Republicans & the GOP - A Threat To Our Democracy

Today's Republicans and the GOP are a direct threat to our democracy. We have seen them since the Primaries when Sen John McCain (R) Arizona chose as his running mate a person with ties to White Supremists, Militants and Secessionist. We all know who that was, Sarah Palin (R) Alaskan Governor.

She used innuendos suggesting that Senator Obama was a Muslim, a person who palled around with Terrorists who wanted to harm American Citizens and as someone who saw America differently then her and the GOP base. In other words a threat to our country.

We seen and heard them after the election with the birthers. A group of Republicans who believed that our elected President Obama was not eligible to be President since he wasn't a real American. Of course this has been debunked several times already, but they still insist he's not legitimate therefore all his actions are illegal.

We have seen them denigrate, demean and demonize President Obama every day since, trying to incite their base to Assassinate him and even I would guess to harm his family. As we have seen them showing up at Town Hall Meetings on Health Care Reform carrying side arms and assault weapons to intimidate those who wanted to actually debate honestly with their Congress Person or Senator.

He has been called a Muslim, Terrorist, Socialist, Communist, Fascist, Racist who hates White People amongst the many accusations made against him by the Republicans in both the House and Senate all the while playing the hate and fear card too their base about him.

We have heard the same fear and hate mongering spewed by the likes of Rush (Joseph Goebbels) Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity and many other Right Wing Extremists and the Evangelical American Taliban Christians, whom by the way give Christianity a bad name. The same fear and hate mongering that was used by the Nazi's against the Jews in Hitler's Germany.

We have seen and heard them accuse Democrats of wanting to Kill Grandma and Grandpa, kill Americans with Health Care Rationing and instituting Death Panels in the Insurance Reform before the House and Senate while saying that under any Democratic Plan Americans will die.

We have heard and seen Michele Bachmann (R) MN accuse President Obama and the Democrats using the US Census to get information from American Citizens to put Republicans in Detention Camps, Re Education Camps, Indoctrinate Children and deny Republicans Health Care. Is it any wonder then that Michele Bachmann has the Blood on her Hands and Head in the death of a Census Worker. Have you called her office and ask if she has murdered any Census Workers this week? In fact she once said this"“This [health care reform] cannot pass…What we have to do today is make a covenant, to slit our wrists, be blood brothers on this thing. I for one am still waiting for her to follow through on her comment and slit her wrists. Perhaps we should all send her a razor blade to remind her of her words.

But it doesn't stop there since now Republicans are going to Foreign Counties and actively undermining America's Foreign Policy during a time of War. In my eyes this is Treason, how about you? Do you see this as Treason as well?

I now channel my anger and rage using the same methods that the Republicans do and that is Pray for their Deaths. That's right, I pray for my Lord and Savor Jesus to send the Angel of Death down upon them. But I don't stop there. No I also pray for the deaths of their families as well because to remove their evil from our country you must also remove and destroy any evil seed they have spawned upon the face of the Earth and America.

There are those who will say that I'm no better then the Republicans, however I say to them I will gladly answer to the Lord the day I stand in front of Him. I have no fear of His justice since I firmly believe that my Lord and Savor Jesus is a just God and will know that in my heart I only want to see evil destroyed before it destroys what He has created.

So let me state what I said above "Republicans and the GOP are a Threat To Our Democracy".

President Obama - Now is the time.

President Obama, now is the time to fulfill your promise to those who worked for you, supported you and voted for you.

Time after time you have compromised your position on every issue that was brought before the Congress.

From the bailout of Wall Street, to the Iraq War and the prosecution of War Crimes by those in the previous administration, you have given in to the Republican Fascist, Racist, Bigoted Nazi Party.

You have reached out your hand to them in friendship and bipartisanship only to be spit on time and time again. And they have done everything in their power to incite their base to Assassinate you. They want you dead and out of the White House. Are you that blind that you can't see this?

Now once again your willing to compromise on what will be your most important issue before the American people, Health Care Insurance Reform.

Right off the bat you took Universal Health Care off the table and now it appears that your also going to take the Public Option off as well. Rumors have it that your going to kick the can down the road using a trigger that won't kick in for at least five years. This is unacceptable to those of us who say now is the time, not later.

Health care reform is vital to the overall recovery of our economy and is tied to everything involved with it. From our troops returning with both physical and mental issues from two wars that receive treatment from the VA, to the elderly on Medicare and Medicaid, as well as those who are losing not only their jobs and insurance, but their homes also. And not to forget all those who have no health insurance at all and need it desperately you are turning your backs on them.

We elected you to the White House. We gave you a working majority in both the House and Senate. We the people expect you to stop giving away the store to the very same people who have been raping, pillaging and plundering our country for the past eight years. If you are unwilling or unable to lead and fulfill your promise on Health Care than you and the Democratic Party are not fit to be in power.

No public option will mean that you are a weak President along with a weak Democratic Party. A party that has a working majority in both houses of congress that will not be able too repair all or any of the damage done by the last administration and are not fit to serve the American People.

So we implore you to stand up and fight for what is right and what you campaigned on to the American People. If there is no public option that takes effect immediately upon your signing of the Health Care Reform Bill sent to you by both houses, then don't expect us to be at the polls on election day in 2010 or 2012. We will stay home and let the Republican Fascist, Racist, Bigoted Nazi Party regain control and complete its total destruction of our country.

When will you except the fact that you can not Compromise with Terrorist? They Will Kill You.

And it will prove what the GOP says about Democrats. Democrats are weak on Terrorists and Terrorism.

Don't prove them right. Fight for Americans and don't compromise with those who wish you harm. Be our President and fight for us.

The Family

A little over a year ago I had to let my Gingerbread girl Ginger go. She was very sick and would only have suffered needlessly for a very short time if I did not let her pass on to a better place.

Shortly after Gingers passing I started a new family and so begin my search to fill my house with the love and joy that once filled it with my beloved Ginger.

Meet Baby.

I found Baby at the SPCA after doing a online search to fill my house once again with love.

Baby was a eight and a half year old domestic short hair female tabby who in her online photo was laying in her litter box at the shelter.

I was looking for a older cat since I was not sure if a county animal shelter would keep an older cat for a long time or put older cats down if not adopted over a shorter period of time than the younger kittens and teenage cats they would get into the shelter.

Baby had already been spayed and all I needed was a carrier to take her home in. The shelter had a nice one really cheap, in my opinion, so I added that to the cost of adopting her. I had also previously made arrangements with my vet to bring Baby in as soon as I left the shelter with her. So off we went to give Baby a good medical check up.

At the vets office Baby had to be treated for fleas and worms. Every thing else looked good so after her exam we headed home.

Baby is a let alone type of cat. She does not like sitting on laps or a lot of loving and petting. She stays by herself most of the time and likes a little head petting and chin rubbing when she wants it.

With Baby in the house I started looking for a friend for her. I had already informed my landlord that I was going to get another cat when I had too let Ginger go. I also said that I would like to get a second one so once I got a cat there would be company to help pass the time, play with and help keep them both healthy.

Two weeks later I had found a second cat that was a five year old female who appeared to be a very loving animal that liked being petted and acted very affectionate. This time I went to a no kill not for profit shelter. I did a foster to adopt and brought her home.

At first it seemed that it would work out, however after a week it became obvious that it was not. She had bit Baby on her back and it was bleeding due to getting infected so she went back and Baby went to the vet for treatment.

After what seemed forever and checking every week I went to see what new cats they had gotten in and I found my second kitty for the family.

Meet Jasmine.

Jasmine had just arrived at the shelter only days before. She had been at a county shelter and had been scheduled for euthanasia when they found her.

So on this Sunday when I got at their adoption site she was all alone in one of the pet cages.

As she sat in it and was washing herself it looked like she had a little pouch on her stomach. I looked and thought to myself when is a kitten going to pop out. It looked like a kangaroo's pouch and she looked adorable. I talked to the fellow who's name is Jim about her and after watching her for about an hour felt that she would fit in with Baby.

Jasmine was around a year old, spayed and as you can see a domesticated short haired Tabby. I brought her home and Baby sniffed, hissed and walked away from the carrier she was in. After I let her out of the carrier she tried to play with Baby, but Baby was not interested at all in playing.

Like Baby I took Jasmine to the vet to get a checkup and although she had her shots she had worms. So after getting a clean bill of health, except for worms, I brought her back home with medicine to kill them.

Jasmine is a very curious cat who likes to follow me around and constantly gets into everything. She plays well and unlike Baby she likes to lay on your lap when she wants to. Same thing for petting, only when she wants to be petted. She has the hair on her ears one sees on cats with a lot of wild in them and a personality issue of liking to nip if she don't want to be touched. But a very loving teenage cat all in all.

I now had a new family and thought that finally there was no need to look for any more animals to bring home. Also my landlord would have had a fit it I did which might make them ask me to move or remove one of my over and above what they said I could have.

Little did I know that there would be another addition to my family at that time, however it did increase by one.

I had a outdoor semi feral cat that was hanging around the yard that I began to feed. After some time this little lady would show up the minute I pulled into the yard after work or on weekends when I would get home after being out.

I spoke to Jim from the shelter and he said if I could get her into a carrier to bring her in and they would have her spayed along with giving her all her shots for free. I believe that since I give donations regularly that was why they offered to take care of her for me at no charge. I felt bad about that and gave them a check to cover what their cost would be and I attempted to get the young lady into my carrier.

It was easier than I thought and soon Jim had her and took her home with him. He had her surgery a few days later and I picked her up from him the following weekend so without further ado....

Meet Lady Greeneyes.

Lady Greeneyes is a very sweet young lady.

She is about one years old, medium hair and quite a energetic kitty. She too tried to play with Baby to no avail.

For a time she was very shy and would stay away from me. I do not blame her though since she remembers being put into a carrier and ending up with surgery.

For a long time she would stay in one of the other rooms and hide. Or she would lay where she could see the hallway and move out of reach when I would go into the room she was in. She plays with Jasmine and the two of them get along like they were sisters. They chase each other and play constantly except when their sleeping.

So now I have a full house and though Baby will not play with them she does join in whenever I'm playing shoelace with them. It's funny how a simple thing like a shoelace can get the whole family together. I sit on the floor and toss one end to Jasmine who catches it between her paws and bites it. From Jasmine to Lady Greeneyes who does the same to Baby and round and round it goes. This is the only time I have all three playing at once and let me tell you that after ten minutes or so my arm gets tired.

Lady Greeneyes seems to be the only one of the three who plays by herself with no problems. She even chases her own tail which is highly amusing since I've generally only seen dogs do that. Though cats do chase their tails I only have had one who did out of all the pets I have had.

I also got a new home entertainment center for the holidays and of all the cats Lady Greeneyes seems to enjoy watching television as it is new to her since she was an outdoor cat for her short life. So below is a picture for those whom were aware that I was going to update my home entertainment center for the household.

We all enjoy it and hope it last as long as the previous televisions and players I have owned. So for all you curious friends whom I told about this....enjoy, I am.

Update:

I should have added on Lady Greeneyes that originally I was going to bring her to Jim so she could be fixed and let back outside where she was use to being. The reason she was so easy to get was because one day after work when I got home she was laying under the bushes and was very sick.

I guess that she must have eaten something bad and I got her into the carrier relatively easy. I called Jim and he had me bring her over to the adoption place where he met me and took her. I don't really know what was wrong, however they did take her to their vet who took care of her.

While there they did the surgery, gave her all her shots and medications for her illness. Once I got her back I could not in all good faith put her back outside. And while she was healing I fell in love with her. She also ended up with a urinary infection and had a lot of blood in her urine. Not sure if it was from her surgery or her illness, but I had to take her back to their vet for treatment.

She is doing great now and everyday she seems to be a little more trusting of me. She now has a good home and a playmate so I am glad that she is letting me into her life. I should have had this in originally, but sometimes so much needs to be said and often some of it is forgotten while telling about the events as they occurred.

Be good to your pets and love them as they will return that love a thousand times over.

Merry Christmas To All

Well another year has come and gone. It seems like only yesterday that we all were waiting in anticipation of the upcoming elections in November. Well the elections have come and gone as did the past year.

So much has occurred during that year. Some good some bad. For me the year began on a sad note. My sister died two days after Christmas and though she is gone she still remains very much alive in my heart.

In April I lost my Gingerbread girl. Ginger was my companion and comforter. She met me everyday at the door and would lay down on her back waiting for me to rub her tummy. She followed me around like a small dog would, even though she was a cat. I miss her too and she as my sister will always be close to me in my heart.

We've watched the economy deteriorate and go into free fall because of greedy corporations and the people who run them. Whose only thought was to see how much money they could make off the backs of the working poor and middle class.

We've watched the housing market tumble as more and more Americans lost their homes and became homeless. We've watched Americans lose their pensions due to the greed of Wall Street and the World Economy collapse because Wall Street pushed out $541 Trillion Dollars worth of bad paper into the Global Markets.

We've watched more and more Americans lose their jobs as company's were unable to get the financing they needed to make ends meet and for payrolls and inventory because the Banks would not loan them the money they needed.

We watched the current Administration bailout the Corporations, Banks and Wall Street to the tune of $700 Billion Dollars. The same people who were responsible for the Economic Disaster that we now find ourselves in with no oversight at all.

We watched as Fascist Republicans blocked a $25 Billion Dollar bridge loan to the American Automobile Industry which is Americas last big Manufacturing Sector left in America. All the while putting the interests of Foreign Countries and there Automotive Plants in their own Southern States first.

We've watched VP Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney go on National Television and admit that he not only instituted the Torture Policy inside the People's House, but also Authorized the use of it. In other words Cheney admitted to War Crimes which makes him and all those who sat in on the planning and implementation of said Torture Techniques War Criminals as well.

Then we had elections in November and with it finally a chance to restore our Constitution, Honor, Integrity and Good Name both here at home and around the world. Well we did. We elected for a change a Honest Humble man of Integrity. A man who if anyone can will put the American People and America first.

We elected Barak Hussein Obama an African American as Our President and the next President of Our Country.

So even though the year has come and gone we look forward to a new year. A year when we can start restoring America and making it a better country for all Americans and not just the wealthy few.

So as this year ends let us all look forward to a new and prosperous new year where all men are created equal and once again we will have a Country of the People, For the People and By the People.

Remember These Faces and Names

Well the Republican Fascist Nazi's once again showed their distain for the American Worker and America by blocking a bridge loan bailout to the Big 3 Automakers GM, Chrysler and Ford. They attempted to lay the blame with the UAW but in fact their real reason for blocking the help the Big 3 needed was to destroy the Union even if it meant putting 3 Million American Workers out of work and on the streets along with their families, while wiping out retirees pensions and medical benefits earned by those retirees.

So who are the main players in this Union Busting fiasco?

Well there is Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Louisville) and Jim Bunning (R-Southgate) Kentucky for starters.

First let us not forget that Senator McConnell voted for the bailout of Wall Street to the tune of $700 Billion Dollars. That's right $700 Billion Dollars with no over site what so ever. He did not even ask any of those workers to take pay cuts nor did he tell the CEO's to take pay cuts.

No way Jose, no way did he want them to hurt while they turned around and gave bonus's to the CEO's and dividends to stockholders at the same time they were buying other failing Banks and getting to write off the debt of those Institutions that were bought with Tax Payer Dollars. While at the same time those Banks did nothing to open up credit to companies needing loans to stay afloat and make payrolls or buy inventory.

Of course the other reason they want to destroy the last of America's Manufacturing Sector, the American Auto Industry and break the UAW is because guess who owns a Automotive Factory in their State.

Kentucky is the home of Toyota so they answer to and support Foreign Countries placing them above America and American Workers. Also Senator Jim Bunning was the Senator who put a hold on a bill that would overturn a executive order letting presidential records be kept hidden from the public.

Next we have Senator Richard Shelby (R-Alabama).

He's against any help for American auto industries, but doesn't mind helping out Foreign Countries Auto Industries in his State as noted below.

"He does favor subsidies to foreign auto companies though. He had a leading role in attracting a Mercedes Benz SUV plant with a $253 million dollar incentive/subsidy package and he's also proud of the Hyundai SUV plant, Honda SUV plant, and Toyota engine plant that received $400 million in incentives."

And the one Senator who laid the majority of the blame on the UAW because they could not give a date certain when the Big 3 would be comparable in wages and benefits with the Foreign Auto Industries in Southern States since none of the other components that make up the American Auto Industry were present at the meetings is Senator Bob Corker (R-Tennessee).

Though he attempted to broker a deal I for one do not believe that he wanted to succeed in having one in the first place. After all Tennessee has Foreign Automotive Company's as the other Senators who led the Republican Fascist Nazi's to derail the bridge loan bailout that would have kept the Big 3 afloat while they worked on restructuring the American Auto Industry.

Companies like Nissan, Petersbilt Motor Co. as well as a General Motors Company with Volkswagen soon to join the list of Automotive Company's building cars in Tennessee.

Two other Senators who opposed the bridge loan bailout are Senator David (Diaper) Vitter (R-Louisiana) and Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina).

All these Senators showed that they place Foreign Interests above the interests of America, the American People and America's Blue Collar Workers. At a time when our economy is failing and Americans are losing jobs and companies are going under they show how little they care about the state of Our Economy or Our Country.

Over the last twenty eight years the Republican Fascist Nazi's have Robbed, Pillaged and Plundered Our Country bringing it to the verge of Bankruptcy and turning Our Nation into a Third World Country while destroying the Global Economy as well by pushing over 541 Trillion Dollars in bad paper due to deregulation. These are not the acts of those who love Our Country and the Constitution we once had. These are the acts of Traitors.

One day the Good Lord will lift up His mighty sword of Justice and strike them down. He has a special place already set aside for them in Hell and I pray that it's sooner rather than later.

So I say to you never forget the faces of those above or the names of those in this post. Remember how they put Foreign Interests before Our Countries and remember if you vote for Republicans your voting against Our Country. Never forget that.

Free At Last - A New Hope

On Tuesday night November 4th., 2008 history was made. On that night a new hope was born for the United States of America. On that night a Nation which had been divided for the past eight years came together and elected for the first time a African American for the highest office in our Country. On that night a humble man of great intellect and intelligence became the President of The United States of America.

So in the memorable words of another great man by the name of Dr. Martin Luther King who struggled for equality for all men and women no matter what there race creed or color said.

"Free at last, free at last, thank God Almighty were free at last".

God Bless President Obama and God Bless America.

Congress Abdicates Constitutional Authority to Executive Branch.

When I was ask by Brian to do a guest post for BackChannel Blog I was surprised since BackChannel deals with current political events and I write about the criminality of the current administration. What to write about I thought and immediately I knew.

For over twelve years the Republican Fascist controlled the Congress, at least the House. Not really sure about the Senate, but as far as the House goes they held it since 1994 up until 2006 when the people finally said enough.

From 1994 through 2000 the Fascist Republicans did everything they could to stop a Democratic President William Jefferson Clinton and the Democrats in both the House and Senate from getting any meaning full legislation passed. If it didn't benefit there corporate masters it was dead on arrival.

Through the same period they did nothing but investigate and hold hearings on President Clinton and the White House. In fact they even started Impeachment Hearings over President Clinton getting a blow job from an intern. Yes this great High Crime and Misdemeanor had to be dealt with since it was such a grievous crime. All through the hearings we heard one constant mantra from them "It's about the Rule of Law" and the one person who said it the most was that Blonde Haired Fascist Nazi Lindsey Graham who was one of the House Managers during the Impeachment Trial and is now the Senator from SC. Every time he opened his mouth and the honey combed words rolled off his tongue and slid out of his lips I instantly knew what the Indians meant when they would say "White man speaks with forked tongue". Indeed Lindsey was a true snake in the grass. He's the type of person who would stab you in the back while shaking your hand and smile at you.

Sorry for getting a little off of my train of thought so lets continue.

When the Courts anointed the Decider George Adolph Bush to the White House in 2000 then the true nature of evil started to show itself in the Fascist Republicans as they did everything they could to cover up the crimes committed by this corrupt White House and its Fuhrer. Even the act of Treason by outing a NOC spy {Plame Gate}to pushing for a War with Iraq under false information after 9\11 occurred. This gave us the first bill that infringed on the peoples rights under the Constitution {The Patriot Act} by telling us that it was to keep us safe.

After the elections in 2004 when with the help of Diebold hackable voting machines the Decider King was re elected winning Ohio who's Government was filled with corruption at the time, so the Decider won a second term. That's when the people started seeing the true crimes surface that surrounded the White House, the Decider and the Dark Lord Dick Heinrich Himmler Cheney and associates.

And of course more laws and signing statements saying he would interpret them as he saw fit and not what was passed by the House and Senate. While the Republican Fascist continued to push laws that stripped away American Citizens Rights under the Constitution and gave immunity for Crimes both here at home and War Crimes committed by the those following the Presidents and Vice Presidents orders. All the gates were now coming into the light of day. Plame Gate {Treason}, Iraq Gate {War Crime - Crimes Against Humanity}, Torture Gate {War Crime - Abu Ghraib, Gitmo}, Attorney Gate and on and on with no end in sight. And the Democrats caved in time and time again voting for laws that helped to Shred, Weaken and destroy our Constitution.

Finally after five {5} long years and ten {10} months We the People had had enough so we voted a Democratic Majority into the House while giving the Senate a slim majority margin.

We put the Democrats in power with a mandate, a clear and simple mandate. End the Iraq War, bring our soldiers home and Impeach and Remove the malignant cancer that occupies the Peoples House and is destroying our Country. But no, Ms. Nancy Impeachment is Off the Table Pelosi refused to listen to the will of the People.

Time after time the Democrats have refused to use their Constitutional Powers and Authority to end this madness that has taken hold of our Country. Time after time they hold hearings that are not doing anything to end the madness. So far we have had three {3} members of the Executive Branch after being issued legal subpoena's refuse to even show up for testimony before the House Committee. Can a US Citizen do that and get away with it? I think not. So far all they have done is issue letters while the Executive Branch shits all over them. They have done nothing but cower before the Decider and his minions.

Who are these law breakers who spit on the Rule of Law? Here they are Josh Bolton, Herriet Miers and Karl Rove. Why the Democrats don't use their Constitutional Powers and find them in Inherent Contempt is beyond me. Why they don't have the Sargent At Arms go and Arrest them and lock them up in the Congressional Jail is beyond understanding unless they have has long been suspected Abdicated their Congressional and Constitutional Authority to the Executive Branch.

We no longer have Three Branches of Government, at least the Three that made up our original Constitution and Government. There is no longer the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branch as our Country was originally founded.

Now we have a new Government made up of Three Branches and they are the Dictatorship Branch, the Judicial Branch and the Cheney Branch or known as the Gestapo Branch.

We are no longer the United States of America.

Senator Hillary Clinton Shows Class

This will be my last political post on the Democratic Presidential Primaries.

I didn't want to get involved in this race because I didn't want to lose any friends or destroy any friendships I have made over the few years that I've been blogging.

That's why I had originally only done one post which I endorsed Senator Barack Obama. That changed of course with a remark Senator Clinton made on a live stream media interview that ended up throughout the news media. That's why I made the second post in this primary race and then had to follow up after she refused to accept the fact that she had lost and Senator Obama had won.

But this Saturday June 7, 2008 Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton gave what I consider a speech that showed that indeed if she had ran her campaign with the amount of Class she gave in her concession speech and endorsement of Senator Obama she very possibly could have won the Democratic Presidential Nomination.

I don't know where or who to put the blame for the path she followed in her run for the nomination, however whomever gave her the advice she followed should have been fired a long time ago. It did more to hurt her than to help her.

Saturday's speech was a first step in the healing process and I look forward to seeing Senator Clinton doing everything she can to once again unite the party and put a Democratic President back in the White House.

We can not afford another four or eight years of Republican Fascist Nazi rule and that's what Senator John McInsane will give us. Even now I still believe that there will be no elections as Israel is beating the drums of war against Iran and its highly probable that they will attack Iran before the November elections take place.

If nothing else Senator Hillary Clinton has taken a first step in reclaiming her Honor, Dignity and Integrity. She can reclaim her legacy and be a powerful force in the years to come within the Democratic Party and she has taken that first step on a long path of recovery.

Thank you Senator Clinton for showing us that you do have Class and can be the person many had believed that you were. Never listen to those who would do anything to win at all costs, its not worth it in the long run. Always act from your heart and soul, in doing so you can never go wrong.

Hillary Works to Destroy Democratic Party

Well tonight was a big night for America when Senator Obama clinched the Democratic nomination and instead of graciously conceding to Senator Obama she has decided to carry on refusing to acknowledge to her supporters that he passed the delegates needed to claim the title of presumptive Presidential nominee of the Democratic Party.

Instead she is holding the Party hostage as she wants too demand her terms for supporting him. And in doing so is further alienating the party and America's chances of taking our country back and winning the White House in November.

She is not for the Country, Constitution or the Democratic Party. Nor is she for the American People.

She is only for herself and has proven without a doubt that she is not fit to hold any elected office, including her current position as a United States Senator.

Its as if she is still waiting for a RFK moment to occur in June of 2008 so she can claim the mantle of nominee for the Democratic Party and if that happens she will be the most hated women in the country.

So since she will not work to unite the party I think its time for the Party to kick her out once and for all. Let her go back to the Senate and be shunned like a leper is shunned for that's what she is.

The Party has given her enough time to do the right thing and she refuses to do it. Her supporters still want to take this all the way to the Denver Convention and fight on the floor for her to be on the ticket as Vice President.

Senator Obama and the Democratic Party better realize that she is not a acceptable choice and will do everything to undermine his chances for victory in November whether she is given the VP spot or not. Too often she has hinted that the nomination was stolen from her, that he's unelectable and that he didn't win the race legitimately. And her supporters believe it.

Instead of acknowledging that she ran a bad campaign she has cried sexism, racism and gender has been used against her by the Obama Campaign which is nothing but a lie as well. Its also been said that she really don't want the VP spot and would turn it down if offered to her. She also was to have said if you believe the MSM that she did not want another woman put on the ticket as well.

Senator Obama do not believe anything she says as she will stab you in the back while shaking your hand and smiling at you. If you offer her the VP slot and she accepts then you will hurt your message of change. Also if anything should happen where you would have to step down she would then become President and everything you had worked for will be destroyed.

If the Democratic Party don't do the right thing there will be no Democratic Party come November as the split will be to deep and wide to come back together. This is what Hillary wants. She's White and she's Entitled. Senator Obama is not in her mind worthy of being President and nothing anyone can say to her will change that opinion.

So do the right thing for Country, Constitution and Party or let her continue to destroy everything she touches. End this and end it now.

Update: It has been announced by Senator Clinton's campaign that on Friday Hillary will conceded and endorse Senator Obama as the Democratic Parties Presidential Nominee. She has finally stepped up to the plate and did what is right.

How she goes forward will show just how much she really cares about our country, constitution and the Democratic Party as well as the American People. If she works her heart out to bring her supporters and unite the party she will do a lot to regain her legacy and still be a strong voice for all Americans and the Democratic Party.

Thank you Hillary for doing what is in the best interest of our country.

Hillary Plays The Death Card

At first I was shocked. Then I was angry. Now I'm outraged.

I wasn't going to write about this, however after watching the talking head shows yesterday and hearing Howard Wolfson blame the Obama campaign for saying what she said had no place in the campaign and that they were fanning the news coverage of it shows what a piece of low life garbage he is. But it didn't stop there. Oh no it didn't. You see Terrence McAuliffe was on Fox also blaming the Obama camp and said Hillary shouldn't apologize to the Obama family for placing his family and him in danger of being killed.

Now we know what low life's she has running her campaign and at the same time we have California Congresswoman Dianne Feinstein touting putting Hillary on the ticket as Vice President. I think its time that Feinstein gets removed from office through the ballot box.

This is so wrong that a candidate running for the Highest Office in our country would invoke the possible assassination of her rival as a path and reason for staying in the race when by all the math she can not possibly win it. That is unless something horrible would happen to Senator Obama. And to even bring up the idea of a Political Assassination is beyond the pale.

Hillary said that Bill didn't rap up the nomination until June 92 in California even though by the math he was the winner and nominee I believe in April and the first primary was in February I believe, though California had not yet had there primary which was sometime in the middle of the month of June.

Then she followed with and RFK was assassinated in June 68 in LA. She said this was a historical comparison of races going on for a long time and ending in June. That of course was technically incorrect as the election season started in March in 68 and it was weeks later that RFK was killed only a short time after the assassination of Martin Luther King. Also there were only thirteen Democratic primary's in 1968 .

For her to use the Political Assassination of RFK as a path and reason to stay in the race shows the darkest side of Hillary that we have ever seen. This is not a subject that anyone should be even talking about in a highly charged election let alone use as a reason to continue a race that by all standards and rules she had lost. The rules are that the candidate with the most Pledged Delegates is the nominee. Senator Obama has the most Pledged Delegates and there is no way for Hillary to catch up. It is not the popular vote or the electoral college vote that determines the nominee like she is trying to insinuate. All the party wants is to have a united front for the November Election and nothing else.

Hear Hillary's reason for staying in the race and you decide if she is hoping for something to happen to the Senator so she could be the nominee.

She could have suspended her campaign and if something such as all those supposed stories about Obama that would implode his campaign were to actually be real and come out in the media she would still be ready to step in and be the Democratic Nominee.

Then to add insult to injury she gave a non apology apology which you can see below as well as the thought of two commenter's on David Gregory's show.

That apology shows how little she thinks about the safety of Senator Obama and his family. Hillary knows very well that even now her husband Bill still has Secret Service protection like he did in the White House as well as her, being both a former First Lady and Presidential Candidate. In fact it has been well known that Senator Obama has had Secret Service protection since May when he received death threats.

So why would she even invoke the thought that she's hanging in the wings in case something bad should happen to the front runner and presumed nominee under the Democratic Rules like maybe he will be killed and I'm already to step in and take over the nomination.

Keith Olbermann said it best with his Special Comment Friday night May 23, 2008 and I for one thank him for saying what many of Senator Obama's supporters wanted to say but didn't.

Senator Clinton's supporters don't see the harm her statement can and has caused to not only Senator Obama's supporters, but also to our country. They make excuses and say she didn't mean what she said. I don't really know if she meant it or not, however to invoke the thought of a Political Assassination as a path and reason to somehow claim the Democratic Nomination is sick.

As Keith Olbermann said did she give any thought that maybe Senator McCain or even herself could end up as a target. Did she give any thought that maybe in 2012 some candidate might invoke the death of RFK in June 0f 68 and Senator McCain,Senator Obama or even Senator Clinton in 2008 as a Historical Reference. What was she thinking? Is she on Drugs? Why else would she even bring up Political Assassination unless she's mentally disturbed.

Still I wasn't going to post on this until today when I saw something that was more disturbing because of her RFK reference on Friday. Here is another video of Fox News's Liz Trotta suggesting that both Osama bin Laden and Senator Obama should be killed.

After seeing this I could no longer hold back my anger. Where is the Secret Service and have they questioned Liz Trotta for her comment? And if not, why not? And how about Hillary Clinton or Bill Clinton,Howard Wolfson or Terrence McAuliffe as to who suggested to Hillary to make this statement? And if not, why not? I for one would like to know. How about you?

And where are the Democratic Party Leaders or the DNC and what are they doing about this? This needs to be shutdown now before some nut case takes her words seriously and once again our country ends up suffering a horrible tragedy.

One thing though is perfectly clear. Senator Hillary Clinton is not fit to be the President, Vice President, Senator or hold any elected office in our country. To hold thoughts of Political Assassination in the darkest recesses of her mind and be invoked in a Presidential Campaign shows just how unstable she is. No one as mentally disturbed like Hillary should have their finger on the Nuclear Button nor should they be sitting in the White House.

Senator Clinton a few thoughts for you to think about. If anything happens to Senator Obama, you Senator Clinton will be held responsible. You will have the blood of a innocent man on your hands. You Senator Clinton and no one else.

Please dear Lord, don't let anything happen to Senator Obama or his family. Please watch over them and protect them from those who would do him harm we humbly pray. Amen

Update: At least Liz Trotta apologized though I don't believe she really meant it. That's more then Senator Clinton has done. Senator Clinton just don't get it and she's suppose to be so smart.

Ginger In Memoriam

Update: Wednesday April 23, 2008

Well it is 12:25 pm and I just arrived back home about forty minutes ago and my heart is very saddened. I arrived at the hospital around 9:25 am and was put in a room where they would bring Ginger into me for a visit before seeing the Doctor. This was not the Doctor whom I was originally suppose to see as they called me to let me know she didn't come in due to illness.

One of the assistants brought Ginger in and placed her on the exam table. He carried her in in a blanket and she looked around the room checking it out I guess. Both her front legs had been partially shaved and on one she had a iv line that they used to give her medicine and other liquids when she had first been brought in.

She tried to scoot around the table as she seemed like she wasn't able to stand up. It may have been because the table is smooth and she just couldn't get her feet under her to stand without slipping.

I talked to her and stroked her while she looked as if she knew something was going on. I still hadn't made up my mind what I was going to do. She did not have a lot of energy and even though I had first thought to put her to sleep at the same time I was thinking that I should bring her home to die. I was torn between two choices and neither one was acceptable to me. So even though I knew which way I was leaning I was still unsure if it was the right decision.

Last night I gave a lot of thought about bringing her home to die. I thought about me being at work and her needing me and I wouldn't be there for her. The Doctor had said she may go in two days or even up to possibly two months. I wondered how she might pass on, in her sleep peacefully or suffocate due to not being able to breathe. Would she be in pain, discomfort or simply pass on.

These were the questions that haunted me all night and now while I waited to see the Doctor to possibly get the answers. When the Doctor came in she told me that Ginger still was not fully eating and of course I would have to give her medication twice a day. She informed me just like the other Doctor did about not being able to say how long she might have before her heart gave out. I ask her about the concerns I had which I stated above and she said that when it happened that she would not go in her sleep and it would be anything less than peaceful. It was then that I made a choice about what I should do.

I told her that it really didn't matter what I decided because I would feel guilty no matter what my decision was. I said that knowing I more than likely wouldn't be there for her when the time came that I felt it was better for Ginger if they put her to sleep. At least I could be there for her as she passed on rather than have her pass on alone.

The Doctor felt that I had made the right decision even though I still felt wrong about it. I could feel my heart breaking and while the Doctor went to get the medication and release form for me to sign allowing them to put her to sleep I whispered to Ginger something a blogger friend had left in the comments below. I told her that I would see her at The Rainbow Bridge as I held her and cried.

The Doctor came back into the room and explained what would happen. The first shot she would give Ginger would put her to sleep and the second one would stop her heart and brain. As I held her I know that Ginger knew I loved her and was doing what was best for her. She passed on quickly while I sat there holding her and petting her.

The Doctor ask if I wanted a few minutes alone which I said yes. When she stepped out of the room I cried as I once again told Ginger I would see her at The Rainbow Bridge and at the same time was telling how sorry I was that I had to let her go and have her put to sleep. I opened the door and the Doctor came back in and took her from me. I informed her when ask that I did want her carry cage back. After it was brought in I went to the front desk to settle my bill. There was a nineteen dollar credit due me and they gave me a receipt and said they would mail me a check.

Still in a daze I took the cage to my van, put it in and sat there for about ten minutes before leaving. I stopped at our regular Vet's office to let them know about Ginger and pull her medical records to be stored since Ginger was no longer with me. Then I came home. The rest is now history.

I want to again thank all of you who were supportive of Ginger over the past couple years. Your kindness, thoughtfulness and words of hope and prayer were and always will be greatly appreciated.

Ginger Thanks All Her Friends

This post is for all those who know my dog Ginger and were very supportive last year when she was poisoned by Hill's M\D Diet Food.

I know, I know she's not a dog and even though she acts like one following me around she very well could be.

This is to thank all of Ginger's and my friends for their kindness in our troubled time last year. This is a update to how she is currently doing. Ginger and I are humbled by all the kindness we received last year in those unknown moments when I wasn't sure she would come home.

Once again Ginger and I are in that very same predicament. So with that said let me leave you with what I have posted on three sites I regularly visit.

For all Ginger's and my friends...

As I sit here barely able to write this and at a loss for words, I wanted to thank all of you for your support and comfort last year when Ginger was poisoned by Hill's MD Dry Cat food.

Over the past week or so Ginger has not been eating very much and with my daughter visiting for my birthday I waited until she went home Saturday before calling the Vet.

Up until last week around Wednesday I noticed that she was barely eating. At the time I thought that perhaps she just had a cold or something or just wasn't feeling good.

By Friday when I got home from work I noticed that she had stopped eating all together and knew I had to get her into the Vet to find out what the problem was. My daughter wanted me to take her in Saturday morning, but since her plane back home was a 2:30 pm flight I didn't want to have her miss the plane.

This morning I called my Vet and told her I thought that maybe Ginger had eaten contaminated food again, she was not eating or having a bowel movement since Wednesday and she said I should get her in so the Doctor could look at her. I took the rest of the day off, headed home, put Ginger in her carrier and headed to the Vet's office.

Once there the Doctor looked at her and the assistant took her temperature. She was unable to get a accurate one as the thermometer could barely be inserted.

They weighed her and she was down to 21 LB's since her physical in December when she weighed 25 LB's. They took her in the back to xray her to see if see may be constipated or if there could be any other problems.

When she came back in she had stopped doing the xray's because after they had done the chest and heart area it showed a Heart problem. Her chest was full of liquid and her heart was floating making it hard for her to breathe. She said I had to see a Specialist and called the Hospital so they would be ready to see her the minute I got there.

She gave Ginger a shot to help her breathe, I paid the bill and headed over to the hospital.

On arriving at the hospital they took her immediately to the back and I waited for a Doctor who was interning to become a Specialist while the Doctor and those assisting her looked at Ginger and the xray's I brought over.

The Doctor whom I saw the first time said Ginger had a Heart Condition and was in very bad shape. They had extracted about 100 Mililiters {I think that's the right word} and around 15ML was a tablespoon and they had done around 8 tablespoons so far. She then went back to assist those working on Ginger.

When she returned she told me that Ginger did have Heart Disease and they would have to get a US-Echocardiogram to see what was going on with her heart. They had her in a oxygen tent and I was informed of what they needed to do.

I was even ask if it was okay to resuscitate if she went under and I said yes. I was told that she would call me later to let me know what the current status was.

Well I just got off the phone with her and she said Ginger had DCM and it was congenital more than likely. She informed me that she might not make it out of the hospital and if she did Ginger might only last a month or two.

All her heart walls were thin and she had trouble pumping blood through her system because of this. I don't know if she will be home or not and if it looks like they are unable to get her home or if it appears that there is nothing they can really do for her I told them to put her down.

I paid the over two hundred dollars at my Vet's and two thousand dollars which was a little over the two thirds of her hospital cost which could exceed $2300 dollars.

I would give all I have if she would come home and be healthy, however at this time I don't think I'll be seeing her again.

To all of you who were very supportive last year I want to thank you as your support meant so much too me.

I can't go on anymore, but I wanted you all to know that Ginger and I thank you from the bottom of are hearts.

I know that like me many of you have had pets at one time or another in you life time. I also know or believe that you may have lost a pet through illness or other circumstances and like you I feel sure some on you may have even had to had them put down. Or in a nicer way to say it put to sleep.

I don't know if that will happen in my case as one can see from reading the above post. The odds are against her and if she does somehow manage to make it home she may not have a long time, a month or two is what the Doctor said.

I would do anything if possible to have her home and on medication for her heart condition, however the facts as I know them now say this will not happen. So I want you all to know that Ginger and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all your prayers and kindness you have shown toward us last year.

Love your pets as much as you love your children if you have any. We do not know what events may occur over the time we have and if you fail to show them the love they deserve you may one day find that it is too late to.

With that I end this post and once again Ginger and I thank you for all that you have given us.

PM Gordon Brown meets with War Criminals

For the second time this past week a World Leader met with the War Criminals who occupy the Peoples House {White House} in what was once the United States of America.

First we had the Pope meet with Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and Dark Lord Dick Heinrich Himmler Cheney.

Now we have the Leader of the United Kingdom {Great Briton} meeting with them.

At there meeting Brown offered praise and said “We acknowledge the debt the world owes to the US for its leadership in this fight against international terrorism.” Here's the story from the The Sun

I guess that Mr. Brown is ignorant of the fact that Der Fuhrer Bush had acknowledged on National Television some time ago that he had a prisoner {or enemy combatant as he likes to call them} Waterboarded. Clearly a War Crime coming from the highest levels of Government.

In fact just this past week or two it has been revealed that not only did America Torture prisoners, but it was planned, implemented, carried out, authorized and condoned at the highest levels in the White House. And who was it that gave the legal justification to carry out War Crimes.

The people involved in this legal mumbo jumbo were lawyers within the White House itself. So meet John Yoo.

Then of course we have this post by the famous Glenn Greenwald who also has many links including the memo by John Yoo giving his legal reasoning for the Presidents right to Torture those in our custody. This man is not only a War Criminal, but one sick son of a bitch if you ask me.

Now of course he is teaching Constitutional Law at U of C Berkley and they are not going to fire this Nazi War Criminal. I don't understand how far a once great University has fallen to a third rate school who allows War Criminals to teach law, especially Constitutional Law.

But I find this article by Revolution has clearly stated the facts and says what our media is afraid to say and that is "Conservative My Ass!" "These People Are Nazis!"

Now I have to ask a very difficult question of the British People. How long will you continue to allow your country to support a country who commits War Crimes? How long will you stand by while War Crimes are being still committed under the cover of darkness?

Do you want to go down in History as a country who was an aligned with a murderous criminal nation like those who aligned themselves with Hitler during World War II? Or how about Pinchet or Pol Pot or Benito Mussolini or the other countries and there leaders who aided Hitler.

Isn't it time that you took your country back from those who would invade a country for there resources namely Oil and Gas. That is a War Crime and its about time that the Signatories to the Geneva Convention upheld there obligations to immediately charge those responsible and issue arrest warrants for them.

It is obvious that those at the highest levels of our Government won't be held accountable for their Crimes any time soon if at all. It is now time for the World to Condemn them and place them on Trial in the Hague like we did the Nazi's of Hitlers Germany.

If Great Briton continues to align itself with us then you to will be just as Guilty for you complicity in your actions of War Crimes. So speak up and demand your Government break with us or you will end up just like we have, living under a Fascist Dictatorship.

If you don't think it can happen to you remember that we never thought it could happen to us either and it has happened. Yet still there are many here who do not see the forest through the trees and are totally blind to what their country has become.

Even now the drums of War are beating to invade Iran or even drop a Nuclear Bomb on them. Do you want to be complicit in another War Crime? Think about that for a while why don't you.

The time to stand up is disappearing quickly and once the dogs of War are unleashed it will be to late for you. It is already to late for us and those of us who see this coming speak out continually, yet no one listens. They continue to turn a blind eye to what they see and somehow refuse to acknowledge that what they see is indeed happening and true. Don't you the British People turn a blind eye also. The consequences if you do will doom you to History for what will occur.

Speak up now while you still can and pray that you can do what we could not. We are doomed as a Nation. Our Military, Economy and Constitution has been destroyed by a insane madman just like Germany was destroyed by Hitler. It is no more and we will surly fall just like Germany and Hitler did.

So Great Briton, will you be the next to fall?

Drudge Endangers Prince Harry's Life

It's true you know. Yes the same Matt Drudge who broke the "Blue Stained Dress" story of Monica Lewinsky with the help of Fascist Lucianna Goldberg mother of Jonah Goldberg and snitch Linda Tripp.

It didn't matter to Drudge that by breaking this story he would be putting the life of not only Prince Harry at risk, but also those of his comrades serving with him.

"The leaks have raised concern that Harry, third in line to the British throne as the youngest son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana, could now become what officials term a high-value target for al Qaeda and other Islamist militants.

Harry, 23, was deployed to fight against the Taliban in the southern Afghan region of Helmand in December, seven months after plans to send him to Iraq were scrapped following threats from Iraqi militants to kidnap or kill him." You can read the rest of the story here.

Now to be fair though others also disregarded the British who ask not to release any information about the Prince serving in Afghanistan as there were threats against his life if he were to serve on the front lines in Der Fuhrer's War On Terror in Iraq and Afghanistan.

A German and Australian organization I believe also outed the young Prince with no regards for his life. To me this is an act of betrayal and quite possibly an act of Terrorism or Treason as well.

So could the Royal Family have Matt Drudge arrested for aiding and abetting the enemy? After all he gave them information that was harmful to the Royal Family and the British Army and its members who were fighting along side the Prince.

Myself, I believe that he should be arrested and charged with conspiring with the enemy during a time of War. I wonder what the British call someone who aides the enemy. Could the word Traitor be it?

Can you imagine if Jenna and Not Jenna were serving on the front lines {I know what your thinking, Der Fuhrer would never allow his children to serve on the front lines. After all he is a coward who through favors owed to his father never saw the front lines.} . Though he doesn't mind sending your children off to be killed or maimed for life.

If this had been about Der Fuhrer's children he would have immediately had Drudge arrested under the MCA of 2006 as an Enemy Combatant and shipped off to Guantanamo to be Waterboarded and any other methods of Torture he could come up with to use on Drudge.

I wonder if there are any Paul Hills or Eric Rudolph's in Britain who would consider what Drudge did Treason and seek to take the law into their own hands. If there are and I was Drudge I would be looking over my shoulder all the time.

Prince Harry like Lady Diane are well loved by the British people and they might take offense at what these sleaze bags have done. They might not take to kindly to them putting their Prince's life in danger or those of the men he fought, ate and slept with on the front lines as well.

So now we can add Matt Drudge to the list of RFN's who we know place money before all else including other peoples lives. It's people like Drudge who are destroying our country and placing our citizens lives in danger just as he did Prince Harry and those he served with.

Matt Drudge is an Enemy Of The State and one day he will pay for all his offenses. Whether on this earth or when he stands before his maker, have no doubt about that.

And to the Royal Family, Prince Harry, those he fought along side with and all the British People I apologize for those in our Country who value the Dollar over Life.

We have elections coming up {that is if Der Fuhrer doesn't start World War III and declare Martial Law} and hopefully we will have a new President who will work to restore our Honor and Integrity here at home and around the world.

Please forgive us for what Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush has done in America's name.

Why I support Barack Obama.

As in my previous post I stated that whomever the nominee is for the Democratic Party come November {that's if we have elections} will get my vote.

After Barack won the Iowa Caucus and the tone of the campaign changed on Hillary's side by unleashing her husband former President Bill Clinton as her attack machine I once again got disdain for the political parties.

This was the reason why I switched parties and became an Independent. I was tired of the same old same old that the parties reflected. It use to be that you didn't see any in fighting in the Democratic Party as we see today. It was often done behind closed doors unlike the Republican Party who puts it in the public eye constantly.

The two party system is broken, let me repeat that, the two party system is broken. Those we elected to represent us have forgotten that they work for us and not the corporations. There only concern is to stay in the office they hold and they do that by bowing to the corporations for campaign contributions so they can have the money to run for reelection when their current term as ended. And if you think they don't get anything for the contributions made to our law makers then your living in a fairy tale.

I am a baby boomer who hopes to retire in another for years with full benefits if both parties don't steal it all. I see Hillary Clinton as part of the problem and not part of the solution. True she hasn't been in Washington as a politician for that many years, however she has been a part of Government for a long long time. I do not see her doing anything to change the status quo and I do with Barack Obama.

I do not need to tell you how charismatic he is or how inspirational he is when you hear him speak. You can find all the story's you want on that just by googling Barack Obama. I have heard the well his magic hasn't worked on me. I didn't feel no magic when I listened to him talk. Or how about he don't give no specifics just generalities. He's just telling you what you want to hear and nothing else.

Well when you reach my age you are either a very old person in your second childhood or you no longer remember when you were young and the whole world laid at your feet. Yours for the taking if you believed you could do it.

As I couldn't legally vote in the Democratic Primary, as its closed here in state, I had to sit it out. So I have to wait until November to cast my vote for a return to the Constitution and the America I love so much. I had thought about changing parties before Obama got into the race so I could vote in the Democratic Primary, however I decided to wait and see who the party was going to put forth. I had fully expected Senator Hillary Clinton to be the nominee and would have voted for her until Barack Obama got into the race. I saw no need to re register as a Democrat and let my Independent status stay the same.

I listened to the speech's given by Barack and I heard the magic, just like I did when I heard President John F. Kennedy speak in the sixties. Though I couldn't vote at that time due to not being old enough to vote, JFK inspired me like he did so many others and I heard and felt that same spirit of hope for all Americans that I had heard only that one time before.

In my humble opinion Barack Obama is the only choice we as American Citizens have to once again become the great nation we once were, in fact too be better than we were.

I feel 100% confident that Barack Hussein Obama is the real thing. I see a new Democratic Party being born in Barack Obama's Nomination. A party that works to unite all Americans as one people no longer divided by race or religion, but what's in the interest of all the people.

I don't know what will happen if Hillary gets the nomination and how the new younger voters who have come into the party will accept her as a leader of change. If they do than we will win the White House. However, if they feel like me they may not come out to vote for her. I will vote for her, but I'll hold my nose and bite my tongue.

I have no illusions of what we will get if Hillary becomes the next President. I don't really believe that she would give up the power of the Presidency that it now holds and us return to a Constitutional Presidency like we had before Der Fuhrer Bush took the reigns of power. The power of the Presidency today is no different than that of many despots and dictators around the world.
I don't remember who said it, but it is true. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

So from this day forward think carefully about what direction you want to see our Country headed in, toward the future or a return to the past. Do this before you cast your vote and than think some more. This is going to be the most important thing you will do in your lifetime.

So let me say that I am proud to support Barack Hussein Obama for the Democratic Nomination for the Presidency of the United States Of America. As you too should be.

Update: I just wanted to add one other thing. There was another person who spoke of hope and and whom the ruling class mocked. He was a threat to their power and they knew it. Barack Obama speaks of hope and that is for real and not a fairy tale. If we the people become one again than our elected officials will have to do what we elect them do to.

Because of Jesus Christianity was born through His message of Hope and now we have the same opportunity to unite America once again by changing course and making Barack Obama the next President of The United States Of America.

Update II: So no one misunderstands the above update let me clarify it. The reason I mention Jesus is because he inspired his followers and preached hope and a new way forward. With His leadership and their belief in Him made Christianity what it is today.

However, there are many who preach Jesus teachings today while not living them and their the ones who give Christianity a bad name. I don't care what ones religious beliefs are, but all religions have fanatics and that's what he now have leading our country into the depths of Hell. Cast off the chains of hate, fear and bigotry and rise up to elect change for all Americans no matter what color they are or what there religious beliefs are.

Also I would like to take a few minutes of your time to implore all those who are new to the Democratic Party to make sure you vote on Super Tuesday. And for everyone else no matter what your political party is Democrat, Republican or Independent if you can caucus than get out and support Senator Barack Obama. If your state has a closed Primary and you support Barack than vote for him.

Right now from what I understand there are over a milllion absentee ballots already cast in California. One would have to assume that the majority of those ballots will go to Hillary Clinton. So to counter the absentee vote all those who believe in the hope that Barack offers needs to be sure to get out and vote. If you all vote than its possible that we can overcome the absentee ballots and Barack could end up winning California.

This goes to everyone in all Super Tuesday states. So get our and help Barack Obama with American Citizens standing proudly behind him take our country back and remove the cancer that infects our government.

Well I finally have composed myself to where I feel like I can again voice my views.

I know that its been dead here lately and I pray that those usually who come by understand that I was unable to bring myself to do any writing or ranting.

As I'm sure you noticed I didn't have a terribly good holiday. With the death of my sister and all that occurred, from the new Nazi Gestapo heading the DOJ who refuses to admit that waterboarding is Torture, to all the the rest of the crimes by Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush Crime Family hitting the light of day left me drained of energy. And so silence ensued.

I still checked out most of your sites though as a lurker and I did post off and on on one. In fact I even got chastised for saying that if Hillary Clinton won the nomination I would not vote for her. I went so far as to say I would either vote for the Republican Fascist Nazi or not vote at all for a President Hillary. How quickly I was reminded that our country could not take another 4 years of a RFN in the Peoples House.

As I was growing up I soon discovered that I was born into a Democratic Family and so my political view points were taught through my grandparents moral upbringing and there great compassion for their fellow human beings.

I learned at an early age that there were two things you never talked about except with your best friends and only unless you both had the same opinions. Those two topics are toxic and can destroy years of friendship if ones not careful. So what are these destructive, deadly, never talk about in conversation topics? How about Religion and Politics.

My grandfather told me once when I ask him why he was a Democratic and he said because they care about people. People who are just like us. People who help those who are in need without looking for anything in return.

Then he told me that there was really no difference between the parties as he saw it. He said they all will tell you what you want to hear. They all care about keeping their office for as long as they can. However, the Republicans want it all while the Democrats even though they also want it all will always give some to the people who are in need.

I have always voted since I came of age to vote. I was prepared to vote for whomever the Democratic Nominee was until the Clinton surrogates started the attacks of Lee Atwater with the drug use insinuations to the injection of race by former President Bill Clinton. At least that's how I saw it. Democrats acting like Republican Fascist Nazi's. After that I in no way would vote for Hillary if she won the nomination. But like I said above I was quickly reminded of the last 8 years.

So if Hillary Clinton wins the nomination I will hold my nose and bite my tongue as I cast my vote for her.

That being said now let me tell you why I support Barack Hussein Obama.

My Sister - In Memoriam

Well I thought that when this day came I would be ready for it. It sure didn't turn out that way though. I was not prepared for what I knew was coming eventually.

I believe I had mentioned that my sister had her cancer return for the third time a while back. Well last year she spent the holidays in the hospital and this year she was home so I thought that we would have a better Christmas this year than we had last year.

Last Saturday she called me to remind me to go over to the house around noon so I was surprised when my niece called me Christmas Eve and told me she was in the hospital.

It seems she had fallen and they had a ambulance take her to the emergency room at the hospital. They admitted her over night and had said they were going to send her home.

My niece wanted them to keep her and try to find out what caused her to fall. So with that another Christmas in the hospital was all that was left.

Christmas day I went over to the house and after dinner my niece and I drove to the hospital to see her. She didn't look to bad and she was doing better than the day before according to my niece.

She still hadn't talked to the doctors yet and she was hoping to catch one of them in the morning. Well Wednesday morning she saw the doctors and then she called me. They told her she had about a week to live and had wanted to get the family through the holidays before telling the family.

They were going to have Hospice talk to them and send her home. I thought that she would be sent home either Wednesday or even Thursday. My niece visited on Thursday and told me afterwards that she didn't look good, however they were going to release her Friday to go home for her last days.

Friday morning {this morning} my niece called me and gave me the news I really didn't want to hear. My sister had died.

She had a turn for the worse Thursday night and they even tried to do a transfusion to help improve her condition, but to no avail. They called my niece at work and told her that she was going and if she wanted to be there she needed to come in as soon as possible.

When she got to the hospital she found out she was too late. My sister had passed away ten minutes before she got there. She called me and I immediately headed for the hospital.

I thought that I would be fully prepared for this day and here I was in shock and not believing that she went so fast. Today I lost my BFF and the greatest sister anyone could have.

I will miss her terribly. As she was the baby of the family I never thought that she would pass before me or my older brother.

So if you have a sick relative, family member or even a good friend take time to spend with them as you will never know when it might be the last time you have to spend it together.

Update: The picture below is of my sister when she was a lot younger and took dancing lessons. My brother had sent me this and he had photo shopped it a long time ago and that is why she's holding a mushroom between her hands.

As anyone can tell, back in there younger days many children took some kind of outside classes whether it was music, art or even dancing. For her it was dancing and she really like it though it was expensive. As it usually turns out the classes we sometimes take when were younger never end up as the life we end up living.

We travel many paths and we end up doing many things from the time were born until the day we are called before the Lord, whether or not we believe in a God or not. We all travel different paths and we hope when we leave we leave the world a better place.

AMERICA - A Deceased Nation

I have to apologize to everyone for being away for such a long time. Right after I made my last post many things occurred that left me speechless. One such event was Diane Feinstein and Charles Schumer voting to confirm Michael Mukasey the new Justice Department Attorney General.

At first I thought how could they confirm someone who refuses to honestly answer the question as to whether or not water boarding was Torture. It has been considered Torture for years, yet the new choice for the top law enforcement job in our country will not say if he considers it Torture or not.

Then I had to rethink the whole idea that maybe Mukasey may just be a wolf in sheep's clothing. Why is that? Because he then turns around and gets clearance for those investigating the attorney firings in the Justice Department. At this point I thought maybe here's a man who will uphold Justice for all American Citizens. Than I had that bubble burst.

Now he's telling the Senate that if they don't include immunity for the Telecoms in the new FISA bill he will tell Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush to veto it. So once again we have a believer in the Unitary Executive theory.

Then we had the institution of Martial Law enacted in Pakistan. A country that has Nuclear Weapons. And what does our Fuhrer do? Nothing but tell Musharraf he needs to end Martial Law. And what does Musharraf tell Fuhrer Bush? A stable county is more important than a Democratic county and Democracy.

How could we as a Nation accept this? Where has everything we believed in for over two hundred years disappeared to? I don't understand how we have turned from a Nation who embraces freedom and the rule of law to a Nation who now follows the same policies of Dictators from the past and the current ones now in power is several countries around the World.

Then of course we had the new Republican Fascist Nazi Tom Tancredo (R-CO) put out a fear mongering ad depicting a person leaving a backpack in a Mall after which the screen goes dark while you hear an explosion in the background. This is nothing more than pushing fear and hate against those who are not lily white Christians or Jews, but any other color, ethnicity or Religion.

Could you imagine the same type of film being put out by Hitler after the Reichstag fire? Or how about similar type propaganda that if you didn't support Der Fuhrer than you weren't a loyal or good German? We see that a lot these days coming from all the RFN candidates and the talk radio crowd. It even has infiltrated our print media as well.

Watch this video below from YouTube of a speech given by Hitler in 1938 and think about the words you are hearing. See if you can find any of them being used today or since 9\11 when the World Trade Center Towers came down.

I copied the words down so you can read them again and again in case you need to remember what we are all hearing from those who are suppose to represent us the American People. I am unable to say if this is an accurate translation of Hitler's speech though if it wasn't I'm sure someone would have said so already.

So here they are for you to instill in your brain so when they tell you how only they can save us from the evil dark skinned people you know who their talking about. Then remember how Hitler used those same words to wager a war for nothing but power and greed. Than remember how we used to be the greatest country in the World before the Nazi's took over the Republican Party along with their Nazi sympathizers and enablers such as Judas Iscariot Leiberman.

Our country has suffered the trauma...
and indignity of a dark day.

A day that has changed everything!

We face a new kind of enemy now...
one who will stop at nothing to destroy our
sacred way of life!

We must prepare ourselves for this gathering threat.

We must take the fight to our enemies now.

And we must strike them down preemptively!

We must listen to their hidden conversations...
without hindrance of our quaint laws!

And we must capture these fiends...
and interrogate them with new techniques...
until they confess their despicable plans to us.

These shall be our greatest weapons...

Do you not see the writing on the wall? Are you so afraid that you will let another insane, delusional madman once again destroy a great country like Hitler destroyed Germany? Are you no longer an American who was once proud to call America your home?

Or are you a good American (German) and will blindly follow those who would end up enslaving you like Hitler enslaved those around him who didn't agree with his policies? Will you continue to let this Administration and his Gestapo continue to scare you into submission without standing up for our Constitution.

If you believe that everything Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney is doing is right than you are no longer a true American and have shown that the new Nazism in our country is firmly rooted and only a World War can free those of us who still believe in the Democracy our Forefathers gave us along with OUR CONSTITUTION which is now just a pile of torn shredded paper.

When a country such as ours turns a blind eye toward Liberty and Justice which once was the Law of the Land to us, than we have lost everything that our country once stood for.

If we now find those who are willing to make excuses to Torture People, invade Sovereign Nations for there resources, spy on their own citizens, jail indefinitely with out the right to a lawyer or a court hearing than we are no better than those countries we call Dictatorships. In fact we have no business telling any other country how to govern their people.

Matter of fact if we are just like those countries than we are no longer a Democracy, but truly a Dictatorship. So with the deepest regret I now have to say that I no longer have faith that our country can regain it's stature unless the World steps in to help us.

So I plea to the World Leaders to please stand up to this evil Nazi Regime that has taken control of our country and help us take it back from them. Hold up your obligations that you have taken with the treaties you have signed and help free us before you become the next target of Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and the Fourth Reich.

I still believe that there will be no elections come November 2008 and that like Musharraf Der Fuhrer will enact Martial Law. I do believe that he will attack or have Israel attack Iran and than support Israel when Iran defends itself. I do believe that Russia and China will come to Iran's aide and support them as the oil in the region is vital to their National Security as well as ours.

If you don't want to see Mushroom clouds over your city than you better start praying that the Lord intercedes on our behalf before it is too late. All our elected representatives have sold out our country and our Constitution. All they are interested in is keeping their taxpaying jobs and the power that goes with it. They are all either Nazi's or Nazi Enablers and no longer believe in the country our Forefathers fought and even died for to leave too us.

Like I said above I no longer have faith that we have a Democracy, however I still have hope we can one day regain it.

If you believe in our country than you need to start protesting in numbers like the Million Man March that Dr. King led to achieve equal rights for African Americans or like those who marched against the Vietnam War to end it and bring our troops home. Siting idly by and hoping that change will happen by itself will not cut it. Be an American and if by some odd chance we do have elections than get out and vote.

We must for the sake of our Democracy take our country back or continue to live in fear. And the fear will not be of Terrorists who may want to kill you, but your Government who will Kill You.

Rumsfeld - War Criminal Charges Filed

Well today I have some good news to write about for a change. I discovered yesterday that Nazi War Criminal Donald {von Weichs} Rumsfeld had a complaint filed against him in France for his role in instituting Torture at Guantanamo Bay Cuba, Abu Ghraib and many other Military Prisons in Iraq.

He also is more than likely involved in the use of Foreign Prison sites {Black Prisons} where torture has been known to occur in the past.

This is just another one of the many complaints that have been filed against him on other Countries such as twice in Germany and also filings in Argentina, Spain and Sweden.

This may be our best chance to finally start holding those who denigrated our country's honor and integrity with the cancer they have been spreading since taking over our country.

First we have this story from The Raw Story by Jason Rhyne. Here is a brief paragraph from this article.

"The filed documents allege that during his tenure, the former defense secretary "ordered and authorized" torture of detainees at both the American-run Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq and the US military detainment facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba."

I'm just loaded with links about this. I must say in all honesty that it warmed me cockles to read about Herr Rumsfeld possibly finally getting the recognition he so deeply deserves. Oh me bad.

Then we have a story on Znet.org that is no longer available as I was not able to connect with the link on Znet. Basically it's the same issue with a brief quote I had wanted to post here. I am however going to post the link at the end of this post just in case its an issue of the server being overwhelmed by those interested in it.

Next in our roundup of Herr Rumsfeld news we have Reuters. An interesting paragraph our these two.

"We will only stop once the American authorities involved in the torture programme are brought to justice," CCR chief Michael Ratner said in a statement posted on the FIDH Web site.

Donald Rumsfeld must understand that he has nowhere to hide. A torturer is an enemy of humanity," he added."

I have wrote that there will be no place on Earth for them to hide. And like the Nazi Hunters who still continue to hunt down Nazi War Criminals today they will be looking over their shoulders for a long, long time, waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Proceeding onward we now travel to Germany with an article from DW-WORLD.DE Deutsche Welle. Below is a short excerpt from this story.

"The rights groups notably cite three memorandums signed by Rumsfeld between October 2002 and April 2003 "legitimizing the use of torture" including the "hooding" of detainees, sleep deprivation and the use of dogs.

The group also has testimony from Janis Karpinski -- the one-time commander of US military prisons in Iraq -- to bolster its claims."

There is so much evidence out in the public domain I don't see how the International Community can ignore it. They need to uphold their obligations under the Treaty's they have signed.

From Germany we come back to the good ole United States and Democracy Now and this brief portion of the story below.

"U.S. and European human rights groups filed a lawsuit in France today charging former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld with ordering and authorizing torture. The plaintiffs include the New York-based Center for Constitutional Rights and the Paris-based International Federation of Human Rights. They say Rumsfeld authorized interrogation techniques that led to abuses at US-run prisons in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay.

The complaint was filed with the Paris prosecutor’s office as Rumsfeld arrived in France for a visit. This is the fifth time Rumsfeld has been charged with direct involvement in torture since 9/11. Michael Ratner is the president of the Center for Constitutional Rights. He joins me in the firehouse studio. Jeanne Sulzer is a French attorney with the International Federation of Human Rights. She joins me on the line from Paris."

Those are some of the stories that can be found in the Internet about War Criminal Rumsfeld and there are many more to be found if one looks for them.

There also is another interesting story from Prison Planet.TV. There are many links in this article which one might want to examine on different aspects covered in the piece.

Besides the current charges that were filed there have been others as in the next two which were lawsuits brought by innocent detainees swept up in the Torture Policy of our Government and Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and his Nazi second in command the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney.

Here are two for your perusal. Lets begin with Media Alert. This is a travesty of justice if you ask me and America should be ashamed of itself.

The other law suit can be found here with a supporting pdf file link and a link to Dogspot which has the story. I do not know about this site or if in fact the lawsuit is genuine or not. I leave that up to you to decide and verify.

Now I don't know about you, but I am thrilled to know that this maybe a start to holding these War Criminals accountable for their actions. We have to let the World know that our current elected officials will not hold these Criminals accountable and that many of them are complicit in the War Crimes being committed or have sat silently by while turning a blind eye to justice.

I am ashamed of what the current elected Executive Branch and Congress has turned our Country into. This has become the Fourth Reich and is going to be worse than Hitler's Nazi Germany if the World don't step up and Honor there responsibilities under the Treaty's they signed.

They will be just as guilty as our leaders are for not standing up for Human Rights and one day when their told to shut up of be bombed back to the Stone Age it may be to late for them. That's what happened in Germany when Hitler was rising to power and that's what will happen to them if they don't speak up now.

It appears that we may finally be on the road to recovery as someone who had a severe heart attack and had major surgery to repair a broken vein. I sincerely hope and pray that the Lord will intercede on our behalf and restore us to the Democracy we once were.

Reflections

Every now and then one must stand back from ones self and see what really lies ahead of them. This is what I have had to do this past week. So much has happened that I'm no longer sure if I'm asleep and what I'm looking at and seeing isn't a dream.

Earlier last week I ran across a video of Ralph Nader explaining to a group why the Democrats pulled Impeachment of Der Fuhrer {Adolph} Bush and the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney from the table. Listen to what Congressman John Olver had to say about why there will be No Impeachment.

When I saw the video and heard the words spoken I got very angry and called Ms: Pelosi's office and left a very angry message. I called all the Democrats Traitors for not upholding their sworn oaths to protect the Constitution and said they were all Nazi Enablers. I condemned them for not removing the threat to our very existence since they were getting ready to take us into World War III. In fact I told her that if she wasn't going to uphold her oath she should resign and go spend time with her children before the mushroom clouds settle over her home.

I'm sure my message went over big time in her California office by her staff. Then of course we had Congressman Stark speak up and tell the truth about the veto of health care for children stating how we could not only afford the money for the War that the Decider wanted, but also the money to provide children with the medical help they and their families need.

How wonderful it was to finally see a Democrat stand up and speak truth to power. What occurred though was an immediate swift boating of the Congressman not only by the Republican Fascist Christian Nazi's, but also from his own party, including Ms: Pelosi. We all cheered over Congressman Starks clear and truthful comment. At last we had someone who was a opposition voice against the RFN's that had helped and enabled the destruction of our country and Constitution.

But no, that wouldn't last very long, this one member who decided to stand up for real American values and speak up. While we all congratulated the Congressman many of the Republican Nazi's screamed out in fake outrage. They all wanted an apology and what Congressman Stark gave them was not what they wanted.

Once again I was outraged that Ms: Pelosi would condemn someone for being truthful so I called her office again and left another message. This time though I even implied that the staff members were working for Nazi's and ask them how they liked betraying their country. I said that maybe Ms: Pelosi should give her Fuhrer a blow job and then maybe she could put Impeachment back on the table. I said that if they did not Impeach these Traitors who committed High Crimes and Misdemeanors than she would be complicit in War Crimes when the decider started World War III by attacking Iran and taking our country into another war.

I mentioned that they all abdicated their oaths to uphold the Constitution and were now all complicit in Treason and that they all should just resign since the Congress and Senate are now all irrelevant. It seemed that every time the Democrats had put the Nazi's on the defense that they just turned around and caved in while licking the boots of the Gestapo's underlings.

Mean while theres a severe drought in the south and raging fires in the west and what does the Decider do? He goes on television and tells the American people that he needs another 46 billion dollars for his war in Iraq and Afghanistan while ignoring health care for children. All the while water restrictions are going on in the south and the west is in flames. Then he goes fishing while our country is slowly being destroyed by the Global Warming that doesn't exist. After all bad weather is an act of God and not man made. We all know God is on our side, or so Der Fuhrer {Adolph} Bush says. And like Hitlers army who wore belt buckles that said God is with us we hear the same kind of talk by the Christian Republican Nazi's.

What is wrong with this picture? Am I in a dream and will I wake up to see the America I was born into? Or will I wake up and my nightmare will still be there in front on me? And it only gets worse in my dream.

Remember Katrina? Der Fuhrer's private army was on the streets in NOLA before even FEMA arrived. Fully armed mind you and the Oklahoma National Guard was following illegal orders and confiscating NOLA residents legally owned fire arms. A direct violation of the Second Amendment. They also evacuated many residents by plane and not telling them where they were taking them until the planes were in the air. Another violation of the Constitution. And now we wait for the heavy shoe to drop on us.

What is the heavy shoe you ask? Well how about Martial Law. Think it will never happen here? Think again. It is going to happen and as I have written about many times it will be soon now. It has been said the NOLA was a trial run for Martial Law and we just had a Military Exercise conducted last week for the possibility of Martial Law due to any thing that the Decider decides is a National Emergency anywhere in the United States {The Fourth Reich} or in the World.

And you think that you will still have a Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms? Think again. Like NOLA they will come and confiscate them. And how will they know who has legally owned arms? Think NRA. Who else has the most documented data of Americans who own weapons? The NRA, that's who.

Think about this, since before 9\11 they have been spying on American citizens communications. They know who speaks out against them in opposition of their policies and destruction of our Constitution. They have been gathering data and they will use it to cross reference the list they receive from the NRA for names of those who oppose them.

And what about the issue of Passports and National ID or Real ID? You can not fly without a passport and if your put on a no fly list you can not fly at all. National ID or Real ID they can track your movement throughout the former United States as you move from one state to the next. And what about getting out of the country? Remember the fence being built along the Mexican Border? Well do you really believe that the fence is to keep out illegal aliens {immigrants} or is it to keep American citizens in?

Are you ready for Martial Law? And if it comes what will you do? They have also worked with the clergy to get the American people to submit peacefully to Martial Law and will use them as Hitler's Gestapo convinced the catholics in the German Legislature to support the Enabling Act with the promise of making the church the official church of Germany. I myself don't trust either the church or the Nazi Regime and like the rest of the American people will have to decide what to do when they use the Military and their private Gestapo Army {Blackwater} to take total control of our country.

So am I dreaming or am I really awake and only think this is a dream. I almost don't really know anymore, however I do know that we are all living a nightmare and wish we could wake up and find out it was only a dream.

Passports, National Id & Real Id - A Real Threat

When I was younger, a lot younger, I lived with my Aunt and Uncle for two years. One of the things I remember most was the summertime. Oh if I only knew than what I know now I never would have ask to be returned to my home. Now don't take that the wrong way. I loved my family, however I could have grown up in a much better environment than I did and my life I believe would have been so much more different. But that is a different story and this is about how I had the best two vacations in my lifetime.

I remember my first vacation as I had never been on a vacation before living with them. Even now I don't really have vacations and rarely do I go anywhere. So when we took a trip around the Great Lakes up into Canada it was a time worth remembering. We drove around Lake Superior and visited the paper mills, saw the ore boats coming into port to load or unload, went to Mackinaw Island by ferry and all in all I just had a wonderful time.

We also did not need a passport to enter Canada or return to the United States. Just a photo id like my uncles drivers license was all that was needed. They ask you a few questions upon entry and on leaving I recall the border guards asking if we had anything to declare. How simple could it have been back then to the changes we see now.

In fact if I recall correctly {I don't really travel much so if I'm wrong about this please let me know in the comments} you only needed a passport to travel outside the United States overseas, such as Europe. There is also another type of passport like the one in the photo below.

This is the one that will give the Government the ability to track all American Citizens as well as any so called Terrorists that they deem may be a security threat to the United States or as I now call it America The Fourth Reich.

This is what our Senators had too say about this bill they passed 100-0 on May 10, 2005.

"The REAL ID is vital to preventing foreign terrorists from hiding in plain sight while conducting their operations and planning attacks. By targeting terrorist travel, the REAL ID will assist in our War on Terror efforts to disrupt terrorist operations and help secure our borders."

So we have gone from being able to travel to Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean with just a photo id by car or even by plane to now having to have a passport. You can not travel outside the country without one and I would have to guess that even to fly anywhere, even inside the United States you need a passport.

That is all well and good provided you don't get put on a no fly list. If your put on the no fly list you can not travel anywhere by plane. At least before you could legally leave the country by car or ship, but not no more. In fact you can not even enter the United States even if you are a US Citizen without a passport. So is this to keep Terrorist out or to keep American Citizens in? Have you given any thoughts to this? If so what are they?

Soon I fear that when Martial Law in enacted you will not even be able to travel from State to State without being ask for your National Id or Real Id. How hard do you think it would be to set up check points along the major arteries and check everyone attempting to leave one State and enter another? I don't think it would be that hard to do and you better start thinking how you will travel when that day comes. And it is coming soon believe me.

How about those who wish to attend rallies to speak out against our Government? Do you think that they will let you travel to another State to attend one? Think again my friend. They may as well tattooed identity numbers on are arms as they did the Jews in Nazi Germany as our Government is now being run by the Republican Fascist Nazi Party along with some Democratic Enablers. They have betrayed Our Country, Our Constitution and Everything America once stood for.

So how do you feel about the Government keeping data files on you and every other American Citizen now? Do you have any plans for getting out of the country once Martial Law is enacted? What about the fact you may not be able to move your money or assets out of the country when you attempt to leave? Do you feel any safer now? I sure the hell don't.

Today I thought that maybe we should all think about some of the past weeks events. So without further ado lets begin a journey down the path of using what the Lord gave us, our brains. So in no particulate order we begin.

First we had a vote for a non binding resolution on September 25, 2007 from Senator Judas Iscariot Leiberman (I-CT) and Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ) on an Amendment which would label Iranian Republican Guard a Terrorist Organization.

If you think about this than you will realize that this is the first step to a Military Confrontation with Iran. Another war for control of Middle Eastern OIL.

We also had the Democratic Debate and found out that non of the Democratic top tier contenders had any intention of Ending The War in Iraq or bringing our troops home.

And it appears ABC pulled a poll at least twice that showed Dennis Kucinich won the debate. It seems that the main street media want to chose our next President by blocking all results and information unfavorable to Hillary Clinton.

On another note I read {don't remember what site} that the Iranian Parliament labeled the US Military and the CIA Terrorist Organizations. If Der Fuhrer Bush thinks he can attack Iran with no consequences he's more mad than any of us believe. Even if he has Israel by proxy commit the first attack and draws us in as protecting our allies he will have unleashed a War that may end up destroying the World.

If Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush don't believe that China nor Russia will come to Iran's defense we are all in some very serious trouble. They will not allow us to control Mid Eastern Oil as it is also vital to there National Security.

The news was not very good for America and it looks like it will only continue to get worse since the Democrats are no different than the Republican Fascist Nazi's.

We also found out more about Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush's Private Military Blackwater. You know were paying for his private army with our tax dollars don't you? Blackwater has been killing innocent Iraqi Women and Children for some time now. When told to leave we found out just how much Sovereignty Iraq really has. They caved in to the private threats made too them by the Decider's mouth piece Condi {Braun} Rice, as they are now back in business providing security to our embassy personal.

The day will come when they patrol our streets and shoot and kill American Citizens just as they are doing on a daily basis in Iraq.

And for those of you who think that it will never happen here, remember that's what they thought in Germany. You will say that the American People won't stand for that well think again. You say that we still have the Right To Bear Arms. I say for how long.

Just a thought, but who has the biggest list of Americans who own firearms? Think NRA and who they support more than any other political party. Its the Republican Fascist Nazi Party, that's who. And if you believe for one minute that they wouldn't hesitate to turn over to the Government the names of those who oppose this Fascist Regime than your more delusional than Der Fuhrer is.

Well I think that this is enough to think about for awhile and dwell on. Remember that at any time, any moment we could be under Martial Law. On any whim that the Decider decides we are in a National Emergency. So be prepared as that day may come sooner then we think.

President Signs Mass Arrest Order

What! When did this happen? I don't recall seeing anything about the President ordering any ones arrest you say. Well relax it didn't happen although it could have and may still. At least I now have your full attention.

I have wrote numerous time that I believed that there would be no elections come November 2008 as we would likely be at War with Iran and under Martial Law. I also have said that when Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush declares Martial Law he would suspend elections. Many have told me that the people would not sit still for this and would rise up. When I suggested that the Decider would use his private army Blackwater for security I have been told the people would fight back and that since Blackwater couldn't control Iraq than how could they control the American People.

So lets just forget about not having elections and see what happens if we do.

November 2008 comes and goes and the Democratic Party picks up 5 to 7 seats in the Senate and 12 to 15 in the House. A Democratic President and Vice President are elected and now the Democrats will hold all three offices in January 2009 after they are sworn in.

Between the election and the swearing in ceremony the new President and Vice President put together their Cabinet so after the new Senate is sworn in they can submit their choices for confirmation. Since the Democrats will have the Majority and enough moderate Republicans to support them they will quickly confirm the new Cabinet members.

Now let us review some of the powers that the new Democratic President will have received from the previous administration of Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush.

First of all we all remember the Patriot Act so let us just skip this one. On second thought lets not. You can read these articles on the Patriot Act 2 here, here and here.

Second there is the Military Commissions Act of 2006 which also grants wide and sweeping powers to the President. For further review of these new powers one only needs to read these links I'm providing here. Lets start with Military Commissions Act Of 2006, then read ACLU On Detention and finally see this article by Center for Constitutional Rights.

Thirdly and even more so is the new powers under Presidential Executive Orders such as this NSPD 51,this Preparing For Martial Law and this No to "federalization" of National Guard.

Fourth we also have the new Asset Seizure Presidential Executive Order Amended Seizure Order and Citizens Assets Seizure.

As you can see above the new President on being sworn in will have wide and ranging powers that really no President should ever have. These new sweeping powers are the same that many Dictators have had and used against their citizens over the years. One need not forgot Pol Pot, Mussolini, Stalin or even Adolph Hitler. Nor should we ever forget how some of them came to have those powers.

Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush {Hitlers surrogate son} got his powers the same way Hitler got his. He got them legally through the German Legislature under the guise of keeping and making Germany safe from its enemies. And once he got them he never relinquished them. Nor do I believe will Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush.

Now back to our story about the newly elected Democratic President. After being sworn in and setting up the Presidential Cabinet the new President signs mass arrest warrants and the post title you see above is the News Story of the Day. So what does the Story in the News tell us?

A White House Spokesperson has issued the following Press Release regarding the mass arrests of several American Citizens.

Highly reliable sources have informed us that the following people have been working with our enemies to undermine our efforts in the War on Terror. These sources have provided several documents that show these individuals have deliberately worked to aide and abet our enemies. We are unable to reveal who our sources are as it could possibly endanger not only them , but our National Security as well.

Some of the names on the list provided by the White House include, but are not limited too the following who were previously in the White House, House and Senate, other Official Government Departments, News and Media both broadcast and Radio. Below are some of those named.

George W. Bush.
Richard Cheney.
David Addington.
John Yoo.
I. Lewis Scooter Libby.
Karen Hughes.
Alberto Gonzales.
Harriet Myers.
Josh Bolton.
Tom Delay.
Bill Frist.
Adam Putnam.
Mary Matalin.
Duncan Hunter.
Eric Prince.
Robert Novak.
Bill O'Reilly.
Sean Hannity.
Rush Limbaugh.
Michael Savage.
Glenn Beck.

These are just some of the many names on arrest warrants issued by the President. The White House spokesperson also stated that some information was also gathered under the U.S. A. Patriot Act 2.

The President as determined that all these individuals are a danger to our Country and National Security and has therefore determined that they are Enemy Combatants as per Authority under the Military Commissions Act of 2006, also that under Executive Order as Amended for Forfeit of Assets that all assets belonging to these individuals will be seized.

When pressed for more information the White House Spokesperson issued a no more comment on the arrest warrants issued. If any more facts come to light we will report it too you.

Now would you please tell me if you really still believe that there will be any elections in November 2008 or if you really believe that Der Fuhrer Adolph Bush and his Republican Fascist Nazi's will open themselves up to arrest by a Democratic President. Any Democratic President especially Hillary R. Clinton.

So yes, the above title is a very real possibility and very well may occur before the next election is due too take place. Would a Democratic President really use the powers that would be inherited as a means to restore our Republic to the Honor and Integrity we once had before our Constitution was destroyed by the insane madman now running it and issue arrest warrants? Or will a Democratic President use the powers to further strip us of any freedoms we might have left?

Today we still hear from those on the Democratic side about long term involvement in the Middle East. The Middle Eastern countries do not want our Military Bases on their soil period. Keeping bases on their soil will only further enrage them and this could still lead to a World War. Russia and China will also not allow us to control the oil flowing out of the Middle East and will aide Iran and other Arab Nations who stand up to us as we continue to steal their resources.

The mushroom clouds we heard so much about when the Dark Lord Dick {Heinrich Himmler} Cheney was pushing war with Iraq and now pushing to take us into another war with Iran could soon become a real threat. I for one do not want too see the end of the World, however if we don't change our foreign policy and change it soon, we may indeed see the bright flash of a Nuclear Weapon hitting our shores and the death of humanity as we know it.

It may be time to take our country back as the Constitution tells us to do when the Government no longer listens to the people. I pray that this will never happen and we don't see the blood of American versus American as we had in the Civil War, however that may be the only way to save our country and the World. Let us pray this is not the case and sanity will return to our elected Representatives and return us to what our forefathers established for us.

So think long and hard where you want too see our country go in the future. Go forward or go backward to the Dark Ages when Religion ruled the World and told everyone what they could and could not do. Do you want to live by the Bible or live under a great Constitution we once had? Think carefully for the Worlds fate is in your hearts and hands. Now is the time for all good citizens to come to the aide of their country.

First Anniversay Where Is America Heading

One year ago today on September 16, 2007 I started this blog. At the time I hadn't even considered authoring any type of protesting dissent against what I saw our Government doing too our Country. It all came about because I was a regular commenter on a non-partisan web site called Crawfordslist which had a group of regular commenter's, mostly blue with a few purple and red commenter's.

I had been commenting there for over a year and at first all my comments were posted as anonymous, but signed as anon paranoid. Now Crawfordslist was originally a blog spot blog who has since then moved and became a dot com web site. A regular commenter suggested that I should get a blue name so they knew who was leaving the comment. Also I would no longer have to sign them at the end with my moniker. So taking their advice I signed up with blog spot and hence my moniker went blue.

I left a lot of comments over the time and as I saw our Country become more and more like Hitler's Nazi Germany I got madder and madder so America Weeps was born. I have done posts on what I saw happening on a daily basis that disturbed me and quite frankly even scared the Hell out of me. I could not believe that the American People was turning a blind eye to events as they unfolded before them and I posted most of the topics on those events taking place.

I have watched laws being passed that chipped away at once were our rights under the Constitution as being needed too protect us from our enemies. I saw Reich Wing Nazi Propagandist on the Television and heard them on the Radio start to call those of us who disapproved of our Government as being less than American, less than Patriot, giving Aide and Comfort to the Enemy and if one listened very carefully suggesting we were Traitors for speaking out against what our Government was doing in our name, the American Peoples name.

So where is America heading and will it survive its Democracy? We will all know very soon as events begin to unfold before us. This past week was a prime example as General Petraeus testified before both the House and Senate. He could not say whether or not America was safer because of our War in Iraq. He also gave misleading testimony as to the progress being made on the ground. Our fearless leader the Decider Der Fuhrer Bush has now told the American People that some troops will come home. Troops that had to be rotated out anyway as the Military is being broken and what will be left come next summer is the same amount maybe slightly less than before the surge.

But more importantly we were informed that the troops are expected too be in Iraq for a long, long time. Also we found out that a oilman friend Ray Lee Hunt of Der Fuhrer was making a deal for the oil rights with the Kurds. Now that oil rights for some of Iraq have been stolen by the Republican Fascist Nazi they will now turn there attention towards Iran. If this occurs we will be entering a new era for our Country.

Either a direct preemptive act by us or a green light given to Israel for a first strike against Iran we will lose what little there is of our Democracy and become a Dictatorship Nation. Iran will not sit idly by while we attempt to invade and steal their resources. They only option Der Fuhrer will have left is to use Nuclear Weapons against them if he doesn't during the first strike which has been reported in the news lately. That will draw in Russia and China as the Middle East is also vital to their National Security and we may see Mushroom Clouds over our cities.

If the American People rise up than the picture you see above will become a reality for many of us who speak out. We will all be put into Internment Camps and possibly even be put to Death by the Nazi's currently running our Country. I have almost quit blogging in disgust over how the American People refuse too see the danger that lays in front of them. I have become sick to my stomach knowing that they still refuse too stand up to the Nazi Menace we are facing from our Government and those we elected to Represent us. They have all sold their souls to Satan and will find out the hard way as many of them also will be arrested when they finally wake up and speak out.

Remember, Freedom is not free. Will you willing give up yours for a sense of false security? For that is what your getting. Call those who label us as dangerous what they are. Tell them to their face that their Nazi's and use the same language that Hitler's Propagandists used against the good German People who spoke out against Hitler. Don't be scared of what they may say or do. Being silent and doing or saying nothing enables them more and allows them to continue to speak out unafraid of being held responsible for there words or deeds.

There is a great line in V is for Vendetta. The People should not be afraid of the Government. The Government should be afraid of the People. Put the fear of God back into them and let us all take our Country back.
