office in our country would invoke the possible assassination of her rival as a path and reason for staying in the race when by all the math she can not possibly win it. That is unless something horrible would happen to Senator Obama. And to even bring up the idea of a Political Assassination is beyond the pale.

Hillary said that Bill didn't rap up the nomination until June 92 in California even though by the math he was the winner and nominee I believe in April and the first primary was in February I believe, though California had not yet had there primary which was sometime in the middle of the month of June.

Then she followed with and RFK was assassinated in June 68 in LA. She said this was a historical comparison of races going on for a long time and ending in June. That of course was technically incorrect as the election season started in March in 68 and it was weeks later that RFK was killed only a short time after the assassination of Martin Luther King. Also there were only thirteen Democratic primary's in 1968 .

For her to use the Political Assassination of RFK as a path and reason to stay in the race shows the darkest side of Hillary that we have ever seen. This is not a subject that anyone should be even talking about in a highly charged election let alone use as a reason to continue a race that by all standards and rules she had lost. The rules are that the candidate with the most Pledged Delegates is the nominee. Senator Obama has the most Pledged Delegates and there is no way for Hillary to catch up. It is not the popular vote or the electoral college vote that determines the nominee like she is trying to insinuate. All the party wants is to have a united front for the November Election and nothing else.

Hear Hillary's reason for staying in the race and you decide if she is hoping for something to happen to the Senator so she could be the nominee.

She could have suspended her campaign and if something such as all those supposed stories about Obama that would implode his campaign were to actually be real and come out in the media she would still be ready to step in and be the Democratic Nominee.

Then to add insult to injury she gave a non apology apology which you can see below as well as the thought of two commenter's on David Gregory's show.

That apology shows how little she thinks about the safety of Senator Obama and his family. Hillary knows very well that even now her husband Bill still has Secret Service protection like he did in the White House as well as her, being both a former First Lady and Presidential Candidate. In fact it has been well known that Senator Obama has had Secret Service protection since May when he received death threats.

So why would she even invoke the thought that she's hanging in the wings in case something bad should happen to the front runner and presumed nominee under the Democratic Rules like maybe he will be killed and I'm already to step in and take over the nomination.

Keith Olbermann said it best with his Special Comment Friday night May 23, 2008 and I for one thank him for saying what many of Senator Obama's supporters wanted to say but didn't.

Senator Clinton's supporters don't see the harm her statement can and has caused to not only Senator Obama's supporters, but also to our country. They make excuses and say she didn't mean what she said. I don't really know if she meant it or not, however to invoke the thought of a Political Assassination as a path and reason to somehow claim the Democratic Nomination is sick.

As Keith Olbermann said did she give any thought that maybe Senator McCain or even herself could end up as a target. Did she give any thought that maybe in 2012 some candidate might invoke the death of RFK in June 0f 68 and Senator McCain,Senator Obama or even Senator Clinton in 2008 as a Historical Reference. What was she thinking? Is she on Drugs? Why else would she even bring up Political Assassination unless she's mentally disturbed.

Still I wasn't going to post on this until today when I saw something that was more disturbing because of her RFK reference on Friday. Here is another video of Fox News's Liz Trotta suggesting that both Osama bin Laden and Senator Obama should be killed.

After seeing this I could no longer hold back my anger. Where is the Secret Service and have they questioned Liz Trotta for her comment? And if not, why not? And how about Hillary Clinton or Bill Clinton,Howard Wolfson or Terrence McAuliffe as to who suggested to Hillary to make this statement? And if not, why not? I for one would like to know. How about you?

And where are the Democratic Party Leaders or the DNC and what are they doing about this? This needs to be shutdown now before some nut case takes her words seriously and once again our country ends up suffering a horrible tragedy.

One thing though is perfectly clear. Senator Hillary Clinton is not fit to be the President, Vice President, Senator or hold any elected office in our country. To hold thoughts of Political Assassination in the darkest recesses of her mind and be invoked in a Presidential Campaign shows just how unstable she is. No one as mentally disturbed like Hillary should have their finger on the Nuclear Button nor should they be sitting in the White House.

Senator Clinton a few thoughts for you to think about. If anything happens to Senator Obama, you Senator Clinton will be held responsible. You will have the blood of a innocent man on your hands. You Senator Clinton and no one else.

Please dear Lord, don't let anything happen to Senator Obama or his family. Please watch over them and protect them from those who would do him harm we humbly pray. Amen

Update: At least Liz Trotta apologized though I don't believe she really meant it. That's more then Senator Clinton has done. Senator Clinton just don't get it and she's suppose to be so smart.

Ginger In Memoriam

Update: Wednesday April 23, 2008

Well it is 12:25 pm and I just arrived back home about forty minutes ago and my heart is very saddened. I arrived at the hospital around 9:25 am and was put in a room where they would bring Ginger into me for a visit before seeing the Doctor. This was not the Doctor whom I was originally suppose to see as they called me to let me know she didn't come in due to illness.

One of the assistants brought Ginger in and placed her on the exam table. He carried her in in a blanket and she looked around the room checking it out I guess. Both her front legs had been partially shaved and on one she had a iv line that they used to give her medicine and other liquids when she had first been brought in.

She tried to scoot around the table as she seemed like she wasn't able to stand up. It may have been because the table is smooth and she just couldn't get her feet under her to stand without slipping.

I talked to her and stroked her while she looked as if she knew something was going on. I still hadn't made up my mind what I was going to do. She did not have a lot of energy and even though I had first thought to put her to sleep at the same time I was thinking that I should bring her home to die. I was torn between two choices and neither one was acceptable to me. So even though I knew which way I was leaning I was still unsure if it was the right decision.

Last night I gave a lot of thought about bringing her home to die. I thought about me being at work and her needing me and I wouldn't be there for her. The Doctor had said she may go in two days or even up to possibly two months. I wondered how she might pass on, in her sleep peacefully or suffocate due to not being able to breathe. Would she be in pain, discomfort or simply pass on.

These were the questions that haunted me all night and now while I waited to see the Doctor to possibly get the answers. When the Doctor came in she told me that Ginger still was not fully eating and of course I would have to give her medication twice a day. She informed me just like the other Doctor did about not being able to say how long she might have before her heart gave out. I ask her about the concerns I had which I stated above and she said that when it happened that she would not go in her sleep and it would be anything less than peaceful. It was then that I made a choice about what I should do.

I told her that it really didn't matter what I decided because I would feel guilty no matter what my decision was. I said that knowing I more than likely wouldn't be there for her when the time came that I felt it was better for Ginger if they put her to sleep. At least I could be there for her as she passed on rather than have her pass on alone.

The Doctor felt that I had made the right decision even though I still felt wrong about it. I could feel my heart breaking and while the Doctor went to get the medication and release form for me to sign allowing them to put her to sleep I whispered to Ginger something a blogger friend had left in the comments below. I told her that I would see her at The Rainbow Bridge as I held her and cried.

The Doctor came back into the room and explained what would happen. The first shot she would give Ginger would put her to sleep and the second one would stop her heart and brain. As I held her I know that Ginger knew I loved her and was doing what was best for her. She passed on quickly while I sat there holding her and petting her.

The Doctor ask if I wanted a few minutes alone which I said yes. When she stepped out of the room I cried as I once again told Ginger I would see her at The Rainbow Bridge and at the same time was telling how sorry I was that I had to let her go and have her put to sleep. I opened the door and the Doctor came back in and took her from me. I informed her when ask that I did want her carry cage back. After it was brought in I went to the front desk to settle my bill. There was a nineteen dollar credit due me and they gave me a receipt and said they would mail me a check.

Still in a daze I took the cage to my van, put it in and sat there for about ten minutes before leaving. I stopped at our regular Vet's office to let them know about Ginger and pull her medical records to be stored since Ginger was no longer with me. Then I came home. The rest is now history.

I want to again thank all of you who were supportive of Ginger over the past couple years. Your kindness, thoughtfulness and words of hope and prayer were and always will be greatly appreciated.

Ginger Thanks All Her Friends

This post is for all those who know my dog Ginger and were very supportive last year when she was poisoned by Hill's M\D Diet Food.

I know, I know she's not a dog and even though she acts like one following me around she very well could be.

This is to thank all of Ginger's and my friends for their kindness in our troubled time last year. This is a update to how she is currently doing. Ginger and I are humbled by all the kindness we received last year in those unknown moments when I wasn't sure she would come home.

Once again Ginger and I are in that very same predicament. So with that said let me leave you with what I have posted on three sites I regularly visit.

For all Ginger's and my friends...

As I sit here barely able to write this and at a loss for words, I wanted to thank all of you for your support and comfort last year when Ginger was poisoned by Hill's MD Dry Cat food.

Over the past week or so Ginger has not been eating very much and with my daughter visiting for my birthday I waited until she went home Saturday before calling the Vet.

Up until last week around Wednesday I noticed that she was barely eating. At the time I thought that perhaps she just had a cold or something or just wasn't feeling good.

By Friday when I got home from work I noticed that she had stopped eating all together and knew I had to get her into the Vet to find out what the problem was. My daughter wanted me to take her in Saturday morning, but since her plane back home was a 2:30 pm flight I didn't want to have her miss the plane.

This morning I called my Vet and told her I thought that maybe Ginger had eaten contaminated food again, she was not eating or having a bowel movement since Wednesday and she said I should get her in so the Doctor could look at her. I took the rest of the day off, headed home, put Ginger in her carrier and headed to the Vet's office.

Once there the Doctor looked at her and the assistant took her temperature. She was unable to get a accurate one as the thermometer could barely be inserted.

They weighed her and she was down to 21 LB's since her physical in December when she weighed 25 LB's. They took her in the back to xray her to see if see may be constipated or if there could be any other problems.

When she came back in she had stopped doing the xray's because after they had done the chest and heart area it showed a Heart problem. Her chest was full of liquid and her heart was floating making it hard for her to breathe. She said I had to see a Specialist and called the Hospital so they would be ready to see her the minute I got there.

She gave Ginger a shot to help her breathe, I paid the bill and headed over to the hospital.

On arriving at the hospital they took her immediately to the back and I waited for a Doctor who was interning to become a Specialist while the Doctor and those assisting her looked at Ginger and the xray's I brought over.

The Doctor whom I saw the first time said Ginger had a Heart Condition and was in very bad shape. They had extracted about 100 Mililiters {I think that's the right word} and around 15ML was a tablespoon and they had done around 8 tablespoons so far. She then went back to assist those working on Ginger.

When she returned she told me that Ginger did have Heart Disease and they would have to get a US-Echocardiogram to see what was going on with her heart. They had her in a oxygen tent and I was informed of what they needed to do.

I was even ask if it was okay to resuscitate if she went under and I said yes. I was told that she would call me later to let me know what the current status was.

Well I just got off the phone with her and she said Ginger had DCM and it was congenital more than likely. She informed me that she might not make it out of the hospital and if she did Ginger might only last a month or two.

All her heart walls were thin and she had trouble pumping blood through her system because of this. I don't know if she will be home or not and if it looks like they are unable to get her home or if it appears that there is nothing they can really do for her I told them to put her down.

I paid the over two hundred dollars at my Vet's and two thousand dollars which was a little over the two thirds of her hospital cost which could exceed $2300 dollars.

I would give all I have if she would come home and be healthy, however at this time I don't think I'll be seeing her again.

To all of you who were very supportive last year I want to thank you as your support meant so much too me.

I can't go on anymore, but I wanted you all to know that Ginger and I thank you from the bottom of are hearts.

I know that like me many of you have had pets at one time or another in you life time. I also know or believe that you may have lost a pet through illness or other circumstances and like you I feel sure some on you may have even had to had them put down. Or in a nicer way to say it put to sleep.

I don't know if that will happen in my case as one can see from reading the above post. The odds are against her and if she does somehow manage to make it home she may not have a long time, a month or two is what the Doctor said.

I would do anything if possible to have her home and on medication for her heart condition, however the facts as I know them now say this will not happen. So I want you all to know that Ginger and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all your prayers and kindness you have shown toward us last year.

Love your pets as much as you love your children if you have any. We do not know what events may occur over the time we have and if you fail to show them the love they deserve you may one day find that it is too late to.

With that I end this post and once again Ginger and I thank you for all that you have given us.

PM Gordon Brown meets with War Criminals

For the second time this past week a World Leader met with the War Criminals who occupy the Peoples House {White House} in what was once the United States of America.

First we had the Pope meet with Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and Dark Lord Dick Heinrich Himmler Cheney.

Now we have the Leader of the United Kingdom {Great Briton} meeting with them.

At there meeting Brown offered praise and said “We acknowledge the debt the world owes to the US for its leadership in this fight against international terrorism.” Here's the story from the The Sun

I guess that Mr. Brown is ignorant of the fact that Der Fuhrer Bush had acknowledged on National Television some time ago that he had a prisoner {or enemy combatant as he likes to call them} Waterboarded. Clearly a War Crime coming from the highest levels of Government.

In fact just this past week or two it has been revealed that not only did America Torture prisoners, but it was planned, implemented, carried out, authorized and condoned at the highest levels in the White House. And who was it that gave the legal justification to carry out War Crimes.

The people involved in this legal mumbo jumbo were lawyers within the White House itself. So meet John Yoo.
There have been several stories on this and I will post a few links for all to read.

Then of course we have this post by the famous Glenn Greenwald who also has many links including the memo by John Yoo giving his legal reasoning for the Presidents right to Torture those in our custody. This man is not only a War Criminal, but one sick son of a bitch if you ask me.

Now of course he is teaching Constitutional Law at U of C Berkley and they are not going to fire this Nazi War Criminal. I don't understand how far a once great University has fallen to a third rate school who allows War Criminals to teach law, especially Constitutional Law.

But I find this article by Revolution has clearly stated the facts and says what our media is afraid to say and that is "Conservative My Ass!" "These People Are Nazis!"

Now I have to ask a very difficult question of the British People. How long will you continue to allow your country to support a country who commits War Crimes? How long will you stand by while War Crimes are being still committed under the cover of darkness?

Do you want to go down in History as a country who was an aligned with a murderous criminal nation like those who aligned themselves with Hitler during World War II? Or how about Pinchet or Pol Pot or Benito Mussolini or the other countries and there leaders who aided Hitler.

Isn't it time that you took your country back from those who would invade a country for there resources namely Oil and Gas. That is a War Crime and its about time that the Signatories to the Geneva Convention upheld there obligations to immediately charge those responsible and issue arrest warrants for them.

It is obvious that those at the highest levels of our Government won't be held accountable for their Crimes any time soon if at all. It is now time for the World to Condemn them and place them on Trial in the Hague like we did the Nazi's of Hitlers Germany.

They continue to turn a blind eye to what they see and somehow refuse to acknowledge that what they see is indeed happening and true. Don't you the British People turn a blind eye also. The consequences if you do will doom you to History for what will occur.

Speak up now while you still can and pray that you can do what we could not. We are doomed as a Nation. Our Military, Economy and Constitution has been destroyed by a insane madman just like Germany was destroyed by Hitler. It is no more and we will surly fall just like Germany and Hitler did.

Drudge Endangers Prince Harry's Life

It's true you know. Yes the same Matt Drudge who broke the "Blue Stained Dress" story of Monica Lewinsky with the help of Fascist Lucianna Goldberg mother of Jonah Goldberg and snitch Linda Tripp.

It didn't matter to Drudge that by breaking this story he would be putting the life of not only Prince Harry at risk, but also those of his comrades serving with him.

"The leaks have raised concern that Harry, third in line to the British throne as the youngest son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana, could now become what officials term a high-value target for al Qaeda and other Islamist militants.

Harry, 23, was deployed to fight against the Taliban in the southern Afghan region of Helmand in December, seven months after plans to send him to Iraq were scrapped following threats from Iraqi militants to kidnap or kill him." You can read the rest of the story here.

Now to be fair though others also disregarded the British who ask not to release any information about the Prince serving in Afghanistan as there were threats against his life if he were to serve on the front lines in Der Fuhrer's War On Terror in Iraq and Afghanistan.

A German and Australian organization I believe also outed the young Prince with no regards for his life. To me this is an act of betrayal and quite possibly an act of Terrorism or Treason as well.

So could the Royal Family have Matt Drudge arrested for aiding and abetting the enemy? After all he gave them information that was harmful to the Royal Family and the British Army and its members who were fighting along side the Prince.

Myself, I believe that he should be arrested and charged with conspiring with the enemy during a time of War. I wonder what the British call someone who aides the enemy. Could the word Traitor be it?

Can you imagine if Jenna and Not Jenna were serving on the front lines {I know what your thinking, Der Fuhrer would never allow his children to serve on the front lines. After all he is a coward who through favors owed to his father never saw the front lines.} . Though he doesn't mind sending your children off to be killed or maimed for life.

If this had been about Der Fuhrer's children he would have immediately had Drudge arrested under the MCA of 2006 as an Enemy Combatant and shipped off to Guantanamo to be Waterboarded and any other methods of Torture he could come up with to use on Drudge.

I wonder if there are any Paul Hills or Eric Rudolph's in Britain who would consider what Drudge did Treason and seek to take the law into their own hands. If there are and I was Drudge I would be looking over my shoulder all the time.

Prince Harry like Lady Diane are well loved by the British people and they might take offense at what these sleaze bags have done. They might not take to kindly to them putting their Prince's life in danger or those of the men he fought, ate and slept with on the front lines as well.

So now we can add Matt Drudge to the list of RFN's who we know place money before all else including other peoples lives. It's people like Drudge who are destroying our country and placing our citizens lives in danger just as he did Prince Harry and those he served with.

Matt Drudge is an Enemy Of The State and one day he will pay for all his offenses. Whether on this earth or when he stands before his maker, have no doubt about that.

And to the Royal Family, Prince Harry, those he fought along side with and all the British People I apologize for those in our Country who value the Dollar over Life.

We have elections coming up {that is if Der Fuhrer doesn't start World War III and declare Martial Law} and hopefully we will have a new President who will work to restore our Honor and Integrity here at home and around the world.

Please forgive us for what Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush has done in America's name.

Why I support Barack Obama.

As in my previous post I stated that whomever the nominee is for the Democratic Party come November {that's if we have elections} will get my vote.

After Barack won the Iowa Caucus and the tone of the campaign changed on Hillary's side by unleashing her husband former President Bill Clinton as her attack machine I once again got disdain for the political parties.

This was the reason why I switched parties and became an Independent. I was tired of the same old same old that the parties reflected. It use to be that you didn't see any in fighting in the Democratic Party as we see today. It was often done behind closed doors unlike the Republican Party who puts it in the public eye constantly.

The two party system is broken, let me repeat that, the two party system is broken. Those we elected to represent us have forgotten that they work for us and not the corporations. There only concern is to stay in the office they hold and they do that by bowing to the corporations for campaign contributions so they can have the money to run for reelection when their current term as ended. And if you think they don't get anything for the contributions made to our law makers then your living in a fairy tale.

I am a baby boomer who hopes to retire in another for years with full benefits if both parties don't steal it all. I see Hillary Clinton as part of the problem and not part of the solution. True she hasn't been in Washington as a politician for that many years, however she has been a part of Government for a long long time. I do not see her doing anything to change the status quo and I do with Barack Obama.

I do not need to tell you how charismatic he is or how inspirational he is when you hear him speak. You can find all the story's you want on that just by googling Barack Obama. I have heard the well his magic hasn't worked on me. I didn't feel no magic when I listened to him talk. Or how about he don't give no specifics just generalities. He's just telling you what you want to hear and nothing else.

Well when you reach my age you are either a very old person in your second childhood or you no longer remember when you were young and the whole world laid at your feet. Yours for the taking if you believed you could do it.

As I couldn't legally vote in the Democratic Primary, as its closed here in state, I had to sit it out. So I have to wait until November to cast my vote for a return to the Constitution and the America I love so much. I had thought about changing parties before Obama got into the race so I could vote in the Democratic Primary, however I decided to wait and see who the party was going to put forth. I had fully expected Senator Hillary Clinton to be the nominee and would have voted for her until Barack Obama got into the race. I saw no need to re register as a Democrat and let my Independent status stay the same.

I listened to the speech's given by Barack and I heard the magic, just like I did when I heard President John F. Kennedy speak in the sixties. Though I couldn't vote at that time due to not being old enough to vote, JFK inspired me like he did so many others and I heard and felt that same spirit of hope for all Americans that I had heard only that one time before.

In my humble opinion Barack Obama is the only choice we as American Citizens have to once again become the great nation we once were, in fact too be better than we were.

I feel 100% confident that Barack Hussein Obama is the real thing. I see a new Democratic Party being born in Barack Obama's Nomination. A party that works to unite all Americans as one people no longer divided by race or religion, but what's in the interest of all the people.

I don't know what will happen if Hillary gets the nomination and how the new younger voters who have come into the party will accept her as a leader of change. If they do than we will win the White House. However, if they feel like me they may not come out to vote for her. I will vote for her, but I'll hold my nose and bite my tongue.

I have no illusions of what we will get if Hillary becomes the next President. I don't really believe that she would give up the power of the Presidency that it now holds and us return to a Constitutional Presidency like we had before Der Fuhrer Bush took the reigns of power. The power of the Presidency today is no different than that of many despots and dictators around the world.
I don't remember who said it, but it is true. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

So from this day forward think carefully about what direction you want to see our Country headed in, toward the future or a return to the past. Do this before you cast your vote and than think some more. This is going to be the most important thing you will do in your lifetime.

So let me say that I am proud to support Barack Hussein Obama for the Democratic Nomination for the Presidency of the United States Of America. As you too should be.

Update: I just wanted to add one other thing. There was another person who spoke of hope and and whom the ruling class mocked. He was a threat to their power and they knew it. Barack Obama speaks of hope and that is for real and not a fairy tale. If we the people become one again than our elected officials will have to do what we elect them do to.

Because of Jesus Christianity was born through His message of Hope and now we have the same opportunity to unite America once again by changing course and making Barack Obama the next President of The United States Of America.

Update II: So no one misunderstands the above update let me clarify it. The reason I mention Jesus is because he inspired his followers and preached hope and a new way forward. With His leadership and their belief in Him made Christianity what it is today.

However, there are many who preach Jesus teachings today while not living them and their the ones who give Christianity a bad name. I don't care what ones religious beliefs are, but all religions have fanatics and that's what he now have leading our country into the depths of Hell. Cast off the chains of hate, fear and bigotry and rise up to elect change for all Americans no matter what color they are or what there religious beliefs are.

Also I would like to take a few minutes of your time to implore all those who are new to the Democratic Party to make sure you vote on Super Tuesday. And for everyone else no matter what your political party is Democrat, Republican or Independent if you can caucus than get out and support Senator Barack Obama. If your state has a closed Primary and you support Barack than vote for him.

Right now from what I understand there are over a milllion absentee ballots already cast in California. One would have to assume that the majority of those ballots will go to Hillary Clinton. So to counter the absentee vote all those who believe in the hope that Barack offers needs to be sure to get out and vote. If you all vote than its possible that we can overcome the absentee ballots and Barack could end up winning California.

This goes to everyone in all Super Tuesday states. So get our and help Barack Obama with American Citizens standing proudly behind him take our country back and remove the cancer that infects our government.

Well I finally have composed myself to where I feel like I can again voice my views.

I know that its been dead here lately and I pray that those usually who come by understand that I was unable to bring myself to do any writing or ranting.

As I'm sure you noticed I didn't have a terribly good holiday. With the death of my sister and all that occurred, from the new Nazi Gestapo heading the DOJ who refuses to admit that waterboarding is Torture, to all the the rest of the crimes by Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush Crime Family hitting the light of day left me drained of energy. And so silence ensued.

I still checked out most of your sites though as a lurker and I did post off and on on one. In fact I even got chastised for saying that if Hillary Clinton won the nomination I would not vote for her. I went so far as to say I would either vote for the Republican Fascist Nazi or not vote at all for a President Hillary. How quickly I was reminded that our country could not take another 4 years of a RFN in the Peoples House.

As I was growing up I soon discovered that I was born into a Democratic Family and so my political view points were taught through my grandparents moral upbringing and there great compassion for their fellow human beings.

I learned at an early age that there were two things you never talked about except with your best friends and only unless you both had the same opinions. Those two topics are toxic and can destroy years of friendship if ones not careful. So what are these destructive, deadly, never talk about in conversation topics? How about Religion and Politics.

My grandfather told me once when I ask him why he was a Democratic and he said because they care about people. People who are just like us. People who help those who are in need without looking for anything in return.

Then he told me that there was really no difference between the parties as he saw it. He said they all will tell you what you want to hear. They all care about keeping their office for as long as they can. However, the Republicans want it all while the Democrats even though they also want it all will always give some to the people who are in need.

I have always voted since I came of age to vote. I was prepared to vote for whomever the Democratic Nominee was until the Clinton surrogates started the attacks of Lee Atwater with the drug use insinuations to the injection of race by former President Bill Clinton. At least that's how I saw it. Democrats acting like Republican Fascist Nazi's. After that I in no way would vote for Hillary if she won the nomination. But like I said above I was quickly reminded of the last 8 years.

So if Hillary Clinton wins the nomination I will hold my nose and bite my tongue as I cast my vote for her.

That being said now let me tell you why I support Barack Hussein Obama.

My Sister - In Memoriam

Well I thought that when this day came I would be ready for it. It sure didn't turn out that way though. I was not prepared for what I knew was coming eventually.

I believe I had mentioned that my sister had her cancer return for the third time a while back. Well last year she spent the holidays in the hospital and this year she was home so I thought that we would have a better Christmas this year than we had last year.

Last Saturday she called me to remind me to go over to the house around noon so I was surprised when my niece called me Christmas Eve and told me she was in the hospital.

It seems she had fallen and they had a ambulance take her to the emergency room at the hospital. They admitted her over night and had said they were going to send her home.

My niece wanted them to keep her and try to find out what caused her to fall. So with that another Christmas in the hospital was all that was left.

Christmas day I went over to the house and after dinner my niece and I drove to the hospital to see her. She didn't look to bad and she was doing better than the day before according to my niece.

She still hadn't talked to the doctors yet and she was hoping to catch one of them in the morning. Well Wednesday morning she saw the doctors and then she called me. They told her she had about a week to live and had wanted to get the family through the holidays before telling the family.

They were going to have Hospice talk to them and send her home. I thought that she would be sent home either Wednesday or even Thursday. My niece visited on Thursday and told me afterwards that she didn't look good, however they were going to release her Friday to go home for her last days.

Friday morning {this morning} my niece called me and gave me the news I really didn't want to hear. My sister had died.

She had a turn for the worse Thursday night and they even tried to do a transfusion to help improve her condition, but to no avail. They called my niece at work and told her that she was going and if she wanted to be there she needed to come in as soon as possible.

When she got to the hospital she found out she was too late. My sister had passed away ten minutes before she got there. She called me and I immediately headed for the hospital.

I thought that I would be fully prepared for this day and here I was in shock and not believing that she went so fast. Today I lost my BFF and the greatest sister anyone could have.

I will miss her terribly. As she was the baby of the family I never thought that she would pass before me or my older brother.

So if you have a sick relative, family member or even a good friend take time to spend with them as you will never know when it might be the last time you have to spend it together.

Update: The picture below is of my sister when she was a lot younger and took dancing lessons. My brother had sent me this and he had photo shopped it a long time ago and that is why she's holding a mushroom between her hands.

As anyone can tell, back in there younger days many children took some kind of outside classes whether it was music, art or even dancing. For her it was dancing and she really like it though it was expensive. As it usually turns out the classes we sometimes take when were younger never end up as the life we end up living.

We travel many paths and we end up doing many things from the time were born until the day we are called before the Lord, whether or not we believe in a God or not. We all travel different paths and we hope when we leave we leave the world a better place.

AMERICA - A Deceased Nation

I have to apologize to everyone for being away for such a long time. Right after I made my last post many things occurred that left me speechless. One such event was Diane Feinstein and Charles Schumer voting to confirm Michael Mukasey the new Justice Department Attorney General.

At first I thought how could they confirm someone who refuses to honestly answer the question as to whether or not water boarding was Torture. It has been considered Torture for years, yet the new choice for the top law enforcement job in our country will not say if he considers it Torture or not.

Then I had to rethink the whole idea that maybe Mukasey may just be a wolf in sheep's clothing. Why is that? Because he then turns around and gets clearance for those investigating the attorney firings in the Justice Department. At this point I thought maybe here's a man who will uphold Justice for all American Citizens. Than I had that bubble burst.

Now he's telling the Senate that if they don't include immunity for the Telecoms in the new FISA bill he will tell Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush to veto it. So once again we have a believer in the Unitary Executive theory.

Then we had the institution of Martial Law enacted in Pakistan. A country that has Nuclear Weapons. And what does our Fuhrer do? Nothing but tell Musharraf he needs to end Martial Law. And what does Musharraf tell Fuhrer Bush? A stable county is more important than a Democratic county and Democracy.

How could we as a Nation accept this? Where has everything we believed in for over two hundred years disappeared to? I don't understand how we have turned from a Nation who embraces freedom and the rule of law to a Nation who now follows the same policies of Dictators from the past and the current ones now in power is several countries around the World.

Then of course we had the new Republican Fascist Nazi Tom Tancredo (R-CO) put out a fear mongering ad depicting a person leaving a backpack in a Mall after which the screen goes dark while you hear an explosion in the background. This is nothing more than pushing fear and hate against those who are not lily white Christians or Jews, but any other color, ethnicity or Religion.

Could you imagine the same type of film being put out by Hitler after the Reichstag fire? Or how about similar type propaganda that if you didn't support Der Fuhrer than you weren't a loyal or good German? We see that a lot these days coming from all the RFN candidates and the talk radio crowd. It even has infiltrated our print media as well.

Watch this video below from YouTube of a speech given by Hitler in 1938 and think about the words you are hearing. See if you can find any of them being used today or since 9\11 when the World Trade Center Towers came down.

I copied the words down so you can read them again and again in case you need to remember what we are all hearing from those who are suppose to represent us the American People. I am unable to say if this is an accurate translation of Hitler's speech though if it wasn't I'm sure someone would have said so already.

So here they are for you to instill in your brain so when they tell you how only they can save us from the evil dark skinned people you know who their talking about. Then remember how Hitler used those same words to wager a war for nothing but power and greed. Than remember how we used to be the greatest country in the World before the Nazi's took over the Republican Party along with their Nazi sympathizers and enablers such as Judas Iscariot Leiberman.

Our country has suffered the trauma...
and indignity of a dark day.

A day that has changed everything!

We face a new kind of enemy now...
one who will stop at nothing to destroy our

We must prepare ourselves for this gathering threat.

Or are you a good American (German) and will blindly follow those who would end up enslaving you like Hitler enslaved those around him who didn't agree with his policies? Will you continue to let this Administration and his Gestapo continue to scare you into submission without standing up for our Constitution.

If you believe that everything Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney is doing is right than you are no longer a true American and have shown that the new Nazism in our country is firmly rooted and only a World War can free those of us who still believe in the Democracy our Forefathers gave us along with OUR CONSTITUTION which is now just a pile of torn shredded paper.

When a country such as ours turns a blind eye toward Liberty and Justice which once was the Law of the Land to us, than we have lost everything that our country once stood for.

If we now find those who are willing to make excuses to Torture People, invade Sovereign Nations for there resources, spy on their own citizens, jail indefinitely with out the right to a lawyer or a court hearing than we are no better than those countries we call Dictatorships. In fact we have no business telling any other country how to govern their people.

Matter of fact if we are just like those countries than we are no longer a Democracy, but truly a Dictatorship. So with the deepest regret I now have to say that I no longer have faith that our country can regain it's stature unless the World steps in to help us.

So I plea to the World Leaders to please stand up to this evil Nazi Regime that has taken control of our country and help us take it back from them. Hold up your obligations that you have taken with the treaties you have signed and help free us before you become the next target of Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and the Fourth Reich.

I still believe that there will be no elections come November 2008 and that like Musharraf Der Fuhrer will enact Martial Law. I do believe that he will attack or have Israel attack Iran and than support Israel when Iran defends itself. I do believe that Russia and China will come to Iran's aide and support them as the oil in the region is vital to their National Security as well as ours.

If you don't want to see Mushroom clouds over your city than you better start praying that the Lord intercedes on our behalf before it is too late. All our elected representatives have sold out our country and our Constitution. All they are interested in is keeping their taxpaying jobs and the power that goes with it. They are all either Nazi's or Nazi Enablers and no longer believe in the country our Forefathers fought and even died for to leave too us.

Like I said above I no longer have faith that we have a Democracy, however I still have hope we can one day regain it.

If you believe in our country than you need to start protesting in numbers like the Million Man March that Dr. King led to achieve equal rights for African Americans or like those who marched against the Vietnam War to end it and bring our troops home. Siting idly by and hoping that change will happen by itself will not cut it. Be an American and if by some odd chance we do have elections than get out and vote.

We must for the sake of our Democracy take our country back or continue to live in fear. And the fear will not be of Terrorists who may want to kill you, but your Government who will Kill You.

Rumsfeld - War Criminal Charges Filed

Well today I have some good news to write about for a change. I discovered yesterday that Nazi War Criminal Donald {von Weichs} Rumsfeld had a complaint filed against him in France for his role in instituting Torture at Guantanamo Bay Cuba, Abu Ghraib and many other Military Prisons in Iraq.

He also is more than likely involved in the use of Foreign Prison sites {Black Prisons} where torture has been known to occur in the past.

This is just another one of the many complaints that have been filed against him on other Countries such as twice in Germany and also filings in Argentina, Spain and Sweden.

This may be our best chance to finally start holding those who denigrated our country's honor and integrity with the cancer they have been spreading since taking over our country.

First we have this story from The Raw Story by Jason Rhyne. Here is a brief paragraph from this article.

"The filed documents allege that during his tenure, the former defense secretary "ordered and authorized" torture of detainees at both the American-run Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq and the US military detainment facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba."

I'm just loaded with links about this. I must say in all honesty that it warmed me cockles to read about Herr Rumsfeld possibly finally getting the recognition he so deeply deserves. Oh me bad.

Then we have a story on Znet.org that is no longer available as I was not able to connect with the link on Znet. Basically it's the same issue with a brief quote I had wanted to post here. I am however going to post the link at the end of this post just in case its an issue of the server being overwhelmed by those interested in it.

Next in our roundup of Herr Rumsfeld news we have Reuters. An interesting paragraph our these two.

Donald Rumsfeld must understand that he has nowhere to hide. A torturer is an enemy of humanity," he added."

I have wrote that there will be no place on Earth for them to hide. And like the Nazi Hunters who still continue to hunt down Nazi War Criminals today they will be looking over their shoulders for a long, long time, waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Proceeding onward we now travel to Germany with an article from DW-WORLD.DE Deutsche Welle. Below is a short excerpt from this story.

"The rights groups notably cite three memorandums signed by Rumsfeld between October 2002 and April 2003 "legitimizing the use of torture" including the "hooding" of detainees, sleep deprivation and the use of dogs.

The group also has testimony from Janis Karpinski -- the one-time commander of US military prisons in Iraq -- to bolster its claims."

There is so much evidence out in the public domain I don't see how the International Community can ignore it. They need to uphold their obligations under the Treaty's they have signed.

From Germany we come back to the good ole United States and Democracy Now and this brief portion of the story below.

"U.S. and European human rights groups filed a lawsuit in France today charging former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld with ordering and authorizing torture. The plaintiffs include the New York-based Center for Constitutional Rights and the Paris-based International Federation of Human Rights. They say Rumsfeld authorized interrogation techniques that led to abuses at US-run prisons in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay.

The complaint was filed with the Paris prosecutor’s office as Rumsfeld arrived in France for a visit. This is the fifth time Rumsfeld has been charged with direct involvement in torture since 9/11. Michael Ratner is the president of the Center for Constitutional Rights. He joins me in the firehouse studio. Jeanne Sulzer is a French attorney with the International Federation of Human Rights. She joins me on the line from Paris."

Those are some of the stories that can be found in the Internet about War Criminal Rumsfeld and there are many more to be found if one looks for them.

Besides the current charges that were filed there have been others as in the next two which were lawsuits brought by innocent detainees swept up in the Torture Policy of our Government and Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and his Nazi second in command the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney.

Now I don't know about you, but I am thrilled to know that this maybe a start to holding these War Criminals accountable for their actions. We have to let the World know that our current elected officials will not hold these Criminals accountable and that many of them are complicit in the War Crimes being committed or have sat silently by while turning a blind eye to justice.

I am ashamed of what the current elected Executive Branch and Congress has turned our Country into. This has become the Fourth Reich and is going to be worse than Hitler's Nazi Germany if the World don't step up and Honor there responsibilities under the Treaty's they signed.

They will be just as guilty as our leaders are for not standing up for Human Rights and one day when their told to shut up of be bombed back to the Stone Age it may be to late for them. That's what happened in Germany when Hitler was rising to power and that's what will happen to them if they don't speak up now.

It appears that we may finally be on the road to recovery as someone who had a severe heart attack and had major surgery to repair a broken vein. I sincerely hope and pray that the Lord will intercede on our behalf and restore us to the Democracy we once were.

Every now and then one must stand back from ones self and see what really lies ahead of them. This is what I have had to do this past week. So much has happened that I'm no longer sure if I'm asleep and what I'm looking at and seeing isn't a dream.

Earlier last week I ran across a video of Ralph Nader explaining to a group why the Democrats pulled Impeachment of Der Fuhrer {Adolph} Bush and the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney from the table. Listen to what Congressman John Olver had to say about why there will be No Impeachment.

When I saw the video and heard the words spoken I got very angry and called Ms: Pelosi's office and left a very angry message. I called all the Democrats Traitors for not upholding their sworn oaths to protect the Constitution and said they were all Nazi Enablers. I condemned them for not removing the threat to our very existence since they were getting ready to take us into World War III. In fact I told her that if she wasn't going to uphold her oath she should resign and go spend time with her children before the mushroom clouds settle over her home.

I'm sure my message went over big time in her California office by her staff. Then of course we had Congressman Stark speak up and tell the truth about the veto of health care for children stating how we could not only afford the money for the War that the Decider wanted, but also the money to provide children with the medical help they and their families need.

How wonderful it was to finally see a Democrat stand up and speak truth to power. What occurred though was an immediate swift boating of the Congressman not only by the Republican Fascist Christian Nazi's, but also from his own party, including Ms: Pelosi. We all cheered over Congressman Starks clear and truthful comment. At last we had someone who was a opposition voice against the RFN's that had helped and enabled the destruction of our country and Constitution.

But no, that wouldn't last very long, this one member who decided to stand up for real American values and speak up. While we all congratulated the Congressman many of the Republican Nazi's screamed out in fake outrage. They all wanted an apology and what Congressman Stark gave them was not what they wanted.

Once again I was outraged that Ms: Pelosi would condemn someone for being truthful so I called her office again and left another message. This time though I even implied that the staff members were working for Nazi's and ask them how they liked betraying their country. I said that maybe Ms: Pelosi should give her Fuhrer a blow job and then maybe she could put Impeachment back on the table. I said that if they did not Impeach these Traitors who committed High Crimes and Misdemeanors than she would be complicit in War Crimes when the decider started World War III by attacking Iran and taking our country into another war.

I mentioned that they all abdicated their oaths to uphold the Constitution and were now all complicit in Treason and that they all should just resign since the Congress and Senate are now all irrelevant. It seemed that every time the Democrats had put the Nazi's on the defense that they just turned around and caved in while licking the boots of the Gestapo's underlings.

Mean while theres a severe drought in the south and raging fires in the west and what does the Decider do? He goes on television and tells the American people that he needs another 46 billion dollars for his war in Iraq and Afghanistan while ignoring health care for children. All the while water restrictions are going on in the south and the west is in flames. Then he goes fishing while our country is slowly being destroyed by the Global Warming that doesn't exist. After all bad weather is an act of God and not man made. We all know God is on our side, or so Der Fuhrer {Adolph} Bush says. And like Hitlers army who wore belt buckles that said God is with us we hear the same kind of talk by the Christian Republican Nazi's.

What is wrong with this picture? Am I in a dream and will I wake up to see the America I was born into? Or will I wake up and my nightmare will still be there in front on me? And it only gets worse in my dream.

Remember Katrina? Der Fuhrer's private army was on the streets in NOLA before even FEMA arrived. Fully armed mind you and the Oklahoma National Guard was following illegal orders and confiscating NOLA residents legally owned fire arms. A direct violation of the Second Amendment. They also evacuated many residents by plane and not telling them where they were taking them until the planes were in the air. Another violation of the Constitution. And now we wait for the heavy shoe to drop on us.

What is the heavy shoe you ask? Well how about Martial Law. Think it will never happen here? Think again. It is going to happen and as I have written about many times it will be soon now. It has been said the NOLA was a trial run for Martial Law and we just had a Military Exercise conducted last week for the possibility of Martial Law due to any thing that the Decider decides is a National Emergency anywhere in the United States {The Fourth Reich} or in the World.

And you think that you will still have a Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms? Think again. Like NOLA they will come and confiscate them. And how will they know who has legally owned arms? Think NRA. Who else has the most documented data of Americans who own weapons? The NRA, that's who.

Think about this, since before 9\11 they have been spying on American citizens communications. They know who speaks out against them in opposition of their policies and destruction of our Constitution. They have been gathering data and they will use it to cross reference the list they receive from the NRA for names of those who oppose them.

And what about the issue of Passports and National ID or Real ID? You can not fly without a passport and if your put on a no fly list you can not fly at all. National ID or Real ID they can track your movement throughout the former United States as you move from one state to the next. And what about getting out of the country? Remember the fence being built along the Mexican Border? Well do you really believe that the fence is to keep out illegal aliens {immigrants} or is it to keep American citizens in?

Are you ready for Martial Law? And if it comes what will you do? They have also worked with the clergy to get the American people to submit peacefully to Martial Law and will use them as Hitler's Gestapo convinced the catholics in the German Legislature to support the Enabling Act with the promise of making the church the official church of Germany. I myself don't trust either the church or the Nazi Regime and like the rest of the American people will have to decide what to do when they use the Military and their private Gestapo Army {Blackwater} to take total control of our country.

So am I dreaming or am I really awake and only think this is a dream. I almost don't really know anymore, however I do know that we are all living a nightmare and wish we could wake up and find out it was only a dream.

Passports, National Id & Real Id - A Real Threat

When I was younger, a lot younger, I lived with my Aunt and Uncle for two years. One of the things I remember most was the summertime. Oh if I only knew than what I know now I never would have ask to be returned to my home. Now don't take that the wrong way. I loved my family, however I could have grown up in a much better environment than I did and my life I believe would have been so much more different. But that is a different story and this is about how I had the best two vacations in my lifetime.

I remember my first vacation as I had never been on a vacation before living with them. Even now I don't really have vacations and rarely do I go anywhere. So when we took a trip around the Great Lakes up into Canada it was a time worth remembering. We drove around Lake Superior and visited the paper mills, saw the ore boats coming into port to load or unload, went to Mackinaw Island by ferry and all in all I just had a wonderful time.

We also did not need a passport to enter Canada or return to the United States. Just a photo id like my uncles drivers license was all that was needed. They ask you a few questions upon entry and on leaving I recall the border guards asking if we had anything to declare. How simple could it have been back then to the changes we see now.

In fact if I recall correctly {I don't really travel much so if I'm wrong about this please let me know in the comments} you only needed a passport to travel outside the United States overseas, such as Europe. There is also another type of passport like the one in the photo below.

This is what our Senators had too say about this bill they passed 100-0 on May 10, 2005.

"The REAL ID is vital to preventing foreign terrorists from hiding in plain sight while conducting their operations and planning attacks. By targeting terrorist travel, the REAL ID will assist in our War on Terror efforts to disrupt terrorist operations and help secure our borders."

So we have gone from being able to travel to Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean with just a photo id by car or even by plane to now having to have a passport. You can not travel outside the country without one and I would have to guess that even to fly anywhere, even inside the United States you need a passport.

That is all well and good provided you don't get put on a no fly list. If your put on the no fly list you can not travel anywhere by plane. At least before you could legally leave the country by car or ship, but not no more. In fact you can not even enter the United States even if you are a US Citizen without a passport. So is this to keep Terrorist out or to keep American Citizens in? Have you given any thoughts to this? If so what are they?

Soon I fear that when Martial Law in enacted you will not even be able to travel from State to State without being ask for your National Id or Real Id. How hard do you think it would be to set up check points along the major arteries and check everyone attempting to leave one State and enter another? I don't think it would be that hard to do and you better start thinking how you will travel when that day comes. And it is coming soon believe me.

How about those who wish to attend rallies to speak out against our Government? Do you think that they will let you travel to another State to attend one? Think again my friend. They may as well tattooed identity numbers on are arms as they did the Jews in Nazi Germany as our Government is now being run by the Republican Fascist Nazi Party along with some Democratic Enablers. They have betrayed Our Country, Our Constitution and Everything America once stood for.

So how do you feel about the Government keeping data files on you and every other American Citizen now? Do you have any plans for getting out of the country once Martial Law is enacted? What about the fact you may not be able to move your money or assets out of the country when you attempt to leave? Do you feel any safer now? I sure the hell don't.

Some Random Thoughts

Today I thought that maybe we should all think about some of the past weeks events. So without further ado lets begin a journey down the path of using what the Lord gave us, our brains. So in no particulate order we begin.

First we had a vote for a non binding resolution on September 25, 2007 from Senator Judas Iscariot Leiberman (I-CT) and Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ) on an Amendment which would label Iranian Republican Guard a Terrorist Organization.

If you think about this than you will realize that this is the first step to a Military Confrontation with Iran. Another war for control of Middle Eastern OIL.

We also had the Democratic Debate and found out that non of the Democratic top tier contenders had any intention of Ending The War in Iraq or bringing our troops home.

And it appears ABC pulled a poll at least twice that showed Dennis Kucinich won the debate. It seems that the main street media want to chose our next President by blocking all results and information unfavorable to Hillary Clinton.

On another note I read {don't remember what site} that the Iranian Parliament labeled the US Military and the CIA Terrorist Organizations. If Der Fuhrer Bush thinks he can attack Iran with no consequences he's more mad than any of us believe. Even if he has Israel by proxy commit the first attack and draws us in as protecting our allies he will have unleashed a War that may end up destroying the World.

If Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush don't believe that China nor Russia will come to Iran's defense we are all in some very serious trouble. They will not allow us to control Mid Eastern Oil as it is also vital to there National Security.

The news was not very good for America and it looks like it will only continue to get worse since the Democrats are no different than the Republican Fascist Nazi's.

We also found out more about Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush's Private Military Blackwater. You know were paying for his private army with our tax dollars don't you? Blackwater has been killing innocent Iraqi Women and Children for some time now. When told to leave we found out just how much Sovereignty Iraq really has. They caved in to the private threats made too them by the Decider's mouth piece Condi {Braun} Rice, as they are now back in business providing security to our embassy personal.

The day will come when they patrol our streets and shoot and kill American Citizens just as they are doing on a daily basis in Iraq.

And for those of you who think that it will never happen here, remember that's what they thought in Germany. You will say that the American People won't stand for that well think again. You say that we still have the Right To Bear Arms. I say for how long.

Just a thought, but who has the biggest list of Americans who own firearms? Think NRA and who they support more than any other political party. Its the Republican Fascist Nazi Party, that's who. And if you believe for one minute that they wouldn't hesitate to turn over to the Government the names of those who oppose this Fascist Regime than your more delusional than Der Fuhrer is.

Well I think that this is enough to think about for awhile and dwell on. Remember that at any time, any moment we could be under Martial Law. On any whim that the Decider decides we are in a National Emergency. So be prepared as that day may come sooner then we think.

President Signs Mass Arrest Order

What! When did this happen? I don't recall seeing anything about the President ordering any ones arrest you say. Well relax it didn't happen although it could have and may still. At least I now have your full attention.

I have wrote numerous time that I believed that there would be no elections come November 2008 as we would likely be at War with Iran and under Martial Law. I also have said that when Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush declares Martial Law he would suspend elections. Many have told me that the people would not sit still for this and would rise up. When I suggested that the Decider would use his private army Blackwater for security I have been told the people would fight back and that since Blackwater couldn't control Iraq than how could they control the American People.

So lets just forget about not having elections and see what happens if we do.

November 2008 comes and goes and the Democratic Party picks up 5 to 7 seats in the Senate and 12 to 15 in the House. A Democratic President and Vice President are elected and now the Democrats will hold all three offices in January 2009 after they are sworn in.

Between the election and the swearing in ceremony the new President and Vice President put together their Cabinet so after the new Senate is sworn in they can submit their choices for confirmation. Since the Democrats will have the Majority and enough moderate Republicans to support them they will quickly confirm the new Cabinet members.

Now let us review some of the powers that the new Democratic President will have received from the previous administration of Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush.

First of all we all remember the Patriot Act so let us just skip this one. On second thought lets not. You can read these articles on the Patriot Act 2 here, here and here.

Second there is the Military Commissions Act of 2006 which also grants wide and sweeping powers to the President. For further review of these new powers one only needs to read these links I'm providing here. Lets start with Military Commissions Act Of 2006, then read ACLU On Detention and finally see this article by Center for Constitutional Rights.

Thirdly and even more so is the new powers under Presidential Executive Orders such as this NSPD 51,this Preparing For Martial Law and this No to "federalization" of National Guard.

Fourth we also have the new Asset Seizure Presidential Executive Order Amended Seizure Order and Citizens Assets Seizure.

As you can see above the new President on being sworn in will have wide and ranging powers that really no President should ever have. These new sweeping powers are the same that many Dictators have had and used against their citizens over the years. One need not forgot Pol Pot, Mussolini, Stalin or even Adolph Hitler. Nor should we ever forget how some of them came to have those powers.

Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush {Hitlers surrogate son} got his powers the same way Hitler got his. He got them legally through the German Legislature under the guise of keeping and making Germany safe from its enemies. And once he got them he never relinquished them. Nor do I believe will Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush.

Now back to our story about the newly elected Democratic President. After being sworn in and setting up the Presidential Cabinet the new President signs mass arrest warrants and the post title you see above is the News Story of the Day. So what does the Story in the News tell us?

A White House Spokesperson has issued the following Press Release regarding the mass arrests of several American Citizens.

Highly reliable sources have informed us that the following people have been working with our enemies to undermine our efforts in the War on Terror. These sources have provided several documents that show these individuals have deliberately worked to aide and abet our enemies. We are unable to reveal who our sources are as it could possibly endanger not only them , but our National Security as well.

Some of the names on the list provided by the White House include, but are not limited too the following who were previously in the White House, House and Senate, other Official Government Departments, News and Media both broadcast and Radio. Below are some of those named.

George W. Bush.
Richard Cheney.
David Addington.
John Yoo.
I. Lewis Scooter Libby.
Karen Hughes.
Alberto Gonzales.
Harriet Myers.
Josh Bolton.
Tom Delay.
Bill Frist.
Adam Putnam.
Mary Matalin.
Duncan Hunter.
Eric Prince.
Robert Novak.
Bill O'Reilly.
Sean Hannity.
Rush Limbaugh.
Michael Savage.
Glenn Beck.

These are just some of the many names on arrest warrants issued by the President. The White House spokesperson also stated that some information was also gathered under the U.S. A. Patriot Act 2.

The President as determined that all these individuals are a danger to our Country and National Security and has therefore determined that they are Enemy Combatants as per Authority under the Military Commissions Act of 2006, also that under Executive Order as Amended for Forfeit of Assets that all assets belonging to these individuals will be seized.

When pressed for more information the White House Spokesperson issued a no more comment on the arrest warrants issued. If any more facts come to light we will report it too you.

Now would you please tell me if you really still believe that there will be any elections in November 2008 or if you really believe that Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and his Republican Fascist Nazi's will open themselves up to arrest by a Democratic President. Any Democratic President especially Hillary R. Clinton.

So yes, the above title is a very real possibility and very well may occur before the next election is due too take place. Would a Democratic President really use the powers that would be inherited as a means to restore our Republic to the Honor and Integrity we once had before our Constitution was destroyed by the insane madman now running it and issue arrest warrants? Or will a Democratic President use the powers to further strip us of any freedoms we might have left?

Today we still hear from those on the Democratic side about long term involvement in the Middle East. The Middle Eastern countries do not want our Military Bases on their soil period. Keeping bases on their soil will only further enrage them and this could still lead to a World War. Russia and China will also not allow us to control the oil flowing out of the Middle East and will aide Iran and other Arab Nations who stand up to us as we continue to steal their resources.

The mushroom clouds we heard so much about when the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney was pushing war with Iraq and now pushing to take us into another war with Iran could soon become a real threat. I for one do not want too see the end of the World, however if we don't change our foreign policy and change it soon, we may indeed see the bright flash of a Nuclear Weapon hitting our shores and the death of humanity as we know it.

It may be time to take our country back as the Constitution tells us to do when the Government no longer listens to the people. I pray that this will never happen and we don't see the blood of American versus American as we had in the Civil War, however that may be the only way to save our country and the World. Let us pray this is not the case and sanity will return to our elected Representatives and return us to what our forefathers established for us.

So think long and hard where you want too see our country go in the future. Go forward or go backward to the Dark Ages when Religion ruled the World and told everyone what they could and could not do. Do you want to live by the Bible or live under a great Constitution we once had? Think carefully for the Worlds fate is in your hearts and hands. Now is the time for all good citizens to come to the aide of their country.

First Anniversay Where Is America Heading

One year ago today on September 16, 2007 I started this blog. At the time I hadn't even considered authoring any type of protesting dissent against what I saw our Government doing too our Country. It all came about because I was a regular commenter on a non-partisan web site called Crawfordslist which had a group of regular commenter's, mostly blue with a few purple and red commenter's.

I had been commenting there for over a year and at first all my comments were posted as anonymous, but signed as anon paranoid. Now Crawfordslist was originally a blog spot blog who has since then moved and became a dot com web site. A regular commenter suggested that I should get a blue name so they knew who was leaving the comment. Also I would no longer have to sign them at the end with my moniker. So taking their advice I signed up with blog spot and hence my moniker went blue.

I left a lot of comments over the time and as I saw our Country become more and more like Hitler's Nazi Germany I got madder and madder so America Weeps was born. I have done posts on what I saw happening on a daily basis that disturbed me and quite frankly even scared the Hell out of me. I could not believe that the American People was turning a blind eye to events as they unfolded before them and I posted most of the topics on those events taking place.

I have watched laws being passed that chipped away at once were our rights under the Constitution as being needed too protect us from our enemies. I saw Reich Wing Nazi Propagandist on the Television and heard them on the Radio start to call those of us who disapproved of our Government as being less than American, less than Patriot, giving Aide and Comfort to the Enemy and if one listened very carefully suggesting we were Traitors for speaking out against what our Government was doing in our name, the American Peoples name.

So where is America heading and will it survive its Democracy? We will all know very soon as events begin to unfold before us. This past week was a prime example as General Petraeus testified before both the House and Senate. He could not say whether or not America was safer because of our War in Iraq. He also gave misleading testimony as to the progress being made on the ground. Our fearless leader the Decider Der Fuhrer Bush has now told the American People that some troops will come home. Troops that had to be rotated out anyway as the Military is being broken and what will be left come next summer is the same amount maybe slightly less than before the surge.

But more importantly we were informed that the troops are expected too be in Iraq for a long, long time. Also we found out that a oilman friend Ray Lee Hunt of Der Fuhrer was making a deal for the oil rights with the Kurds. Now that oil rights for some of Iraq have been stolen by the Republican Fascist Nazi they will now turn there attention towards Iran. If this occurs we will be entering a new era for our Country.

Either a direct preemptive act by us or a green light given to Israel for a first strike against Iran we will lose what little there is of our Democracy and become a Dictatorship Nation. Iran will not sit idly by while we attempt to invade and steal their resources. They only option Der Fuhrer will have left is to use Nuclear Weapons against them if he doesn't during the first strike which has been reported in the news lately. That will draw in Russia and China as the Middle East is also vital to their National Security and we may see Mushroom Clouds over our cities.

If the American People rise up than the picture you see above will become a reality for many of us who speak out. We will all be put into Internment Camps and possibly even be put to Death by the Nazi's currently running our Country. I have almost quit blogging in disgust over how the American People refuse too see the danger that lays in front of them. I have become sick to my stomach knowing that they still refuse too stand up to the Nazi Menace we are facing from our Government and those we elected to Represent us. They have all sold their souls to Satan and will find out the hard way as many of them also will be arrested when they finally wake up and speak out.

Remember, Freedom is not free. Will you willing give up yours for a sense of false security? For that is what your getting. Call those who label us as dangerous what they are. Tell them to their face that their Nazi's and use the same language that Hitler's Propagandists used against the good German People who spoke out against Hitler. Don't be scared of what they may say or do. Being silent and doing or saying nothing enables them more and allows them to continue to speak out unafraid of being held responsible for there words or deeds.

There is a great line in V is for Vendetta. The People should not be afraid of the Government. The Government should be afraid of the People. Put the fear of God back into them and let us all take our Country back.

Asymmetrical Act of Warfare

One of the most vile policies of Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush's Fourth Reich was turning its back on the Geneva Conventions. The instituting and condoning acts of Torture against those caught on the battlefield or picked up through bad intelligence has shamed our country across the entire world.

The abuse at Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and at other Black Sites in Foreign Countries has damaged our country with a stain that may never wash off.

Besides the abuse mentioned above we also have the reports of Napalm in Fallujah, the mass killings in Haditha ,and the rape of a young 14 year old girl, murder of her and her entire family by a group of America Soldiers.

And then we have this little nugget below from Rear Adm. Harry Harris regarding the suicides of three inmates at Gitmo.

"This was clearly a planned event, not a spontaneous event," said Rear Adm. Harry Harris, commander of Joint Task Force-Guantanamo.

So I decided to do a parody and leave it as a comment on a blog I visited regularly at the time of these occurrences. Below is the parody comment in its entirety minus the original links I had for it as they are dead links now.

I told ******* that I was contemplating doing a parody on the brutal murder of the two soldiers in Mahmoudiyah by Iraqi Insurgents, but thought some might find it too distasteful so I didn't. But after much serious soul searching I felt it necessary to post it anyway. As you read this I'm sure many of you will find it distasteful. I too feel that way, but not for the reasons you may think.

My story contains two main characters, though I'm sure there were many others involved in the brutal murder. The first one is the Insurgent Leader who will be hereafter called Omar and the second one is a fellow Insurgent follower who is named Ali. We open in a house somewhere in Mahmoudiyah where Omar is sitting in front of a map studying it while attempting to plan their next attack.

ENTER ALI: Omar, I must speak with you.
Omar: Ali, can you not see I'm busy?
Ali: But Omar, this is important.
Omar: It better be Ali, as I've almost got our next attack laid out and I'm just finishing up our escape route.
Ali: We've caught two American Enemy Combatants.
Omar: Are you sure there Americans?
Ali: Yes, they were wearing the uniform of the invading occupiers. What should we do with them?
Omar: We must immediately start interrogating them. We need to get all the intelligence we can gather from them, it will save many of our brothers and sisters lives.
Ali: But we can not torture them Omar, it is against the Geneva Conventions.
Omar: The Geneva Conventions do not apply. The Americans top law enforcement Abu Gonzales said that the Geneva Conventions is a quaint law, but also that it is pre 9/11 and does not apply to Enemy Combatants.
Ali: But won't the world still accuse us of using torture on them?
Omar: No. We will honour them and use the same methods that the Americans used on our brothers and sisters in Abu Ghraib, there black prisons and that one they call Gitmo.
Ali: But they tortured our brothers and sisters at those sites.
Omar: Ali, that was not torture. A legal advisor called John Yoo said that the methods they would use was not considered torture unless they died. Even their Leader Bush said that America does not torture prisoners. Just think of all the lives we'll save.
Ali: But Omar, what if they should die? What will we tell the world?
Omar: You worry too much Ali. We'll tell them that after they told us all about the Americans plans to subject our countrymen and take over our Oil Fields that they felt so guilty that one of them cracked. He fought his guard, killed him than took his knife and beheaded his buddy. Then before we could stop him he committed suicide as asymmetrical act of warfare so we would be blamed and punished for their deaths.
Ali: Omar, now I see why you were chosen as our leader. You are so smart and the news papers around the world will get the story out as we tell them. They will not question it since they support our efforts to defeat these Foreign Invaders who want to destroy Islam and Convert everyone to Christianity.

Fade out.

Now, why is this distasteful? Because everything in my story is what OUR GOVERNMENT has done. It Illegally Invaded a Sovereign Nation on lies. It ignored the Rule of Law and the Geneva Conventions. It Authorized and Condoned Torture. It destroyed the HONOUR and INTEGRITY of OUR TROOPS as it pushed its Fascists Methods and Encouraged Abuse of prisoners to get any information at any cost, using any means.

This is what Der Fuhrer Bush and his Gestapo Administration, with the aide of the Rubber Stamp Republicans and some Democrats in the House and Senate have done in the name of the American People.

One day the World will stand up against us and remove this Insane Madman from Power. One day all of them will stand before A World Tribunal in the Hague and be tried for their War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity. Every single last one of them. There will be nowhere in the World they will be able to hide. They will be looking over their shoulders for the rest of their lives as they are hunted down, until they are captured or killed, while the World attempts too bring them all to Justice.

Now for a caveat. This may have been a revenge killing. The military made a statement that it was possible that the soldiers who were brutally murdered belonged to the same company as the soldiers who raped then killed a young Iraqi girl and her family, though there not sure.

I Will Not Accept Award Given

Thank you JollyRoger , however I will not accept this award and here's why.

Yes, I do have a damn attitude and though in days of yore {gone by- the past - Etc...Etc...} I would have said you gotta be kidding, I don't have a damn attitude. Back then I would have gladly accepted this or any other award wallowing in great pride at receiving anything, however now after I never thought of myself as having an attitude until the past six years I find I do and boy oh boy have I ever got an attitude now.

I didn't start this blog for fame or glory. I didn't start this blog to have praise heaped upon me. I didn't start this blog because I had nothing better to do. And I sure the Hell didn't start this blog for awards. Though I do feel humbly honored to be thought of as worthy of any awards.

I started this blog because of what I saw happening to the country I loved and it really pissed me off. I got tired of telling those around me what I saw and being laughed at and called delusional, nuts and out and out crazy.

I started this blog because no one would or wanted to believe what I was telling them or even wanted too listen to what I had too say about what our Governments Policies were doing to my\our country.

I don't have many regulars that consistently stop by and leave a comment to my posts and even though I would like more I'm just satisfied that I can finally speak my thoughts and they are out there in full sight for anyone who wants too or is willing to stop by and read them.

Whether or not they agree with me I really don't give a damn anymore. As I watch the destruction of my\our country by those who only care about money or power continue taking our Nation down the path of destruction. Just as Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush follows the legacy of Fuhrer Adolph Hitler who took Germany down the same path to destruction.

I"m tired of the RFN's {Republican Fascist Nazi's} in the House and Senate with some Democratic Nazi Enablers {such as Judas Iscariot Lieberman} along with the Decider and his Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney in the Peoples House using fear, bigotry, racism and religion to further push their goals of Imperialism around the World.

As they get ready to take us into World War III these Traitors and War Criminals call those of us who have had enough and speak out Traitors, UN-American and UN-Patriotic. Lest we incite the people to wake up and understand what their doing to my\our country which they fear we will do, we daily now put our lives in jeopardy.

After all if they think and feel that the Geneva Conventions and the International Laws we signed onto originally are quaint what do you think the feel about our Constitution? As they continually abuse, shred, step on and at every turn destroy do you not feel that they think it is also Quaint. You know, so Pre 9\11 and as been rumored "Just a God Damn Piece of Paper".

So even though the thought of being nominated and given an award is appreciated, I can not in all good conscience accept it. Another time, another place maybe. However under the cloud of Nuclear War that we now must possibly endure I can not. Now is not the time or place.

UPDATE: September 1, 2007

Well it seems that I put my foot in my mouth once again. I'm talking about the paragraph referring to comments. It seems that I was not able to clearly express my thoughts and I have sort of been taken to task about it.

Let me try once again to hopefully state what I was trying to. I do care about what people think about my musings and it is nice to receive feedback on it. However, I know that there will be those who never leave any comments or leave a response whether or not they agree with what I write. I have found this to be the same on all blogs I link too and\or read.

That was not the purpose of that paragraph. Whether or not comments are left I blog because of what I see our country going through and I do not like it. I have the satisfaction of at least knowing that I'm getting my point of view out to the world through this site and hopefully there will be some who see what I'm writing about and wake up to the fact our country is being destroyed by evil vile people.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that if I can open one persons eyes than this is well worth the time and effort it takes to put up a post. The fact that I mentioned comments in regards to not accepting an award seems to have distracted my intent as too why I didn't want to accept it at this time.

I will try harder in the future too convey my thoughts more clearly so I don't leave a wrong impression with those who read them. I am truly humbled though that there are those who find my little spot in the world to be worth visiting and reading.

Once again I want to thank jollyroger for awarding me the Pissant Award and one day I will carry it forward and award it to others who like me speak out for our country, the country we all love.

Saturday - Surprise Visitor

Well I had a surprise visitor Saturday. Normally I would do my laundry on Sundays, however for the past couple of months I decided that it was about time to free up a little more time on Sunday.

I know, who the hell wants to read a post on someone doing their laundry and what has it got to do with having someone coming over to their house too see them? Well read on and you will find out the answer to that question.

So I started doing the majority of laundry on Saturday mornings. All dirty clothes except the jeans and whatever other clothes I decided to wear on Sunday I would wash on Saturday mornings. This freed up about an hour for me which allowed me to do other things on Sundays.

So Saturday morning I gathered up the clothes and took them to the shed behind where I live that houses my hot water heater, washer, dryer and some extra storage space. Now this shed is small and let me give you a fast layout of it.

As you open the door the dryer sits right in front of you. It is about two and a half feet from the door to the front of the dryer which sits up against the back wall. To the immediate left about one foot from the door sits the hot water heater which is up to the side wall. Between the space from the water heater to the back wall and the left side of the dryer sits my washing machine. It sits on an angle so when I turn half way to the left it is facing me. To the right of the dryer sits a short open space and then a few shelves for storage running from the front toward the rear wall.

Well I loaded up the washer, set the wash cycle, emptied the lint catcher on the dryer and started my load in the machine. I then as always locked the shed door and went back into the house were I started doing some odds and end jobs around it. My load runs about forty to forty five minutes at which time I go back to the shed and put the load into the dryer as everyone else does I'm sure.

Well I get into the shed and loaded the dryer and just as I'm starting to get ready to set the timer I look down and lo and behold I see something on the floor between the washer and dryer.

Here's what I saw below.

Now when I noticed the Possum it looked up at me and gave a low hiss with its mouth slightly open. I put my finger to my mouth and did one of those stupid things people do. I went Shhhhhh.

Like the Possum really understood what this stupid human was doing or trying to say. LOL...LOL...LOL...

Well he looked at me and since his mouth was slightly open and he had a lot of nasty looking teeth I felt that I better not bother him\her too much.

So I started the dryer and when I looked back down the Possum was getting up and slowly moved behind the washing machine out on my sight. I shut the door and headed back inside the house. It was at this point I thought of taking a picture of a Possum in my shed.

You see that in my city there is not really much wildlife left. Most have had there homes destroyed by development as have many creatures around the country. We had a huge area recently developed that had a lot of wildlife such as possum and raccoon. Every now and then I would see a raccoon or possum traveling through my yard at night. I even had both animals sleep in a crock in the tree branches in front of the house I rent a few times, but this was the first time I found one in the shed. I suppose he got in through the open dryer vent at the bottom of the outside wall. I never attached a vent hose from the dryer to it and the outside flange to keep critters out is no longer attached.

Well I got my camera and turned it on once I went back into the shed. Then I got the dreaded low battery and the camera shut off. The possum had moved from behind the washing machine to a spot under the storage shelves. I didn't see it at first and only notice it after slightly moving an item blocking the open bottom shelf. Again he\she showed me its teeth. They were quite huge from my point of view and looked liked they could do some serious damage if it decided to attack me. So I left and went back inside the house and put my batteries in the charger and thought that I could get a photo later once they were charged.

When the clothes dried I got them and peeked to see if the possum was still there and it was. Since I knew it wouldn't be going anywhere until it got dark out I went back into the house and waited for my camera batteries to charge. After they charged I went back and the photo you see above is the only one I took. I didn't want to further disturb or bother the possum and I hoped he\she would find another safer home after leaving my humble abode.

This morning when I did my Sunday laundry I found that indeed it had left. Now when ever I go in the shed I will have too remember to keep an eye out for creatures that may be lurking there and using it as a safe haven for the daylight hours.

So I had a surprise visitor Saturday, luckily it wasn't the NSA. One thing I do know is that I will never find someone from the NSA using my shed as a safe haven and that is comforting to know.

I Am A Enemy Combatant

Yes, little old me is an enemy combatant. I will now state for the record that I am an enemy combatant.

No I am not a Muslim, nor am I in any way connected to any Terrorist Organization, however under Der Fuhrer{Adolph}Bush he can at any time declare me to be one and I will be whisk away under the cover of darkness to some unknown prison to be tortured.

How is this possible you want too know. Well its all because of a new law that Der Fuhrer ask for from his Republican Fascist Nazi Legislators and some willing Democrats to allow him the right to label me one. We are after all a country that follows the Rule of Law, are we not?

The photo above is a picture of Auschwitz in Poland and is a stark reminder of how a country fell into the bowels of evil when a insane madman was elected to lead it. Yes, I'm talking about the surrogate father of our current leader Adolph Hitler whom Karl Rove {Joseph Goebbels} studied and followed to install this sick person in the Peoples House. Goebbels was said to have said "We shall go down in history as the greatest statesmen of all time, or as the greatest criminals." which is what we are now hearing from the Decider and the rest of his ilk, who thinks history will be kind too him. I believe the opposite to be true. He will go down in History as just another tyrant who brought the World one step closer to total destruction, if he don't actually destroy it first.

So what is the Law that makes me an enemy combatant? It's the Military Commissions Act of 2006. But what about this law makes me an enemy combatant? To know one must first understand the meaning of what an enemy combatant is and how it applies in Law.

For that I give you a link too the definition as written and understood by Human Rights Watch which also gives a full Background on the MCA of 2006. So as anyone can see if you protest the policies of the Decider, than you too can be named an enemy combatant.

Could that be us above looking through barbed wire as those in Buchenwald did many years ago? Does it surprise anyone that we are all now in the same boat. I mean, after all we are telling it like we see it and that is dangerous for our fearless leader. If the American people wake up and start listening to us before the Halliburton Death Camps are open he could be brought down by the people.

So to keep us in line he uses the tactics of Joseph Goebbels to instill fear in us of everyone who is different, be it cultural, religious or color of their skin. Like Hitler who invaded Poland using the fear that Poland wanted to attack Germany, Der Fuhrer attacked Iraq because they wanted to attack our soil. He told the big lie over and over and over until the vast majority of American people believed it and now its the lie about Iran to further take us down the path of destruction.

And of course he tells us that only his Republican Fascist Nazi's can keep us safe, while there are those who want him to declare Martial Law and become a permanent President or shall we be honest and say Dictator.

I'm not the only one who feels that I and many others in our once great Nation feel this way. I had done a post on the passing of this bill before the elections were held last November 2006 and ask how the Democrats could give the power this Law gives to anyone before an election. This Law cuts their balls off and leaves them hanging in the wind gutless now.

While looking for others who might find this law disturbing I ran across another who felt exactly like me and I suspect many others. So I offer for you to consider this post by Bill Losapio Strike the Root where he too declared himself an Enemy Combatant. I am proud to be of the same mind as Mr. Losapio is and what he says so truthfully and with the conviction of his heart should make all of us proud to be wearing the same values that made America great.

Let us not forget that he also can now seize our assets to pay his mercenaries to control the population or arrest those who oppose him and threaten his empirical rule. And to those who think the next election will change the course our country is headed in you better wake up and realize that the elections you hope are coming are all in your mind and no where else. Remember that Nero fiddled while Rome burned and we are no different now than Rome was then.

So yes, I'm An Enemy Combatant. So how about you? Are you An Enemy Combatant too?

I apologize for any errors made in this posting with regards to a very serious subject such as the Death Camps that were in use by the German Nazi's, however the possibility of this occurring here in the United States of America is very real under our current administration.

Dear Ms: Pelosi - Resign and Go Home

Yes Ms: Pelosi it's time for you to step down and go home to your children and grandchildren. You need to spend as much time with them as you can before Der Fuhrer {Adolph} Bush your BFF starts World War III and the Nuclear Bombs start dropping over here.

Your BFF and his enforcer the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney have committed High Crimes and Misdemeanors over and over and over again and you refuse too do you duty and impeach and remove them from office.

You have violated your Oath to Uphold and Defend the Constitution. You swore an oath, before the American People and the Lord with your hand on a Bible, to do the very thing the majority of American People want you and the rest of the Democratically elected Peoples Representatives want you too do. Impeach these Fucking War Criminals and Traitors before they completely destroy our Country and our Military.

So what do we the People get from our Representatives? We know what we get from you when it comes to your BFF. Your own words, "Impeachment is not on the table. We want to do the Peoples work and Impeachment would divide the Country".

So where the Hell have you been for the last Six Years? Were already divided.

How can you ignore the destruction of our Country? How can you ignore the destruction of our Constitution? Do all you have to offer the American People are your platitudes? This is not acceptable to us. Do your job or resign and go home.

How about we remind you of the High Crimes and Misdemeanors committed while you and the rest of the Democrats sat idly by? Well here's a few.

1: Lied us into an Illegal War in Iraq and a continuing Illegal Occupation.

2: Spied on American Citizens without a court order.

3: Ordered the kidnappings of Foreign Nationals and transported them to countries for Torture.

4: Authorized and condoned War Crimes at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba {Torture}.

5: Authorized, condoned War Crimes at Abu Ghraib and other Military Bases throughout Iraq.

And yet you still will not put Impeachment back on the table. Are the above not enough High Crimes and Misdemeanors? Where the Hell have you been for the last Six Years? What's that you said? You don't want to divide the American People?

How about some more if that isn't enough? Well here's some more.

6: Orders his staff to refuse to testify before Congress invoking Executive Privilege to continue covering up their crimes.

7: Politicizes the DOJ and destroys its credibility with the American People that they can be trusted and that all people are treated equally under the Law.

8: Refuses to dismiss Abu Ghraib Gonzales after Abu commits perjury while testifying before Congress and tells the Congress to Fuck off he will not allow the DOJ to investigate whether or not Abu should be Impeached and removed from office. As he allows Abu to continue to obstruct justice to protect the crimes committed by him and the Dark Lord.

9: Told past and present staff to ignore subpoenas and not show up for the hearings too testify obstructing justice and covering up possibly criminal activity inside his own office while he shows total Contempt for Congress, the Constitution and Rule of Law.

10: Committed Treason by authorizing the outing of a covert agent and the front company used by her and other NOC American Agents, including our Foreign Assets and the family members of all those working to protect our country thereby harming our National Security.

Where the Hell have you been for the last Six Years that Impeachment is still off the table? I know, you don't want to divide the country, right?

How about some more?

11: Commuted the sentence of I. Scooter Lewis Libby who committed perjury and obstructed the investigation into the outing of a covert operative thereby protecting him and his office from being charged with Treason. Now Libby can still claim the Fifth Amendment and protect those who ordered her outing.

12: Invoked Executive Privilege into the Murder and Death of Patrick Tillman covering up who if anyone in the White House may have ordered the Murder of Patrick Tillman to silence him from speaking out against the policies of Der Fuhrer {Adolph} Bush your BFF and the War in Iraq, once again obstructing justice.

I am quite confident and sure that there are many more crimes this Administration has committed that we are unaware of and far more harmful to our country and Democracy that we have yet to find out about.

So why won't you uphold your Sworn Oath and Impeach these Fascist Nazi's? I know, I know. You don't want to divide the country.

Where the Hell have you been the last Six Years anyway? We have been divided for over Six Years and we are still waiting for you to Uphold Your Sworn Oath.

I use to offer up the excuse that perhaps you were all afraid of being arrested as Enemy Combatants under the Military Commissions Act. I can no longer do that in good faith. It has become more and more clear that the American People no longer have a Government or Constitution. We no longer live by the Rule of Law, but by the Rule of Der Fuhrer Bush and his Republican Fascist Nazi Party. Of course along with Collaborating Democrats such as Judas Iscariot Lieberman and all the Democratic Enablers who have allowed him to now have the same power as his surrogate father Adolph Hitler had.

And I bet you don't even know what powers I'm talking about since none of you ever read the bills your passing for Der Fuhrer {Adolph} Bush to sign as he tells you to Trust Me. So lets review them why don't we.

Lets start with the Patriot Act. You gave him the power to spy on Americans along with a 10,000 SS with the ability to arrest anyone if they think a person may commit a crime. Yes, you gave him the power to arrest without a warrant based on thought. Now we have the thought police.

Moving right along we now have the Military Commissions Act a bill which never should have been passed, especially before a major election. What's wrong with this bill you want too know?

First of all you gave him and those he authorized to commit War Crimes under the American War Crimes Act immunity against prosecution under U.S. Law. You stripped out the Right to Habeas Corpus from our Constitution thereby destroying everything our country was built on. This alone has destroyed our Constitution and America for all is dead.

Then if that wasn't enough you gave him and the Head of Homeland Security the right to arrest anyone {including American Citizens} and label them Enemy Combatants. With that right he can also now hold anyone indefinitely without a review by any U.S. court which amounts to unlawful detention without any rights we once had under our Constitution.

Then too add insult to injury you gave him the right to continue authorizing and continuing Torture. Still a violation under International Law and the Geneva Conventions. So in all reality you are all now complicit in War Crimes and can be held liable to charges being filed against you in the International Courts. Are you all proud now of what you have done for your Fuhrer?

And still you won't Impeach them.

Those are just two Laws where he has gained power like Hitler had. We also have the 2007 DOD Bill where he can now use National Guard Troops against American Citizens by taking them from one state and sending them to another. He can do this without the approval of either Governor.

He also has from what I have read or been informed, over 700 signing statements where he says he will choose to follow or not follow laws the Congress Passed and he signed by how he thinks they should be followed. Thereby placing himself above the Law once again.

Add to all the above the Executive Order COG where he has control over all Branches of Government including the Congress and Judiciary we now no longer have a Democracy if he declares Martial Law on any whim at any time he desires.

And don't forget the Executive Order to seize American Peoples assets if he deems your interfering with his duties as Commander In Chief over Iraq Policy or even his taking us into War with Iran.

Whether or not you or the rest of the Democrats believe it or not we are now under a Dictatorship and one incident away from Martial Law and becoming a Police State. The Constitution will be suspended and elections cancelled due too the new War we will be in. Think World War III with Nuclear Bombs hitting our shores as China and Russia stand against us as the rest of the World surly will.

When that happens whether by his hands or by proxy through Israel attacking Iran he will take total control over our country and mass arrests will ensue as they did in Nazi Germany when Hitler took total control. Then the Concentration Camps, Gas Chambers and Crematoriums built by Halliburton on no bid contracts will open for business.

Do you really believe that he would give up the power you and the rest of the Democrats, along with Collaborators such as Judas Iscariot Lieberman and the Republican Fascist Nazi's have enabled him too garner. I don't think so.

So Ms: Pelosi do your job and Impeach these Nazi Criminals. Do what's right for America. Otherwise you all may as well resign and go home and remember you will all go down in History as Nazi Enablers and Traitors to your Country.

Update: August 5, 2007.... One more thing Ms: Pelosi, this is not the Homeland. This is America and only Dictators use terms like Homeland and Fatherland or the State. This is America so please stop referring to the Homeland all the time unless you are a part of the new Fourth Reich of your BFF Der Fuhrer {Adolph} Bush.

I'm Back

I decided that even though I'm not fully recovered from burn out over the state of stress I've had, by the Dictatorial Government we now have, I could not stay quiet any longer.

While we the people still have a right too speak out against our Government we must continue to do so. If I'm right like many of us who speak out, we may not have a Freedom of Speech right very much longer. So rather than fully recover from the brink of total insanity brought about by the Republican Fascist Nazi Government we have, I felt it an absolute necessity to return and continue to speak Truth to Power.

In a few days I will be posting my latest peeve and rant about what I see as a failure of our elected representatives to do the will of the people. It is getting more and more clear that we no longer have a representative government of the people, by the people and for the people in our country.

Now for some thoughts and comments.

First of all I would like to thank Robert over at Left of Centrist for nominating me for the Schmooze Award. It came at a bad time for me as I had tuned out to the blogging of the very facts that were driving me up a wall. I could not in good faith keep on writing about what I saw as a continued destruction of our\my country when it appeared that no one was listening to a word I was saying.

Also the fact that I have only been blogging for a short period of time and there are a lot better blogs out there who post a new message almost daily, that I deserved such an honor. I also only had a few links of blogs that I read daily and out of those many had already been awarded many different titles over the last few weeks. I could not and would not hit them with another meme or award that they had already done recently.

However I do want to thank Robert for believing that I did indeed deserve the honor of being a Schmoozer. Maybe in the future when I have become more proficient at blogging I will truly deserve a renowned title such as Schmoozer. Until then I thank you Robert for your belief in me.

I too must thank you for the honor you bestowed upon me. Enigma over at Watergate Summer also awarded me with an honor. Yes, I'm talking about the The Paul Wellstone Award for Blogging Courage.

Once again you humble me before the masses enigma. You have more than spoken Truth to Power than I could ever begin too. Your words speak of the Hope and Prayers we all have too once again turn our country back into the Democracy our forefathers fought and spilled their blood for.

You are an inspiration to all of us who struggle daily to spread the Truth to the people even though the odds are greatly against us. Please keep up the great thoughts and hopes you spread throughout the Blogosphere as it is needed now more than ever.

On another note I am saddened to learn of the death of another blogger's brother. Tiptoe over at Patterns2 whom I have linked as Tiptoe on my sidebar, just had her brother pass away. Tiptoe, I would like too let you know that I will keep your brother and your family in my prayers and offer my deepest condolences in his passing.

She has a very good blog and it is quite unique or at least I think so. She has just started re posting this past month and hangs out at Crawfordslist {CQ's Craig Crawford} which is a very good blog and a non-partisan media\forum blog.

Both these blogs are also very good and Craig's blog has a very good family friendly group who regularly appear daily for a highly diversified dialog covering politics to music to cooking and many other topics.

Well that's it for now and stay tuned for my latest rant which I'll get up in a day or so. I find that it takes quite some time to put together a post and the one thing I never have enough of is time. That being said I wish everyone a peaceful and comforting closing by saying to each and everyone of you....

I don't think I can do this anymore, blogging that is.
I'm burned out and need a rest. So I'll be taking some time off.
I've voiced my opinion over and over about what I see is happening too my country.

I've brought up Der Fuhrer {Adolph} Bush and the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney using mercenaries against Americans before and no one thinks it can happen here.

I've brought up Martial Law and the Suspension of the Constitution and Elections and no one thinks it can happen here.

I've poured my heart out hoping that the American People would open there eyes and ears and see and hear what is taking place before their very eyes and yet they stay silent and blind.

All I hear is how the next election will turn our country around while everything in front of them says differently.

Maybe I'm too pessimistic and I'm the one who is seeing something that is not there.

Maybe I'm the one who don't know what I'm talking about.

Maybe I'm the one who is deaf and blind.

Maybe I don't know even who I truly am anymore.

I don't know.

I think I'll take a break from blogging after this weekend so I can let those who visit my site not wonder why nothing new is being put up.

I've left links before on what I've written both in postings here and comments I have left at the sites I visit and read.

I know in my heart I'm being watched, as well as all who speak out against the Republican Fascist Nazi's are also being monitored.

Every day we see how these evil Nazi's have spit in the face of the Rule of Law. I. Lewis Scooter Libby is the perfect example.

Every day we see how they tell the Congress and Senate to go get Fucked. As they claim Executive Privilege and tell those subpoenaed not to testify.

Every day we see how they obstruct justice and both Houses of Congress further enable this Nazi Regime to remain in power. Nazi enablers all of them.

Every day we see how the elected Representatives of the People refuse to even consider trying to Impeach these Evil Son of a Bitches.

What do they Fear?

Are they scared of being arrested under the Military Commissions Act?

There's a shadow sitting over the peoples house and it's pure evil. The stench that it emits is so noxious just to inhale only a whiff will destroy your mind and soul. Everything this evil touches crumbles underneath its influence and it destroys all that stands in its path. So the very thought of freedom is in more danger now than ever before.

July 4, 1776 two hundred and thirty one years ago our forefathers put forth a document telling the British that we would no longer accept the tyranny and oppression along with the taxes they imposed upon us by King George III. This document they called The Declaration of Independence and so began the American Revolution. On our journey in the fight to free ourselves and establish a new nation where everyone is created equal many spilled there blood and many died.

Much was given in blood and treasure too win our freedom and so to ensure that no one ever again would claim the power of a King or subject the citizens to the tyranny our forefathers fought against and won our freedom from they wrote and established The Constitution along with the Bill Of Rights. Over the years since then our nation has withstood many trials and tribulations. It has survived all of them and now it is in danger of being destroyed by those whom the people put their faith and trust in.

In 2000 the current so called leader of the free world ran on a platform of being a uniter and not a divider. Even though he lost the popular vote, many of us felt he won through fraud {paperless voting machines} and the meddling of the courts. Still we took him at his word only too find out later his word is no good. He's a liar who has no soul and is evil through and through. This is our puppet ruler the Decider Der Fuehrer {Adolph} Bush. He sits on the knee of the real power to the throne and like the real power they have no respect for our Constitution or the Rule of Law.

So who is the real power running our country. The person who infected all Departments and Branch's of our Government with its malignant cancer. Meet the power behind the throne.

Meet the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney.

This is the evil one who threatens our very way of life and existence. This is the man behind the curtain and no we are not in Oz and this is not The Wizard of Oz though it sure seems like it.

This is the man who has systematically dismantled our rights under the Constitution.

This is the man who authorized spying on American Citizens in violation of our Laws.

This is the man who had his office and Gestapo Propagandists spread the lies that led us into an illegal invasion and war in Iraq and is now pushing for another invasion and war in Iran.

This is the man who authorized the kidnappings of Foreign Nationals and sent them to Foreign Prisons to be Tortured even though many of them were innocent of any crimes.

This is the man who with the help of his Nazi Republican Legislatures in the House and Senate give them the Patriot Act with the right to arrest anyone without a warrant.

This is the man who gave us Guantanamo Bay, Cuba {Gitmo} and Abu Ghraib and the Policy for Torture.

This is the man who had his Nazi Collaborators in the House and Senate give those involved in Torture immunity from prosecution under the American War Crimes Act along with the right to continue the use of Torture. Only now they call it Intensive Interrogation just like the Nazi's called it at their War Crimes Trials in the Hague.

NOTE: This was not accepted as a defense and those charged with Torture received the Death Sentence and were hung on the gallows. Also note that under International Law it is still considered a War Crime and they can still be charged, arrested, tried and hung if found guilty. It of course depends whether or not the Signatories of the Geneva Conventions uphold their Treaties.

This is the man who had his Nazi Collaborators in the House and Senate give his puppet Der Fuehrer {Adolph} Bush and the head of Homeland {Fatherland} Security the right to arrest anyone {Including American Citizens} that they think or feel is committing Hostile Actions Against the United States of America, label them Enemy Combatants, hold them indefinitely without the right to a lawyer or a hearing before a Court of Law.

This is the man who had his Nazi Collaborators in the House and Senate strip out the Embedded Principle of Habeas Corpus out of the very document that has been the Law of the Land for over two hundred and thirty years when they passed the MCA or what is known as the Military Commissions Act signed last year by the puppet Decider Der Fuehrer {Adolph} Bush.

And this is the man who implemented the leaking of a Covert CIA Agent and the Front Company she and other agents used as their cover. This was an Act of Treason and Espionage perpetrated by those at the Highest Levels of our Government.

This is what I. Lewis Scooter Libby decided to keep quiet about to protect the Dark Lord and his Fuehrer. This is why he lied to the FBI and to a Grand Jury during the investigation into who leaked National Security Classified Information about a covert CIA agent too and why they did it.

Scooter Libby lied and got caught in his lies. He knew before he was charged that he would serve no prison time if he was found guilty. He knew that if he kept quiet he would receive a full pardon and suffer no consequences for his crimes while protecting those above him. He was given a Get Out of Jail Free Card before he was ever even charged or convicted. He was given a Quid Pro Quo and he held up his end of the bargain.

He was charged, tried and convicted by a jury of his peers. He was found guilty and sentenced, He showed no remorse for what he did, even though it placed the lives of our agents and their assets {including all their families lives} in jeopardy. He had no shame and to this day he knew even before Der Fuehrer {Adolph} Bush, who was ordered by the real power behind the Throne our very own Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney to pardon him at the end of his term {that's if we ever have another election}, commuted his sentence once he lost his appeal to stay out of jail on bond while his appeal process went forward. Knowing that a pardon would not be accepted by the American People he had the Scooters sentence commuted with a full pardon to be issued later.

Now of course the Decider says he hasn't ruled out a pardon. This is too allow Scooter to still be able to claim the use of the 5th Amendment to not incriminate himself if called to testify before the Congress or in the Law Suit filed by Joe and Valerie Wilson. It also keeps him out of serving any prison time for his Perjury and Obstruction of Justice and also serves to protect those involved in an Act of Treason Against our Country.

So here we have it all in a nutshell. This Administration has no respect for the Constitution or the Rule of Law. They believe they are above the Law. They believe if one of there employees breaks the law that they should not be charged or serve any time if convicted by a jury of their peers.

Der Fuehrer refused to commute the Death Sentence of a Born Again Christian by the name of Karla Faye Tucker when he was Governor of Texas. Whom the Pope, Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson asked Bush for clemency and to commute her Death Sentence to Life in Prison. He even mocked her death during an interview with Larry King. He showed what he and his Nazi Republican Christians think is real Compassion compared to what Jesus would do.

In fact Der Fuehrer {Adolph} Bush only commuted one Death Sentence as Governor of Texas and that was a mass serial murder and avowed Devil worshiper Henry Lee Lucas.

On June 26, 1998, Texas Governor George Bush commuted Lucas' death sentence to life imprisonment because an investigation by the Attorney General of Texas determined that Lucas could not have killed Orange Socks. Lucas is the only death row inmate to ever receive clemency from Governor Bush.

I guess you can say it was done as a Professional courtesy from one Satanist to another. So as we can see no one has ever been shown compassion by Der Fuehrer {Adolph} Bush like the compassion he showed for this unholy evil person. The only reason to commute the sentence of I. Lewis Scooter Libby was to protect the Dark Lord and him from possible charges of Treason.

If our members in both the House and Senate don't start Impeachment Hearings and remove this cancer that's eating away at our Democracy than they will forever be remembered as Traitors who committed Treason against their\our country and the Constitution which they swore to uphold and defend against all Enemies both Foreign and Domestic.

Our Country was based on the Rule of Law and no one is above the Law. Not the President, Vice President or anyone else. This is a Democracy and not a Dictatorship. Impeach them now and give us our country back.

Yesterday, George Bush decided to let Scooter Libby, the one man who was convicted for the lies around the

Iraq

war, avoid serving out his prison sentence. Even Paris Hilton served more jail time than he will. And letting Libby off the hook is only the most recent example of a consistent Bush administration pattern of obstruction of justice. Warrantless wiretaps, Alberto Gonzalez, the original outing of Valerie Plame; we're all familiar with the numerous past transgressions by these criminals.

As they say in civics class, America is a country of laws, not of men. It's time for Congress to stand up and use those laws to rid our country of the men who are systematically dismantling our constitution and ignoring the checks and balances that have always protected our democracy. Bush and Cheney think their administration is above the law. That's un-American, and this July 4th it's time for Congress to re-assert its constitutional authority and stop the administration's obstruction of justice.

Congress can start by demanding answers from the Bush administration about the Iraq war and their illegal spying program, and not backing down until they get them. Cheney won't testify? Subpoena him. He won't come? Hold him in contempt of Congress and send over the police. And if that doesn't work, impeach the guy. We just can't let President Bush and his administration continue to wipe their feet on our Constitution.

Let's celebrate Independence Day by reaffirming the basic, founding idea of our government: No one, not even the president of the United States, is above the law. Scooter Scoots Jail Time

See the smirk on the Traitors face? Why does he smirk? Well the Quid Pro Quo has just been administered to Libby to keep his mouth shut and go too trial for Obstruction Of Justice and Perjury by giving him his Get Out Of Jail Free Card.

The Furehrer {Adolph} Bush by order of the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney {the real Fuehrer} has given the Scooter a commuted sentence to keep him out of serving any time in jail for his conviction of lying to not only the FBI, but also the Grand Jury in the leaking of a Covert CIA Agent as well as obstructing the investigation into the leak.

He has been rewarded for his silence and as his appeals process will stretch out til 2009 he will not serve even one day in jail. Notwithstanding the fact he committed an act of Treason and Espionage against our country The United States of America, but got charged with lesser crimes he will serve no time.

If Mr. Scooter had been forthcoming and truthful he would have been charged with Espionage as would the Dark Lord, Adolph Bush, Karl Rove and many others within the White House. However since he lied Patrick Fitzgerald was unable to even charge against the IIPA Act which would have been even a lesser sentence than Treason which could carry the Death Penalty. So the incentive to obstruct the investigation and protect his bosses was clearly the reason he lied.

It also gave cover and protection to those who ordered him to commit Treason at the Highest Levels of our Government. If you read the post below than you are aware of the length these War Criminals will go to hold on to power and destroy anyone who interferes or stands in their way.

So why the hiring of an Attorney to defend him if a Quid Pro Quo was already in place to give the Scooter a Pardon? Well if the Trial went the wrong way and the Scooter was convicted before the next election and a Pardon could be issued than they faced the real possibility of Scooter turning States evidence against them. After all I'm sure Scooter would make a deal to stay out of jail if convicted before Der Fuehrer {Adolph} Bush could give him a Pardon. So it is logical to hire an Attorney to defend him.

If the case was too drag on until 2009 than a Pardon could be issued as Der Fuehrer left office {that is if he has any intention of leaving}. Since the Trial went against the Scooter and his appeal to remain out on bond as his appeal moved forward failed they had no choice but to commute his jail time to zero. Forget that Der Fuehrer didn't follow Justice Department Guidelines as seen below.

Section 1-2.113 Standards for Considering Commutation Petitions

A commutation of sentence reduces the period of incarceration; it does not imply forgiveness of the underlying offense, but simply remits a portion of the punishment. It has no effect upon the underlying conviction and does not necessarily reflect upon the fairness of the sentence originally imposed. Requests for commutation generally are not accepted unless and until a person has begun serving that sentence. Nor are commutation requests generally accepted from persons who are presently challenging their convictions or sentences through appeal or other court proceeding.

So has you can see above the Standards for having your sentence commuted don't apply with this Criminal White House. This is a blatant move to further Obstruct the process of Justice in finding out who else was involved in outing an active NOC CIA Agent and shutting down the front company it took the CIA years to build. Brewster, Jennings & Associates, described as a legal services office where Valerie Wilson {Plame} worked along with all her co employees. National Security was compromised, agents lives and the lives of their families was endangered and all the assets we had enlisted in tracking WMD's and Nuclear Weapons was destroyed along with putting their lives and the lives of their families in danger also.

As we can see they had no concern for our National Security or the lives that would be put in danger by their leaking on National Security Intelligence to silence a critic. Not to mention the fact that many Attorneys of so called High Integrity and Honesty {sure} such as Theodore Wells who swear {with fingers crossed behind their back} their client Scooter is Innocent made a lot of money by defending a Traitor and helping too protect others who committed Treason.

This is why the majority of American Citizens are outraged. If this was you or me being charged with perjury or obstruction of justice we would be serving jail time. The Rule Of Law don't apply to them though as it does too us. We are the low life that they rule over and if we don't like what they say or tell us too do then we can go get F*cked. This is what they have been telling our Congress now since the Democrats took control of the House and in name only of the Senate.

The Rule of Law don't apply to them or their corrupt friends, both in and out of office. This is the time that the Democrats need to start using power given to them in the Constitution and Impeach these Treasonous War Criminals before the take us to War in Iran or Declare Martial Law and Suspend the Constitution and Elections.

We also need to take to the streets and demand from our elected representatives that they start impeachment hearings immediately against the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney than Der Fuehrer {Adolph} Bush the puppet President. No more Lawbreakers wanted in the Peoples House at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Remove them now or face the wrath from the people if we have an election in 2009.

OVP - Architect War Crimes\Torture Policy

Actually there are eleven ways that the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney can kill you and the eleventh way is Torture.

This past week June 25, 2007 Part 2 of a four part series run by the Washington Post and written by Barton Gellman and Jo Becker details how the Dark Lord was the Architect of the Torture Policy implemented at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba {Gitmo}, Abu Ghraib and the other Prisons used by the Military in Irag. They were already holding and detaining Ghost Prisoners using Secret Prisons in Foreign Countries which we found out about earlier in the year, which had horrible records on Human Rights and were known to use Torture.

The article speaks volumes about how our country turned from being a leader in Human Rights and the Rule of Law into something that most citizens no longer recognize. There is clear evidence that War Crimes were Authorized at the Highest Level of our Government and the investigation was limited in scope from those who were well aware of the War Crimes being committed as they themselves were implicated in setting the policy for these Crimes.

Seymour M. Hersh also published an article on June 25, 2007 in The New Yorker of an interview with the Officer who was given the responsibility to investigate the so called allegations of abuse by the Military. This is the The Generals Report.

It is a rather lengthy article but well worth the reading of too see how wide spread this abuse of War Crimes was being carried out under the policies that were set by the very same people who professed not to know anything about it.

These are not the actions of a Nation who was established on the very principles of the Rule of Law. These are the actions of a Rogue Nation who has stepped over all bounds of decency and are no different than those Nations whom we condemn for the very same acts.

As anyone who reads these articles and I hope everyone who reads this post reads them, it is clear that those in our Highest Elected Offices have Authorized and Condoned the use of Torture and the Commission of War Crimes.

So I ask where are the Signatories of the Geneva Conventions? Why have they not filed War Crimes charges and issued Arrest Warrants for these War Criminals? Are they going to stand by and go down in History as being complicit in the cover up of War Crimes? Or are they going to fulfill their Obligations under the Treaties they signed and bring these Criminals to Justice?

Why do I ask this question?

It has become very clear too all of us who pay attention to what our Government is doing in our name that our Country will not hold them accountable for their actions as seen when reading Bush Seeks Immunity Published on Saturday, September 23, 2006 by the Chicago Sun Times and written by Elizabeth Holtzman.

So as you can see they gave themselves a Get Out Of Jail Free card. Let me also note that there were many in the Congress {House and Senate} who made it more difficult for detainees to even get a lawyer or the right to a hearing before our courts. They did this through the stripping out of our Constitution an embedded principle of the right to Habeas Corpus. They also gave Der Fuehrer {Adolph} Bush and the head of His Homeland {Fatherland} Security the right to arrest and label anyone {including American Citizens} whom they think is committing a Hostile Act Against the United States an Enemy Combatant. This designation will land you in jail without the right to a lawyer or a hearing before the courts. It will allow them to hold you indefinitely as they are now doing with those prisoners already in our Military Custody. This was the MCA or Military Commissions Act that was passed and signed just before the November 2006 election.

So as you can see above they will not be held accountable for any Crimes they commit in our name. So I ask you readers who read this post to tell your friends to read and link to this posting if you want too see those responsible for War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity and that includes Torture to be held accountable.

Read the linked articles and burn those names into your mind. Inform everyone you know and see if we can get this post linked around the World. I want as many people as possible, in as many countries as possible, to know who set the policies used, those who gave the legal opinions and justifications for the policies implemented from the Highest Elected Officials and their staffs in the Executive Branch and all Departments, down to the Military Officers who told our soldiers that the Geneva Conventions didn't apply and anyone else who kept silent once they knew about the abuse and Torture that was being carried on.

With the help of the Blogosphere we can see that those who subvert justice and the Rule of Law can be brought to justice. They have not only Denigrated our Country but have also Degraded the Honor and Integrity of our Military. They have Blackened our name and shamed us around the World.

If America my country, the International Community and those who are the Signatories of the Geneva Conventions won't bring them to Justice, than the only ones who will are those who have had family members Tortured or Killed because of the Policies set forth by those whose names are listed in the articles I linked too.

Not all those named in those articles are involved, however those who are clearly linked to the implementations for the use of Torture must never be forgotten. Those names must one day go down in History for the evil that they embody and should forever let those in power know that we the people will not sit silently by and watch our country be destroyed by insane madmen.

Ginger the Fat Cat

Well after hearing that what I learned in both grade and high school about the three branches of Government was incorrect I just had too take a break from what is becoming a full blown Dictatorship in the country many of us love. So hear is an update on my little piece of calm.

I have been ask on some of the blogs I regularly visit about her and how she's doing. As you can see from this most recent photo of Ginger she is doing just fine.

When her last test came back the news was more than good. It seems that all her lab results showed she had recovered fully from the poisoning of the contaminated pet food she had eaten. Even her MA was back too normal and there was no blood in her urine.

That was the best news anyone with a pet good get after learning the food you were feeding her and getting from your vet was among the contaminated food being recalled. Especially since it was the only dry cat food that was contaminated. I still have not heard back from the manufacture since I submitted all her medical records, except the last lab test charges and results, to them in the middle of May.

I firmly believe that if I hadn't taken her off of the diet food as her main nutrition and changed too only giving it too her on weekends she would have died. And the fact that this was a fresh bag of food I had just opened the week before shows how lucky both Ginger and I were in being able to catch it early, thereby aiding in getting her treatment immediately. It only took three to four days of meals to affect her, two weekends, and if I hadn't been paying attention to the news reports on the pet food recall she would now be sleeping in the big cat sky above.

Truth be told I had felt that I didn't have too worry about Ginger because she was on dry food and not eating the wet or moist foods that were being recalled. How wrong I was and when I saw the news telling about the dry food that had now been reported I made sure too get her into the vets office the next morning. I was going to call anyway for an appointment because she had stopped eating and was very lethargic and not her usual self. Boy am I glad I did.

It had been reported that the chemical Melamine was deliberately added to boost the protein content which would increase the value of the feed and lower the cost to produce it. Please all pet owners, pay attention to your pets and what they are telling you. Know your pet\pets and pay close attention to any changes that they might exhibit too you. We do not get many chances to solve a problem with our pets or help them when they need immediate help. Knowing and understanding what your pet\pets are telling you may be the most important lesson you will ever learn and the love they give too us will only increase as time goes on. This is all I can tell you and I know that I will always be thankful that I took the time to to show Ginger how much I loved her by knowing her.

By the way notice the size of her girth as she's laying down, that is 23 & 1/2 pounds of pure love.

An open letter to Russia's Vladmir Putin

Dear Mr. Premier Putin,

On behalf of the real American Citizens of the former United States of America I wish too offer our sincerest apologies over Der Fuehrer Bush's threat too place Nuclear Missiles on Russia's doorstep.

We true Americans understand your concern about the very real threat of a missile attack by Der Fuehrer since we've become a Rogue Nation under the Fourth Reich Christian Republican Nazi's along with some Jewish Collaborators, who have taken over our country.

In their quest of more power and control of the Worlds Oil Reserves no nation is safe any longer. They will stop at nothing to gain control just as the Iraqi Oil Bill they drew up and want there puppet government to vote on and sign gives American Oil Companies over 80% of the Iraqi Oil Profits.

Since both Russia and China along with the rest of the World use Oil from the Middle East is it no wonder they want to build another missile base to protect there Oil Interest with a new missile base stationed in the Czech Republic and Missiles on your doorstep?

Mr. Putin, I believe that I might have the answer too your dilemma. Tell Der Fuehrer Bush and the European Union that if the Fourth Reich goes ahead and starts to build this base that you will not only re target your missiles toward Europe, but that you will also start a Missile Defense System of your own.

That's right Mr. Putin. Tell Der Fuehrer Bush that you will build a Defense System in Cuba and stage your Missiles in Venezuela with Hugo Chavez, I'm sure he will not like that. But then if you want to protect yourself and your allies from Rogue Nations such as the Fourth Reich under Der Fuehrer Bush that is what you and Russia will have too do.

Any way that's my take on this situation that Der Fuehrer Bush has brought not only too Russia, but to the Whole World, including the true American Citizens, with his insane policies and thirst for World Dominance.

Good luck too you Mr. Putin and may the Lord protect us all from this madman who's taken our country down the same path as his surrogate father Der Fuehrer Hitler.

A Rogue Nation Rekindles Cold War

Just when I thought that Der Fuehrer Bush could do nothing else to endanger our National Security or Country, now how stupid I was too think that, he threatens to reignite the Cold War.

Remember when we use to have Air Raid drills? I remember back in grade school the sirens going off and having to get on the floor and crawl under my desk. These drills were to prepare us on how too act in case of a Nuclear attack. Back then it was a very real threat and not like the bogus threats we hear constantly from the Nazi's running our country today.

So what did the Decider do that would further endanger us? Well how about telling Russian Prime Minister Putin that he was going to put a missile defense system in the Czech Republic and 10 interceptor missiles in Poland. Yes sir, were going to put Nuclear Missiles on Russia's doorstep and with the greatest diplomacy ever used by Der Fuehrer here's what he told Putin "Cold War is Over" or in other words, get over it. It seems that our Decider Der Fuehrer Bush doesn't remember the Cuban Missile Crisis, either he was stoned out of his mind on coke or he was on another drunken drinking binge back in 1962 when Russia wanted to build a Nuclear Missile base in Cuba. Back then we had a real honest to goodness President by the name of John F. Kennedy who didn't steal two elections or put our country in the jeopardy were in now. He told Nikita Khrushchev that we would not tolerate Russian Missiles in our backyard. Single handedly Der Fuehrer Bush appears to have rekindled the Cold War and further more Putin told the Decider that if he goes ahead and builds it that Russia would re target their missiles toward Europe. This has scared the Hell out of the Europeans and rightly so. Russia doesn't want Nukes on their doorstep just like we didn't want Russian Nukes in Cuba on our doorstep.

Can World War III be much closer than we thought. It sure appears to be that a Nuclear War is possibly in the near future though. The EU better wake up and fully realize that we are a rogue nation who threatens the entire World and are on a path to destroying it. They need to tell the U.S. to remove all their military bases out of their countries and the sooner the better if they want to truly have Freedom and not be bullied by a Dictator such as Der Fuehrer Bush and his Nazi's.

To the families, friends and loved ones who have given us these brave men and woman I and America also say thank you. We also honor you for giving us the American Citizens your loved ones, not knowing if you would ever see or hear from them again.

To all our troops who are still over in Iraq and Afghanistan please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers every day. Even if we don't support the War in Iraq we do support you and pray for your safe return home.

Bud Hedinger Fascist Propagandist

On Monday April 16, 2007 a tragedy took place on the campus of Virginia Tech when a student with mental health issues lost all sense of reality and opened fire on the campus killing 32 students and professors before turning his weapon on himself.

As we all saw on the talking heads shows and heard on talk radio everyone came out with their opinions as too why Cho did what he did. We all found out about his mental health issues as well as how he was able to buy weapons even though Cho should not have been sold the guns he purchased because of his mental health.

We heard from those who thought we needed more gun control laws to keep weapons out of the hands of people with mental health problems. We heard from the gun lobby and nuts who said that if more guns were carried on the campus by students that perhaps not as many people would have been killed. In fact in Florida a bill that would have allowed employees to have guns in their cars at there work was voted down and the employers didn't want guns at there companies, even though the NRA and supporters lobbied heavily for this bill to pass. I really don't know if either of those solutions would have prevented someone who has gone over the edge or who is willing to die for whatever cause they believe in.

We heard from those who reported Cho and where even some of them were afraid of him, yet nothing was done to remove him from the campus. The truth of the matter is Cho had done nothing wrong and because he hadn't they could not expel him. I know that this is no comfort to the families of his victims, however this is the law.

So how does this relate to Bud Hedinger? Well he also spoke about this tragedy on his show and he brought up what he thought was a possible answer to what should have been done. He even went so far as to admit that it could be a slippery slope. So what was this idea he had? Well he thought that the Bush Doctrine should be invoked. He explained that the Bush Doctrine was if you saw a threat you should act on it to prevent it from taking place. In other words "Preemption". Like the illegal invasion by Der Fuehrer Bush of Iraq.

So if someone was too perceive a possible threat from someone they should be arrested and detained even if they had done nothing wrong and there was no proof that they were going too. That's why he said this could be a slippery sloop.

The fact of the matter is what Mr. Hedinger refers too as the Bush Doctrine is a doctrine that has been used for hundreds of years by despots and dictators all over the world. Either for more control over there population or in their conquest for more power and territory. This was in fact the same Doctrine that Hitler used when he invaded Poland. Hitler told the German people that Poland was a threat to Germany and wanted to attack them. That was the big lie Hitler told the German people to take them to war with their neighbor and the start of Hitler's grab for more countries to rule.

That was Hitlers Doctrine that he now calls the Bush Doctrine. Hitler saw a threat from Poland {even} though it was only in his mind and he acted to prevent it, even though it didn't exist anywhere but in his mind. That was his reason to invade and build an Imperial Germany and the start of World War II which we ended up becoming involved in due to the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor.

However, lets not stop here. This was also the Doctrine that Hitler used as his excuse to round up all Jews and put them in Detention Camps, which became Concentration Camps. He saw the Jews as a serious threat to the purity of the German Race through the marriages of those of pure German Descent and those of Jewish Blood. He also considered Gypsies, Blacks and Jews as being inferior to the German Race and treated them as such. And so from the Concentration Camps he moved the Jews to the Gas Chambers and than the Crematoriums. We all know what took place after that as it is well recorded.

Now if you don't think this can happen here your wrong. Under the Patriot Act Der Fuehrer Bush can have you arrested without a warrant and detained. At least you still had a right to a lawyer and a hearing before a court to argue for your release and too know what you were being charged with. But now that's no longer possible. Why?

Under the Military Commissions Act you can now be labeled an enemy combatant, arrested and detained without a right to Habeas Corpus. Or what that simply means is you no longer have a right to an attorney or a hearing before a court of law. That is what the Fascist Nazi Republicans with the help of some Democrats in the House and Senate have done to Our Constitution for their Fuehrer. They have stripped out a two hundred year old embedded principle out of Our Constitution that dated back to the Magna Carta. They have given their Decider Der Fuehrer Bush the same powers that the Decider's surrogate father Adolph was given by his Legislatures.

Remember that if you speak out against the policies of Der Fuehrer Bush all his propagandists scream that your giving aid and comfort to the enemy. That your un-American, unpatriotic, close to committing an act of Treason or maybe even a traitor.

For a long time I knew that Mr. Hedinger leaned to the right, however not until this week did I know how far he leaned. As more and more scandals become apparent in Der Fuehrer's Administration the louder the Fascist Propagandists scream. These are evil people and they are more dangerous then the American Nazi's who march and wear the Nazi Uniform in public. These Nazi's hide behind suits and legitimate jobs, but make no mistakes they are pure evil and want to enslave all who stand up against them or question there judgment or policies.

If you listen carefully to their Reich Wing Propaganda you will hear all the policies that Hitler embraced. Listen and you will know without a doubt who the Nazi's are and you will know where they stand with regards to Our Country and Our Constitution.

We maybe a rogue nation under Der Fuehrer Bush and his Gestapo Minions, but we can not let them silence us. If we lose our voice than the World will not know that we are not what Our Leaders or his policies portray us to be. Continue to speak out and let your representatives and the world know where you stand. Do not be silenced and do not allow them to use fear to lead you like sheep to the slaughter. Do not be like the Jews were in Nazi Germany and meekly be enslaved otherwise there will be another Auschwitz Death Camp and it will be right here in America.

And to all those of Jewish Heritage who have told me all my life that I should never forget what Hitler did in Germany, if you support Der Fuehrer Bush than your argument about Hitler and Germany is no longer a valid argument as far as I'm concerned.

Abu Gonzales, KKKRove, US Attorneys and Missing Emails

Shortly Abu Gonzales will be before the Congress testifying about the purge of eight US Attorneys as it appears that there was improper actions taken by the Justice Department and Abu is in for the fight of his life too save his job.

We've seen Arlen Specter on a talk show Sunday trying to soft soak the hearing and as usual repeating the talking points handed to him by Der Fuehrer Bush's Republican Christian Fascist Nazi's. I am really surprised to see someone of Jewish Heritage such as Arlen Collaborate with the Christian Nazi's, but Arlen has been since the first day Der Fuehrer stole the Presidential Election.

Then there's the press report about how over five million emails are apparently missing, with almost all of KKKRove's emails being among them. Of course this should come as no surprise since we all know that Der Fuehrer Bush will do anything to keep KKKRove safe from appearing or testifying before any committee. We also know from press reports that another Republican Fascist Nazi has been exposed in the purge. That person is Herr Jeff Sessions and one has too wonder if any Republicans in either the House or Senate is loyal to America and Our Constitution anymore or are they all members of the Fascist Nazi Republican Party.

I believe that the Fascist Republicans will do everything they can too try and save Abu and in the end the Democrats should call for Abu's impeachment and removal from his job. Will they? I don't know. Should they? Damn right they should. No one is above the law including Der Fuehrers pet monkey Abu.

Will they get KKKRove too appear before them under oath? That is highly unlikely. It will be near impossible to get anyone under oath with written transcripts from within Der Fuehrer's inner circle. The missing emails are just another example of how they violate the law at will and spit on Our Constitution. I would bet that if the emails ever turn up and are put out too the public it could bring Der Fuehrer's Fourth Reich down, so they will do everything too keep them from the daylight and sunshine of public scrutiny.

I don't know if anyone remembers Jimmy Hoffa, but one day he just disappeared and like those missing emails was never seen or heard from again. So I just gotta ask, where is the Mob when you really need them? Do you think anyone would miss KKKRove {except Der Fuehrer Bush of course} if he just upped and disappeared? I mean after all just imagine what that would mean for our countries Democracy if Der Fuehrer lost his brains. Just think of all the possibilities of one less Nazi enabling the destruction of our county. I know that I for one wouldn't miss KKKRove. Would you?

Has your pet eaten contaminated food?

The last couple of weeks has been a devastating time for many pet owners. Menu Foods who makes and supplies pet food for over 20 different manufactures has issued a wide spread recall of products contaminated by adulterated wheat gluten. You can find out if your pets food has been recalled by visiting Menu Foods Recalled and checking the lists shown there.

Though the majority of recalled pet foods has been moist and wet products a new recall was issued late last week. It was and is so far the only recall of a dry pet food product that I'm aware of and if anyone knows of any other dry product please let us all know. This product is Hills Prescription m/d Diet food and can be purchased only through veterinarians such as your local vet. I'm pissed off at Hills and let me tell you why. I adopted my cat from the local animal shelter around three years ago. She was an older cat and I felt that no one may want her because of her age. Most cats\dogs in shelters that are adopted I believe are the kittens\puppies and younger ones with the older being harder too adopt out. As an older cat\dog might not find himself\herself a home unless the shelter is a no kill than odds of the older pet being put down is far greater than the younger ones.

When I first got my Ginger she was a healthy 15 lb. piece of perfection, at least in my eyes. I took her in for her first checkup and shots that same week and she was given a clean bill of health. The following year she showed a weight gain of over 7 lbs., but otherwise she was in good health. Of course since all she does is eat, sleep and use her litter box I'm not too surprised that she gained the weight she did, after all so would you. The doctor suggested putting her on a specialized food and suggested Hills R\D brand. So began our journey down the road of dietary food.

After a year on the R\D food she had still not lost any weight, but remained constant in her weight. It was at this time they suggested changing her diet to the M\D dietary brand and so what began as a hopeful road to keeping her healthy and hopes of taking some of the weight off M\D became the food of choice.

Ginger is the only pet I have and is not really a lap cat like most cats are. Instead she's more like puppy dog than a cat. She meets me everyday at the door when I get home from work, but so has other cats I've had over the years. But the reason I say Ginger's like a dog is because of her habit of following me around the house. No matter where I'm at in the house, sitting on the couch, sitting at the computer or even going to the bathroom she follows me and lays at my feet. Henceforth my saying sometimes shes my dog. Like an insider joke you have too see her and know her to understand it.

So how come I'm now pissed at Hills? Well back in late October 2006 after I purchased two four pound bags of the M\D food I informed the girl at the desk that I wasn't really happy about buying such an expensive weight diet food since it appeared that it wasn't doing what it was suppose too do, you know like reduce her weight. She told me that when I bring Ginger in for her yearly checkup and shots in December I should tell the doctor and see if he would want me to keep feeding her the Hills product. I informed her that I would be looking to buy another brand of weight control dry food to also feed her. It seemed strange to be paying over $16 Dollars for a 4 lb. bag of food when I could get a 9 lb bag of IAMS weight control for cats dry food a lot cheaper and would probably have the same results.

So I started buying IAMS Dry Weight Control and feeding Ginger that during the week while continuing feeding her the M\D on weekends. Weekends I would tend to give Ginger a little more than usual so it seemed that she should get the M\D when I was home all day. Now Gingers normal feeding was 1/4 cup in the morning when I would leave for work, 1/4 cup when I would get home around 4pm and a small amount extra around nine o'clock on some days. This was her schedule since I've had her and if you think about it it's not really that much food.

Basically she got 1/2 to 3/4 cups a day and as always I had to almost be in the room for her too eat. It's like the people who owned her before me only feed her when they were in the room and she would constantly nag me to go into the kitchen with her so she could nibble on her food. That's the reason why I just didn't put her bowl down in the morning and fill it everyday. In fact it got to the point that when I'm home, except in the morning , her food bowl sits in the living room next to the coffee table.

In December when I took her in for her shots and checkup I informed the doctor about the change I made in her daily food schedule. He was concerned that the Hills wasn't helping her lose the weight the way it was suppose to and convinced me to keep giving it too her while he contacted Hills about it not helping. I told him I would and that I would also keep the schedule Ginger was on, M\D on weekends and IAMS on weekdays. He said that when he heard back from Hills he would inform me about what they told him regarding Ginger not losing weight while using the M\D product of theres. He called me in a few days and said Hills suggested cutting her food down to 5\8th cups a day from what I had been feeding her. Not much of a difference that I could see in the daily amount.

Now the real shit starts over Hills M\D food as what occurred is a direct result of my believing that Hills knew best. In January on the 15th. I bought the last of any Hills products I'll ever purchase. You see when I opened the second bag I bought in October in early December I normally buy another bag so as not to run out of food. When Ginger had her December checkup they were out of M\D of I put off buying it until the middle of January and didn't start to use it until around March 17th I believe. It might have been a week earlier, but I'm fairly sure it wasn't so on that weekend Ginger got her first feeding of contaminated food.

What followed was my nightmare with the Hills product. Ginger seemed fine that first week she had it as the most she would have gotten would be 2 cups with the least 1 1\2 cups. Not really much to show any symptoms of a problem, at least not yet. She had her IAMS as usual and the following weekend she again had her M\D food. Here's where it than started, with her eating less and less Monday through Wednesday. I finally noticed on Thursday that she had not eaten at all. I knew that there was a recall on Wet and Moist pet foods, but there was nothing on any dry food products for pets so I felt that maybe Ginger just wasn't feeling good. Friday I had an appointment to have two teeth removed and gave her a fresh bowl of food in the morning before I left for the dentist. As luck would have it the two teeth didn't want to come out and he ended up having to cut them out. So I come home and see that she still hadn't eaten anything.

I layed down for a nap and when I got up I put the news on and saw that there was now a recall for dry food. The station didn't say what type or brand of dry food was being recalled, but since Ginger hadn't eaten or it appeared to be drinking regularly like she normally does I called my vet and made an appointment to bring her in the first thing in the morning on Saturday. Two hours later it was confirmed that a dry food pet product was being recalled, however this time they said it was the Hills Prescription m\d dry food. Now I was totally worried that here the food I was giving her that was suppose to be more safe than what one buys in the local grocery stores was contaminated and I was feeding her poison.

I took her in along with the bag of food and they confirmed that it was on the recall list of products codes Hills sent them overnight. I left her there for two days and thankfully I was able to bring her home this past Monday. She has kidney and renal damage with blood in her urine and I have to take another urine sample in for Ginger in two weeks to see if her levels have come down or returned to normal. I also picked up a copy of her medical records on this incident for Hills if they needed them. However, Hills has in my opinion slapped me and all pet owners who use their products a slap in the face. And heres why.

I called Hills on Tuesday and informed them that my Ginger had gotten sick and could have died using their Prescription M\D food. They took my information and told me I would here back from them in two or three weeks. I told them how I feed her and the food I feed her, both the Hills M\D and the IAMS dry. It seemed like they tried to say the IAMS dry caused Gingers problem and I told them no it did not. IAMS don't use wheat in their weight control food. I ended our conversation with mixed feelings about whether or not they would reimburse me for Ginger's medical bills. So here's what I found out today at the vets.

Hills sent them an email and stated that they would reimburse $100 Dollars a pet and that would be through the vet who would help do the paper work and give it too the client. The slap though is that if I accept the $100 Dollars I would not be allowed to join in any class action suit against them. This is as my vet explained it too me that there were probably those whose pet didn't get sick from there food and would take the money. However, my Ginger did get sick and I want reimbursement for her medical bills. My bills came too so far $495.13 cents which I'm sure is a lot less than some pet owners have spent on their pets and that don't include those who lost their pets due to the contamination of the food they feed them. I don't think Gingers bills will be much more unless theres some long time condition as yet unknown that might occur due to the contaminated food.

I'm not interested in joining any class action suit at this time, however I will if only too stand up for what's right and what Hills should be doing to cover medical and other damages caused by their product. I will wait until I here form them and see what they say, but I will also tell them that I will spread my story through my blog and let everyone know how they did or didn't take responsibilities for the damage and hurt it has caused many pet owners. I will do everything in my power to see that no one ever uses their products again if they don't do what's right and moral.

So make sure your food that you feed your loved pets is not contaminated and keep a watchful eye for any problems that might arise from the food you buy and feed them. Don't trust them to be honest if they go out of their way in handling this with the respect and justice all pet owners deserve.

When is enough enough?

I'm really starting to get pissed off with the Democratic Party. Like the post title says when is enough enough? What is it with the members of both the House and Senate who don't yet get it? What is it that keeps them from upholding there Constitutional Oath and doing what's right for America? I really don't know and I would have to guess that neither do the American people.

I'm tired of the old line "We don't have the votes." so there is really nothing we can do. I'm also tired of seeing Judas Iscariot Lieberman speaking out against the Democratic Party,enabling the Fascist Nazi's in both the House and Senate and Der Fuehrer Bush as he continues to take us down the path of destruction.

Where were they in November when we gave them the House and tried to give them the Senate also? For those not aware I did a post about how the Democrats don't control the Senate which you can read if interested.

Also over at Firedoglake Christy Hardin Smith does a post on Rove and the Rule of Law called The Rule of Karl Must End which is a must read. Though I do not agree with her on this part of her post where she wrote

She believes that the Republican Fascist Nazi's lost both houses of Congress and I say they only lost one as you can see by my previous post I linked too above.

Der Fuehrer Bush has committed High Crimes and Misdemeanors and should be impeached along with the Dark Lord Dick {Goebells} Cheney , but that will never happen until they get some balls.

They act like its a big deal if Judas Iscariot Lieberman bolts and caucuses with the Fascist Republicans and I say it don't matter since they don't control the Senate anyway. So what should they do?

First of all they should strip all committees and chairmanships that Judas holds and send him packing telling him not to let the door hit him in the ass on the way out. Then they should start fighting for our Constitution and ending the war. They need to push and keep on pushing until the Republicans feel the heat. They should push until the fire is so hot that they will have no choice but to vote with them until its the Republicans only chance of staying in the Senate next election, that is if there is another election. And if they don't then they can say goodbye to any chance of being re-elected by their constituents.

And what about the American people? They should get up off there assess and march on there elected representatives both at there offices and in front of there homes if necessary. I mean not just the Republicans offices and homes, but also the Democrats if need be. They should be doing this every day, day in and day out until they can no longer turn a blind eye an deaf ear. It should be made perfectly clear to them where the American people stand and they better start listening to what we the people are telling them.

We the people gave you your jobs and we at least expect you to fight for our Constitution. It doesn't matter that you currently don't have the votes too do much, what matters is that at least you stand up for what's right and moral and just. In time there will be some Republicans who will in the long run put our Constitution and our Country above party, but only if you fight for them too see how right your battle is in restoring all we have lost under Der Fuehrer Bush and his Gestapo minions.

To not fight and let things remain the same will mean that all members of both houses are irrelevant and unnecessary. As it stands that is exactly what the Der Fuehrer Bush and his Nazi Republicans want. Total power under a dictatorship like we have not seen since Nazi Germany. You can not allow America the Fourth Reich to survive as the World will rise up and then we will see Nuclear War as the whole world stands against us and the bombs will fall on our shores.

Do what we the people {the seventy percent of us} who oppose the War in Iraq and possibly Iran put you in office to do. Bring our Troops Home as soon as possible and impeach all those who committed Treason against our country. To do less is not an option we the people can live with. We would rather be free than living under a Dictator like Der Fuehrer Bush and if necessary we will protest until were heard or as a last resort have another revolution. And I for one do not want too see American Blood spilled on American soil by Americans.

Stand up and do your duty to the Oath your swore to. Uphold and Defend the Constitution of The United States of America from all Enemies both Foreign and Domestic. And start with Der Fuehrer Bush and Dick Goebells Cheney.

Isn't this a great country? I mean after all where can a High Level White House Administration Official Fascist Nazi Traitor like Scooter Libby commit an act of Treason against our country and only be charged with Obstruction of Justice and Lying {Perjury}?

Come on Herr Wells and admit it, you don't have too be ashamed that you defended a Lying Traitor who betrayed our country and outed an NOC spy. Where else could you have earned all those millions of dollars you made defending Scooter?

This is a great country is it not? Where else but in America the Fourth Reich can someone like Scooter been able to even hire an honorable man of integrity such as yourself to defend him. After all if this was China, Russia or even Iraq he would have been executed right away, perhaps even beheaded for his acts instead of having the opportunity to plead his case before a court of law. And he did have what I and many others would consider a fair trial before a jury of his peers, unlike the sham trial of Saddam Hussein who was hung and died like a man after being found guilty, though we all knew what the verdict would be before the end of the trial.

How you must have felt having too stand out on the courtroom steps being the honorable man of integrity you are, having to tell the press that he was innocent and would be vindicated in the long run. This must have given a new impression of what many of us working class people think of Attorneys and Used Car Salesmen trying to sell them a lemon instead of a gold leaf. Yes, we all have our own thoughts about Lawyers and their Integrity and Honesty now don't we? I know I have mine and there not very good thoughts.

How sorry I feel for Mrs. Scooter knowing that each morning when she wakes up and rolls over in bed that she looks at the Scooter lying next too her and realizes she's been sleeping with a Traitor. I wonder what she tells her children when they come home from school and ask why their father betrayed there country or how long has their father been a Traitor or if in fact he is a Traitor. Or how about when they go to prison to visit their father, or won't she allow the children to visit with their dad in prison? So many questions and so few answers.

I'm sure you will do everything in your power to get the Scooter off and try too keep him from serving any time in Prison, but don't worry I'm sure that Der Fuehrer Bush and Dark Lord Dick {Goebells} Cheney will pardon him if all else fails. Just consider all the money you made thanks to the Republican Fascist Nazi's currently running our country as they destroy both our country and our military.

Yes Herr Wells I'm sure Adolph would have wanted you around to defend his Generals and Administrators in their War Crimes Trials, but have no worries about that as I'm sure many in this Nazi Regime will need good attorneys when the world stands up and removes them from power before they destroy the world. Many of them will stand trial in the Hague for their War Crimes and they will all need attorneys of honor and integrity such as yourself to defend them and perhaps you may even get to defend Der Fuehrer himself or perhaps the Dark Lord Dick {Goebells} Cheney. You can make a lot of money on those trials I'm sure and be able to retire in luxury.

So in closing I want to thank you for seeing that the Scooter got a fair trial even though you lost and Scooter will be serving time in prison. The only down side I see to this is if Scooter is expecting a pardon and Der Fuehrer Bush and the Dark Lord are impeached before your appeal process is over and Scooter is sentenced. But that will only happen if the Democrats get some balls and at the moment it don't appear they will. But one can pray they do, now can't one? I know I do.

Blogger finally got me to switch to new version

Well I finally got forced to make the switch over to the new blogger format. When I went to log in too my dashboard I got the dreaded move message. You know the one I'm talking about as many of you have already seen it. You can sign into the old blogger this one last time, than you must switch.

So with great dread I started the process to move to the new format. I followed the instructions and the move began. I was told that I could leave the page and when the move was complete they would send me an email. So I went back to my blog and started to read some of the other blogs I frequent.

I checked back in a little while and seen that move completed successfully and I could start using my new blogger. So with that I went to sign in. That's when the dreadful things I feared the most happened.

I followed the instructions and entered my email addy and password only to be told it was incorrect. So I tried again and again until I finally clicked the help link.

I chose the I know my email and pswd is correct but I'm unable to log in link and read the help comments to see if I was doing anything wrong or if there was something else I could try that I hadn't. Went back to blogger and tried again with no luck so back to the Google help log in again.

Since I was pretty sure I had a google account already I choose to go to the link to verify if indeed I did have a account or not. You see when I log in to my home page and then go to Google to search when I have too I see my user name on the Google page, however I still wanted to verify it.

After going to the page to verify and entering my email addy I was told I did have an account, so I went back and retried to log in to dashboard again, only to be told once more my addy and pswd didn't match. So back to Google account help.

The next step was to go to my account and reset my password so I did it. When I returned to dashboard and attempted too log in my browser closed on me. Oh shit I thought, now I may not be able to log into dashboard anymore. So I re-opened my browser and after my home page loaded once again tried to go the the dashboard page. This time when I clicked on log in to Google account my browser closed again.

So I tried once more with the same results. I left my browser closed and disconnected from the Internet. I went into explorer and checked my cache folders both under Netscape 7.1 and Netscape Browser 8.1.2 and seen that all cache files were empty. Closed explorer and reconnected to Internet over my dial up. Opened browser and after loading home page went to email and re-opened confirmation of move completion from blogger. Clicked on email link and after it took me to the dashboard page attempted to log in.

SURPRISE!!!!! SURPRISE!!!!! Yes, success at last. I finally got into my dashboard. Then I went and viewed my profile to see if I had to make any changes to it. Sure enough I did. It showed my log in email, but it also had removed my contact email. So I re-enabled the show contact email, saved it and then noticed that it had put my log in email in as contact email. Now I had to change that back to the contact addy I already had listed. After doing that all seemed to be okay.

Now some after thoughts. First of all I don't really like the fact that I have to use my email addy and password to log in too blogger. My reason is that is my personal email address and having to log in this way you are in fact giving them access to your email. It should have been set up to log in using your blogger name and password instead of your email name and password. I look upon this as a security problem as it could compromise your private email. If anyone hacks Google they will have the means to read your emails and personal correspondence with out your knowledge. They will also be able to delete them after accessing them. I do not really know if I trust Google or not, but I am highly leery of them having access to my personal correspondence.

Secondly, I normally receive 3 to 5 spam email a day. Since I switched I have noticed a influx of spam that I have never had before. Just the last two day I have had over 30 spam messages and there still coming even now. In two days I have received almost a weeks worth of spam since switching. Does anyone know if Google sells email lists? I have to wonder about that as I also know that since Microsoft is in bed with the NSA could it be possible that Google is too? How else can I wonder how come my spam email has tripled over the last two days when its never been this much since I've had my private email for over three years without getting this much spam before. I don't know, but its just a thought.

Anyway now as I'm writing this post I keep getting Lost Connection with Blogger etc....etc...etc... and the Test Connection now box. So I guess we'll see it this will post or not shortly.

I really don't know yet how I feel about the new blogger and I'm sure it will be awhile before I can honestly say what I think about it, however I'm not happy about the trouble I had just in switching over to it. Hopefully things will improve and it will turn out to be a good move. Until then I'll just wait and see.

Before I get disappeared I thought that it would be a good thing too let Fascist Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, know that we the American People need to gather all the evidence needed to put before the World Court for the day they stand trial for their War Crimes.

So with that in mind I decided too send a contact email to this Nazi Collaborator and let him know what I thought about him. Needless to say that I now have further placed my life in jeopardy by my dissent over Der Fuehrer Bush's policies, but also informing them what I think about their actions against our country and our constitution.

So with this action of mine I once again want the people of the World to know that what they are seeing being done by Der Fuehrer Bush and his Gestapo regime is not the true America, but the actions of a Rogue Government that is placing the Whole World in Danger.

Herr McConnell,

Thank you for showing the World and the American People that you fully embrace your Fuehrer Bush and his Nazi Policies.

The World needs too fully know who are the Nazi Collaborators in our Government and gather all the evidence they will need when they rise up against us and remove Der Fuehrer Bush along with his Nazi Gestapo and Enablers {Collaborators}from power.

They will need it when they put you all on Trial for War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity in the Hague.

Yes Herr McConnell, you are a War Criminal and your complicity in the cover up of War Crimes committed by your Fuehrer Bush and those in his Administration and acting as his agents under The American War Crimes Act and the Geneva Conventions under International Law.

You are also now a War Criminal for the Authorization and Condoning of the continuation of Torture by redefining the word Torture[remember during President Clinton's Impeachment the line "It all depends what the definition of is is"]. Torture is like Porn, I know what Torture is when I see it and it was Torture. It is still a crime under International Law and the Geneva Conventions and you are Guilty of War Crimes.

And Herr McConnell you are also a Traitor to Our Country by violating your sworn oath before God with your hand on a Bible swearing to Uphold and Defend the Constitution from all Enemies both Foreign and Domestic when you voted to strip an embedded principle from the Constitution, namely Habeas Corpus. That vote helped put the last nail in the Peoples Constitution and killed America. America was the Constitution and by your Act of Treason you helped destroy it.

In my humble opinion your Treasonous Act therefore makes you a Traitor. Even though you may never stand trial here, I do look forward to the day you stand trial in the Hague for your War Crimes. I pray to my Lord Jesus that I will still be alive to see the trap door drop from beneath your feet after your found Guilty.

So in closing Herr McConnell please continue to show the World who in the Republican Fascist Nazi Party are the true Nazi Enablers and War Criminals, we need all the proof you can give too us so it may be used against you all at your trials.

Oh by the way, when your Fuehrer starts World War III {Global Thermal Nuclear War} it may not matter who you Nazi's are. After all China and Russia will side with Iran as they also have interest in the Oil Fields in the Middle East and the Nukes will be flying over here also. I sincerely hope that your city where you and your family live is one of the first to be hit. I pray too my Lord Jesus that this be so and since He is a just God I know it will be so.

SOTU: Civilian Reserve Corps

Today I will write about something that Der Fuehrer Bush said in his SOTU message to the American people on Wednesday 27, 2007 that I have not seen or heard anyone in the MSM report on.

It is only four lines out of one paragraph mentioned near the end of his speech.

A second task we can take on together is to design and establish a volunteer Civilian Reserve Corps. Such a corps would function much like our military reserve. It would ease the burden on the Armed Forces by allowing us to hire civilians with critical skills to serve on missions abroad when America needs them. It would give people across America who do not wear the uniform a chance to serve in the defining struggle of our time.

Let us first look at what the meaning of civilian reserve corps means.

Civilian:
a : one not on active duty in the armed services or not on a police or
firefighting force:
b : OUTSIDER:

Reserve:
a: to retain or hold over to a future time or place :

Corps:
1 a: an organized subdivision of the military establishment :
b: a tactical unit usually consisting of two or more divisions and auxiliary
arms and services:
2 : a group of persons associated together or acting under common direction;
especially : a body of persons having a common activity or occupation :

As one can see being a civilian means you are not connected in any way to any State, Local or Federal entity. And as a reserve you would be held over and used in the future at a place of there choosing. Of course you would fall into one of the two categories listed above.

So tell me what is wrong with this picture. Not sure, than let me tell you.

First of all we already have in reality a Civilian Reserve Corps, or so he have, that is what's left of them. I believe there called the National Guard and like all the rest of our Military they are slowly being broken by Der Fuehrer. As they attempt too make there quotas for enlistment each month they have had to continue too lower standards. Soon the day will come when they will not be able to make them and are Military will be broken.

Look at it this way, the National Guards first duty is to protect America at home first. There duty is too aid in disasters and protect us in the case of invasion on our soil. Not to be sent over to foreign lands to die in an illegal war, like Der Fuehrer and his Nazi enablers are currently doing.

Do you or anyone think that a civilian will join voluntarily to be sent over to Iraq so he or she can come home in a body bag or missing their limbs? I don't think so. Also how would they support there families if there going to be away from them for a long period of time when there mission would be to serve abroad. I would think that they would be seen as independent contractors and they would be paid for there service. We could not expect them to serve for free and neglect their families now could we?

We must not fall for this ruse that is being perpetrated on us. This is just another way to hire mercenaries paid for by tax payers dollars.

Think Blackwater and you will see where this voluntary corps is headed. More money to the corporate interests at the expense of our interests. Also who do you think will be used when the American People stand up and say no more death, no more bloodshed in our name. Do you believe that American Troops will fire on American Citizens of arrest them for protesting against the policies of Der Fuehrer Bush and his Gestapo? Even Der Fuehrer don't know for sure so how does he keep the citizens from rising up against him? Civilian Reserve Corps, that's how.

Are we going to let a Mercenary Army be used against us? I sincerely hope not. We must remember that they will obey the people who are paying them and there loyalties will lie only with them. Right now they are not being held accountable for there crimes in Iraq, do you believe that they would be treated any differently here? They will arrest and shot anyone who refuses to abide by there orders when protesters are confronted by them and ordered to disburse.

This in just another way around Posse Comitatus even though he has the power needed to use the National Guard anywhere, anytime he so chooses. This is the power that Duncan Hunter from California gave too him in the new DOD revision for 2007 which he has already signed. It is only his not knowing if they would obey orders to arrest and detain American Citizens that he's not sure of. I'm sure he must remember Kent State and he will need a force besides the 10,000 uniformed SS he was given in the Patriot Act to silence dissent at home.

Write you Congressmen and Senators and stop any bill brought before either house that would authorize a civilian reserve corps. This is a danger to our country and must not be allowed.

Just in to A-W News a White House employee who was walking through the hallway overheard that Barney the White House First Dog had been executed late last night. At this time I have not been able to confirm this and have tried to reach someone inside the White House for confirmation.

Chief of Staff Joshua B. Bolton was unavailable for comment and his office directed me to the Office of the Vice-President Dark Lord Richard {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney. His office informed me that he was on a hunting trip with Harry Whittington whom was shot in the face and chest by the V-P last year on another hunting outing was unavailable for comment.

We will continue to try getting confirmation and as more details surrounding this story become available to us we will bring them to you.

UPDATE: January 20, 2007 4:40 pm EST.

A-W News was finally able to contact White House Counsel Fred F. Fielding and when ask if the rumors were true that Barney had been executed late the previous night he said "I am not aware of any such occurrence and the very thought that Barney has been executed is ridiculous".

A-W News contacted the Washington Humane Society and a spokesperson for them said "If the rumor you related too us is true, than it just shows how much disdain the President has not only for human life, but the life of pets as well". They went on to say "We at the Humane Society feel that a full investigation into this matter should be started at once and if true than warrants should be issued for all those involved and they should be arrested immediately".

We are still in the process of trying to confirm the death of Barney by execution and as new information is gathered we will bring it too you.

UPDATE 1: January 20, 2007 6:10 pm EST.

A-W News was able to contact Dan Bartlett Counselor to the President. Mr Bartlett confirmed that indeed Barney had died last night, however he stated that Barney died from chocking on the Presidents pretzels and was not executed. He said the very idea that anyone would start a rumor that Barney was executed was outrageous. So I ask how did Barney get a hold of the Presidents pretzels. Mr Bartlett explained that the President was in a cabinet meeting with his principles when Barney, seeing the bowl of pretzels sitting on the coffee table unattended thought he could sneak a few without being seen. He believed that Barney grabbed a mouthful and in his haste to hide the evidence he tried to woof them down. It is at this point they believe
he started chocking and no one was able to get to Barney in time to save him.

When ask if an independent autopsy would be performed to confirm that Barney did die from chocking and not execution, Mr Bartlett said there was no need for an autopsy as there were many in the room that witnessed his death.

When we contacted Tony Snow the White House Press Secretary, Tony said that he was unware of Barney dying and referred all questions back to the Counselor to the President Dan Bartlett.

We will of course stay on this story until we have all the facts. Watch for further updates as we continue to confirm the facts we have been given so far.

UPDATE 2: January 20, 2007 8:05 pm EST.

This just in too A-W News. I received a call from a Senor White House Staffer who ask to remain anonymous since he wasn't authorized to speak on the death of Barney. According to said staffer the President was in a cabinet meeting with all the principles going over the new Iraqi plan he was going to talk about in his State of the Union message on Wednesday.

An aide entered the room and ask to speak with the President. It appeared that on Sunday a group of leading Republicans from both the House and Senate would be coming over to ask the President and Vice-President to step down or face impeachment.

On hearing this the President totally lost it and started throwing things around the room and ranting. I'm the Decider just who the Hell do they think they are he ranted. I will not step down and I don't care if it cost the Republicans seats in 2008 or not.

Barney on hearing this and after all the abuse he had taken over the years from President Bush decided he had had enough of this crap. He jumped up on the Presidents lap and went for his throat in a move that if he had clenched his jaws upon it would have surely ripped his throat out.

The Secret Service immediately moved in on Barney and grabbed him before he could complete what he had started. They took out their Terrorist Kit that former Attorney General John Ashcroft had informed the public to use in the case of another terrorist attack. Grabbing the duck tape they used it to muzzle Barney's jaws and tie his little legs.

The President then told the Secret Service too remove Barney from the room and take him too the hidden torture room in the basement of the White House. He also told his Chief of Staff Joshua B. Bolton to have a letter drawn up naming Barney an enemy combatant with no rights under the Military Commissions Act and also a death warrant issued immediately for his signature.

The other principles in the room started telling the President to calm down and rethink his position. They tried to tell him that it would nots it well with the public if he executed Barney. At that point the President yelled at them and said that if they didn't like it he would have them go on a hunting trip with the Vice-President the next time he went hunting. On hearing that the room suddenly got as quiet as a grave yard in the dead of night.

Shortly thereafter Joshua B. Bolton returned to the room with the papers the President had ask for. President Bush than ordered the Secret Service to torture Barney for a while to find out if anyone else was involved in the plot to assassinate him then when they had gotten all they could to execute him. He also told them to keep quiet about it or they would be next.

I will be contacting both the Attorney Generals Office and Senator Lindsey Graham's Office who not only push the Military Commissions Act, but voted for it as well for any other information he can give too shed some more light on this. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to get all the facts.

UPDATE 3: January 20, 2007 10:40 pm EST.

A-W News contacted the office of Senator Lindsey Graham after our last update. His office said he was unavailable but if we would leave a number where he could reach us he would call us back as soon as he was able too. So we left our number and wondered whether or not he would return our call.

In the mean time we contacted Attorney General Alberto R. {Torturer Abu} Gonzales to inquire if the Justice Department would start a full investigation into the death of Barney by the President. Mr. Gonzales stated that he believed that President Bush did not violate any laws in issuing an arrest and death warrant for First Dog Barney. He said that under the Presidents authority as Commander in Chief and Unitary Executive he was within his rights to do all could to protect America, even ordering the death of pets if they posed a threat to Americas Security. He also stated that this was just a left wing attempt to put the President in a bad light before the American public and if he finds out who's behind it he would have them arrested as enemy combatants under the Military Commissions Act. It is clear to this reporter that the Attorney General considers anyone opposed to the actions of President Bush to be unpatriotic and unamerican.

After getting off the phone with Mr. Gonzales we received a return call from Senator Lindsey Graham. We ask Senator Graham if the President could arbitrarily arrest pets and have them executed under the very law he pushed and voted for. Senator Graham told us that anyone who commits an act hostile to the United States can expect nothing less than the swift justice under this vital law they passed to protect us. It appears that no one including pets are exempt from being arrested, imprisoned indefinitely, tortured and executed if they don't follow or approve of the Presidents actions to protect our country.

The death of Barney is a shock to all of us in the media and I'm sure that I speak for all Americans who loved Barney. He will be surely missed by us all and we pray that this is the last time that the President orders the execution of any pets both around the world and here at home.

It seems that there is never enough time in the day too get done what needs to be done. It's not because its winter and we have shorter days the in the summer when the sun is over head for a longer time. Its that as one gets older they find that they have more to do just to make ends meet.

I had planned to do a short Eulogy to Barney from my post below, however due to the time constraints I face each day, I still work full time and have to try to pick up some extra work here and there just to make ends meet, so I was unable too.

Instead let me tell you what I think about the upcoming State of the Union Address Der Fuehrer Bush will be giving this coming Tuesday.

Once again he will stand before the American people and with the same ole smirk he always has on his face he will open his mouth and let go with more lies. He does not know how to tell the truth, never has and never will. He will try to educate us ignorant folk and talk about, get this, global warming.

Remember how he often said that he didn't believe that there was any global warming and that the science was still out on it. Well now he's going to say that we must do all we can just in case there really is global warming.

Lets step back a minute and look at the issue of global warming.

If one was to believe his previous claim than any incidents of the weather we are having is not due to the warming of our atmosphere at all. Funny thing is though, he may be right. If there is a snow storm and you shovel your sidewalks and someone slips and gets hurt you may be liable for negligence. After all if you hadn't shoveled and the person got hurt he could never sue. You see under the law if a person slipped on your sidewalk that you hadn't shoveled it would be considered an act of God and therefore you could not win a judgment against the home owner.

On the other hand, however by shoveling you have now opened yourself up to a lawsuit as you didn't properly clean the sidewalk and are liable for any injuries that occur. The same is said when your flooded as most insurance companies don't cover specifically for floods as it is considered an act of God. So there is some truth in what he says, however it doesn't make him right.

Now lets also consider all these storms that we have been having since he took office, one could claim that God was not on our side in this War that Der Fuehrer has led us into and that he has endangered not only our country, but the world by his actions. We and the world are facing record storms, temperatures and climate changes since before weather was tracked and recorded. So now he wants to admit that perhaps the scientist may be right, but never acknowledging that he was wrong. He never does you know, admit that he's wrong.

So Tuesday we will hear more lies spewing out from between his lips and he thinks the American people will believe him. But don't think for a minute that he cares what you or I or anyone thinks. He will do what he wants and too Hell with the consequences. After all he is the Decider and he knows what's best for us even though the reality is he's doing what best for him and his rich friends and corporate buddies.

How many more lives will be lost before our Congress steps up and finally impeaches this rotten son of a bitch, how many? If we still do have elections in 2008 and those currently sitting in the peoples seats of power do nothing to remove this cancer from our house, than we all need to start right now on making sure that they too are removed. Let them go out and get a real job and not play with our country until it is totally destroyed by them. Lets put honest people in office who will put our Constitution and Country first before themselves.

So lets start now working to take our country back from those who would see it destroyed and ruined for our children and grandchildren. To Hell with those who ignore our calls for Truth, Justice and the American Way that we grew up with. Impeach them all starting with Der Fuehrer Bush and Dark Lord Richard {Joseph Goebbels} Cheney and keep going right on down the line till there all gone.

The Lord spoke to me tonight.

Yes I know that it seems unlikely that the Lord would speak too me a sinner, but he did. As I was sitting here at my computer reading some blogs and listening to Der Fuehrer Bush speak about his so called new policy in Iraq, I heard a voice say "Anon".

I immediately turned around to see if it came from the television, however all that was there was Der Fuehrer speaking. So I turned back around to my computer and continued reading. Again I heard "Anon" only this time it was a little louder and now I was really beginning to think I was losing it and hearing voices that came from nowhere, as I was the only person in the room, that is except my cat Ginger. And I was fairly certain that she couldn't talk. At least I thought so.

So again I focused on my reading when I heard a lot louder this time "Anon, this is the Lord". Know I really thought I was losing my mind and replied "Lord is that you"? And the voice said "Anon, this is the Lord your God speaking. I want you to give your President a message for me".

I said Lord, why me? I'm just a lowly sinner and the President won't believe me when I tell him I have a message from you my Lord for him, why not have someone else give him the message? And the Lord replied "Do you dare question Me the Lord your God"? I started to tremble in fear of what He might do too me for speaking back too Him. I said but Lord he won't believe me and I doubt that he will even see me to give him your message. It would be better if you had one of his cabinet heads give him Your message instead of me.

Then the Lord raised His voice and I really begin to feel that the Gates of Hell were opening up to swallow me for talking back to my Lord God Almighty. I didn't know what to do or think. Here I was a nobody talking to the Lord, at least that's what I was thinking and I really didn't want to consider the possibility that I was going totally insane and it would be just a matter of days before the men in the white coats came and got me too lock me away in a padded room for the rest of my life.

Then the Lord continued. "Anon, I want you to tell the President that I am greatly displeased with him. I told him that he should not go into Iraq and he disobeyed me. He has upset the balance of power in the Middle East and threatens the whole area if he continues on the path he's walking". I said Lord, he told all of us that You told him to bring peace and democracy to the Middle East.

"Anon, the Lord said, I told him to bring peace, but not through War. I told him to work on bringing a peaceful settlement between Israel and Palestine which would help bring peace and stability to the area, not to start a war there". I said Lord the President said that America would not be safe unless we went after those who flew the planes into the World Trade Center on 9\11 and the Pentagon and the one that went down and crashed.

"Anon, I did not tell him that America would not be safe if he did not go after the terrorists who committed those acts said the Lord. I told him that the only way to keep America safe was by working to bring peace through talks with all Nations in the Area starting with Iran and Syria after solving the Palestine and Israeli conflict".

But Lord I said, if I try to call or see the President he will have me arrested as an enemy combatant. I will be locked up in some black ops foreign prison and tortured if I tell him what you said. You know he don't like to be told bad news.

The Lord got angry with me again and said "Do you question your Lord"? No Lord I said, but you know how he is. Could I instead post this on my blog? After all he is spying on all of us who don't believe in what he is doing. This way someone will read it and I'm sure it will be passed on to him I ask.

The Lord responded back too me and told me that it would be alright and He didn't really want too see me imprisoned for giving the President this bad news from Him.

I thanked my Lord and ask Him if He would help us restore our constitution and rule of law so once again we could be a free nation. The Lord said He would and that even though He didn't like to interfere with what man does He understood that if He didn't that the President would end up destroying the world. The Lord said "No one but I your Lord and God will destroy the World, I will not allow that to happen to what I created".

I thanked the Lord and ask for His blessings for all of us. I thanked Him for being merciful and compassionate to us and told Him that next time He spoke with me I wouldn't doubt Him again.

Then I wrote this post for all to see that all is not lost. The Lord is on our side and not the Presidents as Der Fuehrer would like to have us believe.

Judas Iscariot Lieberman - Nazi Collaborator

Well I hope the people of Connecticut are happy now that the real Judas's feelings are being expressed by him. "Nobody wants to see the troops come home more than me" Liarberman spoke during the 2006 election. Listen to him now that the election is over.

Republican Nazi Presidential Candidate John McCane and Judas Lieberman want to send more troops into Iraq. If we don't win over there, we will be fighting them over here. They will follow us home if we withdraw troops in Iraq. Gee it almost sounds like Vietnam again, doesn't it? That's what we were told about pulling our troops out of Vietnam wasn't it? Did they follow us over here? I don't believe so.

I commented in a previous posting that I thought Judas Iscariot Lieberman would side with the republican Nazi's on matters that were vital to our country and our Constitution. I warned that the Democratic Party needed to get him out of the Senate race, did they listen to me or any of the other Democrats who also voiced there concern about him? No they didn't and now he's come back to stick it up there collective asses and I'm pissed off about it.

Is it possible to excommunicate him from his synagogue and kick his ass out? I don't know about Jewish Church Laws, but is there anything like that as the Catholic Church has. Remember how the Nazi Right wanted to have John Kerry excommunicated? Can this be done too Judas Lieberman? If so it needs to be done now.

Isn't it time for the people of Connecticut to stand up and demand Judas's resignation. Is it not time now for the people of Connecticut to march both in front of Judas's Connecticut Office and Home or write, email and call him if necessary and let him know how you really feel.

Come on citizens of Connecticut, don't be shy about it. Show the Liarberman just what you really think about him. After all it's not his family members or relatives he will be sending to their death or mutilation in Iraq, no its your families relatives and friends he's sending over there. Is this what you want for your family, relatives or friends? I hope not and I hope and pray you'll let him know it.

Now's the time for all good men to come to the aide of their country. Stop this madness now and start with Judas Iscariot Lieberman.

Knowns and Unknowns:

We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns‚ — the ones we don't know we don't know.'

The above quote is from a reply too a news reporter at a press briefing from Donald [Hermann Goering] Rumsfeld. So to start the new year off I thought we should list some of the knowns and unknowns about Der Fuehrer Bush's Nazi Regime.

First the knowns.

1: We know that Der Fuehrer's Gestapo has been spying on American citizens communications. Be it mail, email, internet usage or phone communications with family, friends or relatives. This is through the TSA program he says is vital to keeping us safe.

2: We know that Der Fuehrer can arrest anyone without a warrant by his special SS uniformed officers if they think you or anyone is going to do harm. This power is from the Patriot Act and for all practical purposes can be thought of as the Thought Police. They are only answerable to Der Fuehrer and the Head of Homeland Security. Also a vital tool too keep us safe {or so he says}.

3: We know that Der Fuehrer kidnaps people and sends them off to Black Prisons in Foreign Countries for torture in obtaining so called vital information to protect us. A violation of the Geneva Conventions against torture and American Law against kidnapping and detention without court review.

4: We know that Der Fuehrer condoned and authorized torture of prisoners both at Abu Ghraib and Gitmo. Again a direct violation of the Geneva Conventions. Those are War Crimes, but those who have been arrested by the Military have made a sham of the legal system and did not try them for War Crimes nor I doubt that they ever will since there complicity in the War Crimes. Just like the illegal invasion of Iraq by Der Fuehrer Bush's orders were criminal.

5: We know that Der Fuehrer has the power to arrest anyone, including American citizens without a warrant, label them enemy combatants and imprison them indefinitely with out the right of Habeas Corpus under the Military Commissions Act. This bill was for all its intense purposes an illegal bill put forth by traitors and voted for by traitors on both sides of the aisle.

This bill not only stripped Habeas Corpus out of our Constitution, but also granted immunity to Der Fuehrer Bush and his Gestapo minions for their War Crimes under the American War Crimes Act. It also further authorized and condoned the continued use of Torture which is still a crime under the Geneva Conventions and International Law. It also was an Act of Treason by those in Washington Representing the America People.

These Representatives violated their Oath of Office with this bill. They did not Uphold or Defend the Constitution of the United States against all Enemies both Foreign and Domestic. When you strip out an embedded principle from the Constitution you are changing forever what Our Forefathers spilt their blood for and even died for to give us a Democracy. This was clearly an Act of Treason by those Representatives.

6: We know that Der Fuehrer Bush now has the power to use the military against American Citizens thanks to another Fascist Republican Nazi Duncan Hunter. In the new DOD bill for 2007 a revision has been added. This revision gives Der Fuehrer the power to Federalize the National Guard. He can take the Guard from one state, say Arizona and send them to another state, say Florida and use them against American Citizens against the States wishes.

We also know that protesters and dissenters are now called disrupters, so much for the once Constitutional right of protest by Americans. I know there are many more knowns out there, however at the moment I can not recall them all. I know if anyone is really interested in finding out what other rights were taken from American citizens under the guise of protecting us can be found somewhere on the Internet. So if anyone can think of something I missed please let me know.

Now for the Unknowns:
1a: We don't know how long Der Fuehrer and his Gestapo minions have been spying on American citizens. Whether it started after 9\11 or if it had been ongoing since Der Fuehrer took power by the actions of the Supreme Court in 2000. This has yet to be determined.

2a: We don't know how many American citizens or citizens of other countries have been arrested under the Patriot Act for imagined wrongs against America. We do know that many who speak out against Der Fuehrer and his policies are now being labeled as possible potential terrorists though. Think Quakers who hold peace rallies.

3a: We don't know how many people are still being held in Black Prisons around the World or how many of them are innocent of any wrong doing. Just as someone's name gets put on the no fly list like children under the age of 11 has been reported on the local news within the last few days. Nor do we know how many innocent or guilty people have died in these prisons because of Der Fuehrer Bush.

4a: We don't know how many people have been tortured under Der Fuehrer's policies both at Gitmo and in Iraq. Or how many of them who died were innocent or guilty. When ones being tortured they will say anything to stop the torturer from torturing them. Even as Der Fuehrer signed the Anti Torture Bill from the House and Senate he signed a signing statement. Once again he proclaimed the right to interpret it the way he wanted too, even if it meant violating the Constitution and the Law once again.

5a: We don't know why our Representatives sold out the Constitution and the American People. We don't know if it was because they had been spied upon and Der Fuehrer had the dirt on them they didn't want the American People to know or if they truly believed that they were doing what they thought was best for the American People. I don't think we'll ever really know.

6a: We don't know if Der Fuehrer will use the Military against American citizens or not, but to give an insane, demented madman this kind of power is only inviting disaster. We also don't know if he will declare Martial Law or not, but the odds are very good that he will. When the demonstrations against him start he very well may totally lose it and Americans will be arrested and sent to the FEMA Concentration Camps already setup and established by Halliburton on another one of there no bid contracts. Just like those from New Orleans after Katrina have been in. Or those he is sending the illegal immigrants to including the children of those immigrants.

So there we have some of the knowns and unknowns. There are many that have not made it too the light of day yet and I'm sure over time they will. But there is still one known that we do know.

This President, Der Fuehrer Bush has total disdain for the Rule of Law and the Constitution. He has repeatedly spit on, stomped on, ripped, shredded and abused OUR CONSTITUTION and the Rule of Law. He has violated many of the Rights we the people were given by our forefathers and many of the Laws of the International Community of which were a part. This is not the type of person America wants or needs to lead our country.

I would guess that if a poll were taken World Wide as too who is more hated or despised, Adolph Hitler or George W. Bush, that Der Fuehrer Bush would win. In fact that might be the only thing he would win in his entire life, since everything else he has ever done has been a failure. One failure after the other. Such a poll is the only thing he would ever win and even in winning it would only be because he's a failure.

There are many Knowns and Unknowns in the House of Der Fuehrer Bush and these are just a few. Perhaps one day we will know them all.

US Allies Beware!!!

This will be my last post for 2006 and I wanted to remind all of the United States Allies what happens when you stop following the policies set forth too you by the US Government.

Remember these photo's.

This was taken the day the U.N. released a report of Saddam using mustard gas and Tabun nerve gas against the Iranian troops in there war with Iran. As you can see War Criminal Donald [Hermann Goering] Rumsfeld has a big smile on his face. Saddam was our man back then and we had what was considered good relations with Iraq. He was the Special Envoy of Ronald Reagan and helped Saddam build his Chemical and Biological Weapons capabilities. The very chemicals Saddam had used against the Iranians and the Kurds he got from us.

When Saddam broached the subject of going to War with Kuwait to our embassy official in Iraq he was given the green light and told we do not interfere with regional conflicts. So with that assurance he invaded his neighbor. What happened next is history.

President Bush 41 took us into war with Iraq. He also encouraged the Iraqi's to rise up against Saddam and when they did he abandoned them. Saddam put down the uprising and showed no mercy to those involved killing many man, women and children.

After that Saddam turned against America and became an enemy of ours. I believe he felt betrayed by us and never forgot it.

Saddam and Iraq had nothing to do with 9\11 and was just an excuse to seek both revenge and control of Iraqi Oil for the United States. The only terrorists camps in Iraq were in the Kurdish held territory where Saddam had no control. So the very idea that he was involved was just another lie told by the Decider Der Fuehrer Bush.

As we also have found out since than there were no WMD's in Iraq or the reconstitution of Nuclear Facilities or Nuclear Weapons, as Dick Goebells Cheney had intimated when he brought up the idea of a Mushroom Cloud over us as the smoking gun we had to deter against by invading Iraq. Saddam had gotten rid of them already and he had no way to prove he didn't have any. Once it was discovered there were no WMD's or Nukes, the reason for going into Iraq changed again.

Now Der Fuehrer is looking at Iran. He wants to increase the troop level in Iraq at a time when a civil war is raging. He wants to further put our troops in harms way where more of them will be cannon fodder for his ego. He wants to start World War III and no one will stop him. After all he is the Decider and he will Decide what is best for us.

If you oppose him or speak out against him you become another one of his enemies and will be subject to the same policies he imposes on those countries who stand against him.

And what are those policies?

Lets start with arrest without a warrant, indefinite imprisonment, torture, no right to habeas corpus under the law or what once was in our Constitution or like Iraq, if you are a sovereign Nation or Country you will be subject to invasion.

So remember those photos above if you are an allie of the United States. We are no longer the United States of America, but America the Fourth Reich, lead by our fearless leader and Decider Der Fuehrer Bush and his Gestapo minions.

Think carefully if you are an allie whether or not you want to continue being one, as any time you change your mind you will be liable too the same fate as Saddam Hussein.

Troop Surge in Iraq? No Question About It.

We already know that the Decider has decided that indeed he will send more troops into the Shadow of Death. The only thing we are waiting on is Der Fuehrer's lies to the American People what their mission will be.

Once Der Fuehrer Bush rejected the conclusions of his fathers save my sons ass and get him out of trouble team, we knew he would escalate the civil war raging in Iraq. With manchurian candidate John McCain pushing for more troops since it was the way too win the war, according to him, it was only a matter of time before Der Fuehrer would send more troops into their deaths.

He had already said no troops would go unless they had a defined mission and now they do. I expected him to say that the soldiers being sent would beef up security for the upcoming execution of Saddam Hussein, but that is highly unlikely now.

As it has been reported that Saddam's appeal had been denied and his execution would possibly be this upcoming weekend, this excuse to increase the troop level is moot. Now he will have too say its to provide stability after the execution. The problem though is it is not an execution, but murder.

When you film the hanging of anyone in the dark of night, which by all accounts is how Saddam will die, it is murder. And if one thinks that all Hell won't break lose after Saddam is Dead than you just as crazy as Der Fuehrer Bush is.

This is murder and the only way it could be seen as justice would have been by having Saddam tried under the same standards that were used during the Nuremburg War Crime Trials of the Nazi's after the fall of Germany. But that did not happen. Instead a mock government set up by America under the watchful eye of Der Fuehrer and his Gestapo gang of Christian Republican Fascist Nazi's, a kangaroo court and trial for which the outcome was already determined before Saddam ever entered the courtroom, is not a legal trial.

The whole trial was a sham and would not meet even the lowest standards of an honest courtroom preceding. So very soon we will be murdering a man who did not get a honest, legal hearing before the world.

It has been written that Saddam does not even have pardon in his vocabulary and has accepted the fate that lies before him. He will go out as a Martyr to his people and the whole region of Iraq will become a cesspool of blood and death.

I wonder if when Der Fuehrer Bush and all his agents stand trial before the World if he will face his executioner when he is found guilty of War Crimes, with the same resolve as Saddam Hussein did or will he break and cry while begging for mercy, which is something I doubt he knows the meaning of. Will we than all see what a born again coward actually looks and acts like? I hope so for all the Death and Destruction he has caused to be spread across the World.

One day I have no doubt that they all will pay for their crimes against humanity and I hope and pray that day comes soon, before America is totally destroyed by the rest of the world to remove Der Fuehrer Bush and his Gestapo from power.

A Holiday Message of Thanks

I've only been blogging a short time and would like to take a moment to thank all of you who have stopped by and visited. Though this site is rather radical in nature, I for one am not. I just think that America deserves better than what we now have running our country and hope that one day soon we will.

I have met many good decent folk here and would like to thank them all for the help and time given too me even though I'm sure they have very full plates themselves. It is amazing how many good people there are who's interest in America being the Great Country it once was and who wants too return it from the people who are out to destroy it for power and greed, back to the people.

So too all of you I hope your holidays are filled with joy and happiness, good family and friends and many days of life and love.

God Bless you and your families and I pray that soon we will all have Peace on Earth for everyone.

A Truely Inspiring Lady

I had planned a different post today, however because of Donnie McDaniel I've had to rethink it. So today I'm going to write about someone whom I feel will one day be a great lady.

Everyday in the news, whether in print, radio or broadcast\cable, we hear about teenagers who no matter what there social, economical or cultural differences or backgrounds are involved in crime. Be it drug deals, rape, robbery, car jackings and even murder there seems too be no end in the reporting of only the bad news when it concerns teens. After all this sells and the bottom line in news reporting always ends with the almighty dollar.

As most stories we hear about teenagers generally involve a crime of some sort, one would think that all teenagers fall into this category. That is not true. There are many who are doing charity work, community service or helping someone who for one reason or another needs help. Be it with shopping, baby sitting or anything else that is needed of them, they are there to help. These are the stories that we seldom if ever hear about.

These are the teens whose character exemplifies the best of what a true human being is. There honesty and integrety are above reproach. They have morals that many of us wish we had. They know the difference between right and wrong or good and evil. And they live by a standard most of us wish we could live by.

These are the teenagers any parent would be extremely proud of and many of us I think, even though were proud of our own children who are good, decent and loving individuals, do not reach the same level as whom I'm talking about.

Like I said above, I had already decided on a topic to write on when I happend upon a post by Donnie McDaniel. Thank you for the fine post and the chance too find a truly inspiring person to add to my site. After visiting the link he provided in his post I came away speechless. What I read on this site shows more maturity by a teenager than many adults have or will ever have.

I predict here and now that in the future, she will not only be a great lady, but also a great leader who will be respected not only here, but around the world.

Even Der Fuehrer Bush's twins, Jenna and not Jenna can hold a candle too her when it comes to the compassion she has and shows for her fellow human beings, the ideals for which she aspires to or the passion with which she shows it.

Democrats don't control the Senate

You read that right. Democrats don't control the Senate and we can thank Chuck Schumer and the DSCC for that. Yes Senator Schumer and the DSCC sold out the Democratic Party, America and the American people when they refused too force Judas Iscariot Lieberman from the Senate Race in Connecticut when he lost the Democratic Primary and fully support Ned Lamont for the Senate seat.

Unlike Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of SILVER, Judas Iscariot Lieberman got far more I'm sure from the Fascist Republican Nazi Party than Judas did for his betrayal of Christ. He has been bought many times over and owes his Fuehrer and the Fascist Republicans big time. Also unlike Judas Iscariot our Judas Iscariot Lieberman will not feel remorse for what he did and hang himself, though one can always hope and pray he would.

You see, the Democrats control the Senate in name only and before you start thinking I'm talking out of my ass let me give you a couple of examples.

Example 1:
The Democrats submit a bill too revise the Military Commissions Act which takes effect January 1st of 2007. This bill would revise the restoration of Habeas Corpus back into our Constitution which all Fascist Republican Nazi Senators voted to strip out except Senator Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island. Senator Chafee is indeed a true American Patriot unlike the rest of his party. Also they had the help of eight Democratic Senators including yours truly Judas Iscariot Lieberman.

The Senate total as it stands going into the new year is 51 Democrats and 49 Republicans. The bill comes up for a vote and 50 Democrats vote for it while Judas Iscariot Lieberman votes with the Republicans giving them 50 votes against. Our Fuehrer's very own Dark Lord Herr Dick Goebbels Cheney casts the tie breaking vote against and the bill fails to pass.

Example 2:
The same example above except now we have a new equation to add too it since SD Senator Tim Johnson may not be able to attend is office due too his medical condition since his brain surgery. The bill comes up for a vote and 49 Democratic Senators vote for it while Senator Johnson due to his condition is not able too vote. Senator Judas Iscariot Lieberman votes with the Republicans against it giving the Republicans 50 votes against. The bill once again under this example fails to pass.

As you can see from the above two examples any bill that is of the utmost importance too the American people, America or OUR Constitution will be beaten by the Betrayal of Judas Iscariot Lieberman compliments of Senator Schumer, the DSCC and the Democratic Party.

With Ned Lamont in the Connecticut Senate seat this would not happen. He would caucus with the Democrats and they would in fact be in control of the Senate. Instead what we really have is control of the Senate in name only and any chance there may have been to restore our Constitution is lost.

But let me get back too the examples I've given above. If Ned Lamont had the full backing of the DSCC, Senator Schumer and the Democratic Party in both examples the bill would have passed. Then the only way the bill could fail to be enacted would be by a Presidential Veto.

Now don't get me wrong, I could be mistaken and Judas Iscariot Lieberman could fool us all and actually vote to pass this bill or a Republican could cross over and vote for it allowing the passage in the Senate, but Der Fuehrer could still veto it and than it would be up to the Congress too override the veto.

Would that happen? I don't know. Could it happen? Maybe. Would the Congress override Der Fuehrer's veto? Possibly. But America stood a better chance with Ned Lamont in the Senate than with Judas Iscariot Lieberman.

We stand at a crossroad in American History now and only time will tell if America as a Democratic Nation will survive under Der Fuehrer Bush and his Republican Fascist Nazi's currently in power. We should all pray too our Lord to protect and save us from the destruction we will surly face if this insane madman is not removed from power by our representatives or the American people.

Did NSA spy on Princess Diana?

In the news today I heard that come Thursday the report of the investigation into the death of Princess Diana will be released. In that report its said the NSA had communications between the Princess and others, but that they were not wire tapping her. I find that highly doubtful that the person or persons they were monitoring would be communicating with the Princess.

If this is true than I think our standing as a country will drop even further amongst the British population. This could be the straw that broke the camels back.

If you think the British has a low opinion of America and our fearless leader Der Fuehrer Bush now, just imagine the outcry if this is true. Even if it didn't happen under Fuehrer Bush just the fact we would spy on the Princess will lower our standing even more.

If this is true, than I can see the British as a country, want to pull out their troops in Iraq sooner rather than later. As the British have the second largest force in Iraq after us and England's citizens already calling for withdrawal of their forces from Iraq, we could be left all alone with no friends left to help us in a civil war zone.

Already Der Fuehrer has pushed his false speech as too what course he will now take since being told by the ISG how badly were losing in Iraq. We all know that no matter how bad it is over there, he will never change course or bring our troops home. We already know that he will not admit to being the failure that he is, so we can all look forward to the continuation of our troops dying or being maimed and crippled for life. Or those who will end up with PTSD and no help from the Government as has been the case for a long time in the Military. Just ask some Vietnam Veterans how they were treated after coming home with PTSD or other injuries.

It is time for our representatives too decide if they are still loyal Americans or if they are just more of Der Fuehrer's boot lickers. There are many Traitors and War Criminals serving our country in Washington DC and its time for them to make a choice. Continue serving a Dictator as Der Fuehrer Bush or stand up and be loyal Americans.

If they won't stand up than perhaps it's time too march on Washington DC and tell them all in person how we feel. Its clear that our voices at the polls in November fell on deaf ears and we need them too see how mad we truly are. If millions of citizens won't open their eyes than we may need to re-read the Constitution and follow its direction in removing them all from office by force.

We want our country back. We do not want to live under a Dictator or Dictatorship. We want our Constitution back and we want it now.

First I'd like to say I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. One filled with good family, good food and good friends. Also that everyone who voted for change gave thanks for the American people standing up and demanding change be made with Der Fuehrer Bush's Iraq policy and removing a lot of the Rubber Stamp Fascist Republican enablers in the Congress.

Well now that the elections are over we await too see if our representatives got the message we sent them. We will not allow our Country or our Troops too needlessly die over Der Fuehrer's need for revenge or oil.

The Iraq Study Group has been given to America and clearly states that we are in a no win situation in Iraq. As our soldiers continue too die with no end results in sight of securing Iraq its now time to bring our troops home.

Already the right wing radio and television nuts are calling the report a plan for disaster and a loss in Iraq is all that will come from it. These are the same people who don't have family or friends fighting over there and either dying or coming home missing limbs, having PTSD or being given the proper care and treatment they deserve by our government. This practice is the same that has been going on for years in the military. Serve your country and if your injured you no longer will be considered a person of value to the government.

Too many of our soldiers are slipping through the cracks when it comes to properly taking care of them. Our representative know this, but act like it doesn't happen. Senator McCain wants too send more troops into harms way already knowing there is nothing left for our troops to do over there to stop the bloodshed between the Iraqi Religious Factions. Yet because of his agenda {The 2008 Presidential Elections} he wants Americans too believe that he has the answer to winning in Iraq. The so called straight talker he claimed too be in the 2000 Presidential Elections is not a straight talker. He's just another opportunist looking for an advantage in the 2008 race. In fact, I consider him to be a Manchurian Candidate.

He knew that he was approving Torture when he voted for the Military Commission Act and since he went through torture in Vietnam he should have stood against it, but he didn't. He knew he was giving immunity to War Criminals for War Crimes under the American War Crimes Act, yet still he voted to give that immunity and he should have refused to give it, but he didn't. He also knew that he was violating his Constitutional Oath to protect the Constitution when he voted too remove Habeas Corpus from the very Constitution he swore to Defend. Those are the actions of a Traitor and there are many of them still sitting in power in both the House and Senate.

We have many War Criminals and Traitors still serving and supposedly representing us, the American People. But have no doubt, they are not serving us. They are only serving themselves. And as long as we the American People keep silent, they will continue to trample our rights and attempt to take more of them away from us as they tighten their control over us all under the guise of protecting us, just as Hitler did to the people of Germany.

So now we wait too see if the Democrats will do the right thing and give America back its Constitution. Now we wait too see if we still have a Democracy or a full blown Dictatorship. Now we wait too see if this is still The United States of America or if we are truly now America the Fourth Reich.

We should have some idea where America is come January and if our government got the message we sent. Now we wait.

WAR CRIMES - War Criminal

Now that the elections are over, not only have the American people spoken, but they have given the Democratic Party control of both Houses of Congress. In a clear rebuke of Der Fuehrer Bush's policies, both at home and abroad, we now have the means to take back our country and restore it too the greatness it once was. It is clear that the House is in the firm control of the Democrats, however the Senate is another matter for another day.

Today we now know that once again an indictment will be ask for against Donald Rumsfeld and others for War Crimes. The original charges were dropped after pressure from the White House. You can read about it here and here.

It has been too long since the World stood up to the intimidation brought too bear on it by the War Criminals sitting in power at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The Fascist Republican Nazi's running our country, not only authorized and Condoned War Crimes, but committed them under the American War Crimes Act and Article III of the Geneva Conventions. So it is with great anticipation that we await too see if Justice will finally be done and that they all will be held accountable for their crimes. It is high time for them too accept their personal responsibility for their actions and face the punishment they deserve, be it long term prison sentences or the Death Penalty.

In a rush before the elections, Der Fuehrer Bush had his Gestapo in the Legislature rush through the Military Commissions Act. Why the push to get this bill passed? Well there are several reasons if one considers what is actually in it.

The chance that the Democrats would take control of Congress put them all in danger of being charged under the American War Crimes Act so they needed immunity from prosecution under it. This bill gives them that immunity. Now they don't have too fear a prosecutors charges and indictment of them for their crimes. This bill also further Authorizes and Condones the continuation of War Crimes with no fear of prosecution from any American Court. So unless the World steps up they were given a get out of jail free card, however this is not Monopoly they were playing and their actions have consequences.

Look into their eyes and all you'll see is an empty shell with no soul. Look into their hearts, if they even have hearts, and you will see that they are as black as coal. Theses are not human beings, but the evilest of evil walking amongst us. They are from the depths of Hell and they need to be sent back too the Hell Hole they were spawned from. Only then can we begin too reclaim our Honor and Dignity as a Nation we lost under them.

The Military Commissions Act enacted by the Fascist Republican Nazi's and some Democrats destroyed Our Constitution and what America was for over Two Hundred Years. The Constitution was not just a God Damn Piece of Paper like Der Fuehrer Bush believed, but was America. When they stripped out the right to Habeas Corpus they not only changed the Constitution, but desecrated the Blood and Sacrifice Our Forefathers gave to give us not only Our Great Nation, but the rights they believed all Human Beings were entitled too. By removing the right to Habeas Corpus they removed a Law that dated back too the Magna Carta. Now only Der Fuehrer Bush will decide if an American Citizen has the right to challenge their detention and imprisonment by there Government.

You see one of the provisions listed is the Govenments right to arrest and detain forever anyone who commits an act they consider Hostile to the United States. That's right, anyone, even American Citizens. And they determine what the Hostile Action is, be it committing a terrorist act, aiding and abetting a terrorist or terrorist act or even speaking out against the Government. Yes, even speaking out against them can get you arrested and labeled an Enemy Combatant with no rights under the Constitution. Like all the other rights they have abused and trampled upon, our Legislatures have removed one more right under the guise of protecting us.

So come Monday November 14, 2006 a group of Lawyers {read it here} will ask the German prosecutors too file and return indictments against Donald Rumsfeld and others for War Crimes. I wrote before that they may have escaped the hangman's noose here under American Law, but like the Nazi's of Germany they can not escape International Law and someday they will be held accountable. If they are indicted there will be no place on Earth that they will be safe and they will always be looking over their shoulders for the other shoe to drop. When found they will be arrested and sent before the World Body and face the music for their actions. They will be captured and face extradition, possibly even rendered like those they have had kidnapped and rendered for Torture to stand before the World and pay for there crimes. We pray it will be sooner rather than later. And the sooner the better.

God Bless America, help us to restore what America was for over Two Hundred Years before the Fascist Republican Nazi's and some Democrats took control of Our Country away from us. Help us to return the Integrity, Honor and Dignity we once had around the World. Help us to become what Our Forefathers envisioned that we would become. A Nation of The People, by The People and For the People so help us God.

Election Day November 7, 2006

Well today is election day and everyone is ready to vote the Fascist out of office. There will be an attempt to suppress the vote as everybody is aware of. It has already started in many States as the RNC is doing Robocalls to intimidate those who would remove the stench of corruption from our legislature.

It is very important that you are not intimidated and go vote anywhy. Be sure you have the proper identification with you and stand your ground if and when your challenged. You might also want to bring a camera with you to verify who your voting for. They may want too stop you from recording your vote, but insist anywhy. Tell them you have no confidence in the election process since its been proven that Diebold Voting machines are hackable and you want proof of how you voted in case of possible fraud by the Republicans.

There is really nothing else we can do and we will all be waiting for the results to be released. If there is any question as to the honesty of them and if they are challenged we will need evidence of possible election vote stealing by the Republican Party.

So with the Grace of God we pray that He will guide us and keep us safe. That He will free us from this oppressive government and return America to the People. God Bless all and may He be with you at all times.
